Subject: Request for Ventilation Safety Check Hello, I am experiencing recurring breathing and health discomfort from something entering my apartment through the ventilation or shared walls. Because of my age and mobility limitations, I need a reasonable accommodation. I am requesting a safety inspection of the ventilation system and sealing of any gaps that may allow dust or particulates into my unit. This issue happens intermittently, so it may not be visible during a quick visit. I need confirmation that the ventilation and airflow in my apartment are functioning safely. Thank you. This email is regarding Diane Benz. A few months back I had a good friend whom I was the POA for who moved into Westminster House: LaQuisha Thomas Ebegbodi. I wanted to write to commend Diane and to let you all know you have a very professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate person running your place in Diane. She is an asset to your company and just a fine human being. The challenges she faces in running a place such as Westminster are many and varied. I saw her handle any number of challenging situations with grace, compassion, creativity and expertise. She went out of her way to help LaQuisha be able to live there and then after LaQuisha passed away she was very compassionate and helpful to us, her family and friends. You are fortunate to have someone as competent as Diane as the manager .as we all know, senior living residences are everywhere these days, but it makes a difference who is in charge of them whether they are a good place to live or a mediocre place to inhabit. Diane makes your Westminster House a great place to live and her leadership is to be commended. We were so glad that LaQuisha got to live there even for a short while. Westminster place is the place it is because of her leadership skills. Along with the staff LaQuisha loved it there and we trusted the house and we’re grateful for her and all the staff. Your place gets a 5 star rating as far as I’m concerned, largely due to Diane’s leadership. May you recognize the gifted person you have in her. We also so appreciated Mr Ron !! Hi, I have my draw broke to my shelving in the kitchen and I needed window window treatment replaced Rob Maintenance man replaced it all in about a half an hour and he also painted my drawer. I’ve seen a lot of things around the building as well as my apartment and I’m very impressed with his work as well as his attitude he can take care of attitude, which is great so fresh air, Diane, the office manager Here and stand on top of things. And she also makes great coffee lol

I’m impressed with the good job that both Dian and Ron are doing in this place!! I commend both of them on how they keep the place running and clean. Ron, in particular, works hard and is very pleasant to deal with! He’s always available and very pleasant to deal with! He deserves a raise!!!

The staff really takes care of us. Mr. Leon came out on one of the hottest days pouring sweat to fix our AC and our neighbor's AC and even checked on us the next morning. Great customer service!

These apartments have a lot of potential. I like the layout of the apartment and the neighbors are nice BUT this is the dirtiest place I’ve seen in a while. The floors are always dirty and look like they haven’t been cleaned during the whole pandemic. The elevators are the worst! They need to spend more time getting better cleaning people. It’s ridiculous.
