Parkway Landings has a track record for not able to hold any management or maintenance people. With that said, it's obvious, no proper cleaning happens or updates that I see. Hallway carpets have serious unknown dark spots and dribble stains. Walls are scuffed and cracked, with plaster missing on the corners. Hallway lights finally all work, but didn't for quite a while. Underground garage, very dirty and dusty. Some people keep their vehicle outside because of this. Come see for yourself. A group of investors apparently own it and only approve very necessary repairs or expenses. I will get my mother out of there when the lease comes due.

Very friendly people. Enjoy peaceful quiet time. Events held and enjoy very much. Even deer, turkey and rabbits walk through the yard.

I was the second tennant to lease at what was then Highland Park Senior Living (2002). We have since had multiple owners/managers. Having said this, there are ups and downs. However, I have never, in all of these years, wanted to live elsewhere.

I have a need to move to Illinois to help take care of my wifes mother. I did sign a valid legal lease for a year but I needed some help to move before the lease is up. After living here 9 years I expected a little help. The office offered no help in marketing the property and ALL LORI would say is you know you have a legal binding lease. Be careful before you move here it is all for them
