It was the best apartment ever that I have lived in. It was so sad that I had to go but I’ll never forget it. When I’m always riding around I pass through it. Me and my kids scream old apartment as it was the best. Love it! Highly recommended it. The management was Great and everything was great about it. Yeah, they had the best manager the best people even my neighbors even if they scream, I couldn’t hear a thing it was the best apartment I have ever lived in.

I have lived here for a year and a half. I am moving out of Minnesota and that is the only reason I’m leaving. Staff are onsite Monday through Friday. They are amazingly on top of every aspect of this building. Very well run. Clean. Well maintained. Safe. Quiet. Good neighbors. Ryan, Elizabeth & Eric are wonderful people and committed to maintaining a quality living experience for all.

I have lived here for several years. Everything in the apartment is good. Management, maintenance, and cleaning are all good. It is a nice quiet building and everything is safe too. Thank you for making this a nice home for me.

I have lived this apartment for a short period. I worked with Karen D for my leasing she is very professional who knows her work well. The apartment is affordable with free parking garage. They have 3, 6 ,9 and 12 months leasing. I admire their excellent customer services. Thank you all !

My time living here has been excellent thus far. Fast response for service tickets, all the staff are fantastic and current residents are all very friendly and look out for each other. Ryan is one excellent dude. Amazing community to be a part of!

Date of Visit: 12/08/2018 - Visited this apartment community for a birthday party and utilized the Community Room/Party Room for the event. My only complaint is that the room could have been slightly bigger; it was fine for our small gathering, however, if someone were to host a gathering of more than 10 people, it would be too small.

I've never had a urge to write a review but I love it here! We have a 2 bed,1 bath and it's just perfect for me and my husband. Management people are really nice and the maintenance guy is friendly too.Our maintenance requests (rarely had any issue) have all got done within a day or two. Property Manager is sweet and always on toes to help out. Building layout is decent and pleasant people in the neighborhood.Above and beyond, I highly recommend this property.

I have absolutely loved it! The office staff is great! Close to shopping and freeway. If you're looking for a quiet, safe clean place to call home I highly recommend it

Cable TV is bad! I'd rather have cheaper rent and get my own TV service. Office could care less - they just pass it on to the cable company. Cable company says it's windy, or snowy, or a cloud in the sky. I'm convinced it is their lousy equipment.
