As far as Senior Housing goes, Emerson at Rosemeade is a great place. They seem to listen to the residents to take care of issues quickly, there are no bugs and it smells good. However, they just increased the rent - which is to be expected for apartments. However, residents did agree to a reduction in the number of meals. Hopefully the powers that be will keep that in mind when it comes to any other increases. Most every resident is on a fixed income.

My mother is a resident of Emerson at Rosemeade. I am happy with her place. The only thing I'm not happy with is the food service times. The final meal of the day is the noon meal. That is incredibly early to stop service. Many days she will sleep until then and miss the meal,

I visited a friend at Emerson and was impressed with how well kept the community was and how nice the staff was. They knew folks by name and were very friendly, which is the most important part of a retirement community, I think-feeling like you're surrounded by good, kind people.

I have lived here over 5 years now and overall I am satisfied with the community and services. I have a courtyard view, which I love; and even though my studio apartment is small, it is all that I need. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for senior independent living.

Emerson was an answer to my prayers. I needed something quickly to move out of rehab. My son checked it out and was very impressed. The staff and residents are very nice and friendly. The place is clean as well and taken care of. The food in the dining room has good days and not so good. But overall is good and they try to accommodate everyone's tastes. Problems have been few and taken care of as soon as possible. It is a very active community and they have a lot of activities. Also pet friendly.

My mom has been a resident of The Corinthians, now known as Emerson at Rosemeade Park, for four and a half years. I have recently had to move her to an assisted living community since she is requiring a safer environment. She was beginning to wander and we needed a locked door.During the years that she lived at The Corinthians I could not have asked for a more caring staff. Now that there has been a management change, I have seen many cosmetic changes. The new ownership is giving much needed attention to areas that could use updating and TLC. The activities that are offered are continuing and more folks seem to be joining in the fun. As a family member, I was always treated very kindly and welcomed to the community. I really hated to move my mom since great changes are happening at The Emerson. I know its best for her, but this much needed face lift can only enhance life at The EmersonThank you for treating my mom with love and kindness.

My mother has lived at Emerson for a year now and we highly recommend this facility. They made her feel very welcome when she arrived and continue to provide a comfortable and supportive environment. The staff is fantastic and any small issue we had was resolved quickly and professionally. My mother is very happy at Emerson and feels safe there. They have done a great job during COVID balancing the health and safety of residents with the need for some social interaction. The food is great and the apartments are well maintained and as lovely as you want to make them. Pre-covid they had a lot of wonderful activities that residents could participate in or the residents could keep to themselves if they prefer. They have taken my mother safely to doctors appointments during COVID and that gives us such peace of mind. Emerson is senior living the way it should be, help if you need it and just a wonderful environment if you dont.

I cannot sing the praises of Emerson at Rosemeade Park loud enough! My mother-in-law has lived here for almost 10 years now. The facility has recently been remodeled and renovated to enhance the beauty of the building inside and out. The staff at ERP is absolutely wonderful !!! Jade, the director, has done a phenomenal job of keeping the residents and staff safe during these unprecedented times of COVID-19. Jade and all of the staff at ERP have gone way above and beyond to do everything they can to protect everyone. Some of the practices that they have instituted include: an early proactive complete lockdown of the facility, sanitizing of all delivery items, then upon partial reopening they did COVID-19 questionnaires, temperature checks, gloves, masks, hand sanitizing, constantly checking on each resident on a daily basis, closing the dining room and delivering all meals to each residents room three times a day , seven days a week, arranging pick up of personal and grocery items for the residents, and so much more. I, personally, cannot thank everyone enough for all of their hard work and genuine care and concern on a daily basis even when I know they were worried and exhausted themselves. As of this review, not a single resident has been infected with COVID-19 thanks to all of their diligent work practices. THANK YOU !!! The kitchen staff has done an outstanding job preparing and serving quite a variety of delicious meals even when some supplies became scarce to come by. Thank you! I want to extend a special shout out to Jackie who somehow always manages to be on duty when my mother-in-law has a health emergency at night. Jackie has been our saving grace many times. In addition, Maria, Stephanie, Lana, and Neela have been extremely helpful and always friendly while assisting with various things and answering questions by phone. Jade and the entire staff of ERP arewhat make ERP the best senior living community in Carrollton! ERP offers a wide variety of amenities too. During non-COVID times, they provide transportation within the area, an in-house beauty salon, daily activities of crafting and exercising, social events, guest entertainment, residential parking, a maintenance crew, on-site laundromats, weekly cleaning service, a library, movie room, game room, large open dining room, outdoor patio area, courtyard, pets allowed, individual mailboxes, and Grace Home Health has an office onsite with a superb staff of their own. We did an extensive search of multiple facilities before selecting ERP for my mother-in-law to reside. ERP gives us piece of mind that she is in a safe, happy, and well ran facility by people that truly care about their residents. ERP has truly been a blessing!

I work in many of the senior living facilities, Emerson is one of the best communities. The management team is great and always listens to residents need. Jade, the executive director spends time with all the residents, and very particular about infection control and she has kept the community with no cases of the virus. The renovation and interior decoration looks luxurious. If you are looking for senior living, I would strongly recommend Emerson.

We recently had to move my mom to us in the DFW area, from Houston. She never wanted to be with us permanently, so after 6 months, we started to look for living facilities. We reached out to four places and narrowed our search to two places that she, we could afford. After speaking to each director and understanding their visions, we chose Emerson. Jade, the Director, was professional and caring, and the staff has helped my mom along the way, even though it is independent living. I recommend Rosemeade. During this unprecedented time, they have had ZERO cases of residents with the virus, and to me, that is what is important--keeping residents safe.

My Mom moved to Emerson in July and everyone has been friendly and accommodating. The Manager Jade is very professional and listens to family concerns. The maintenance crew is quick to fix problems and they are renovating the community as promised upon move in. My Mom loves bingo. Thanks to Emersons affordable rates, Mom can continue to have her own place. Overall, a good value.

we recently moved my mom to Emerson and things have gone smoothly, even during this time. The communication from the director shows she cares as she is constantly updating us on the facility, new hires and how they are handling COVID. By the way, they have had ZERO resident cases which is amazing and shows their commitment to safety. Consider this facility if you are looking, dont think you will be disappointed.
