I toured my grandmother at StoryPoint and I can’t say enough great things. Shannon our tour guide did an incredible job being patient with my Grandma as she had a million questions. The facility was beautiful after a recent renovation and everyone was so friendly! The staff and residents were all smiling and I felt a real sense of community. We recently completed at tour of this beautiful facility. We were very impressed with the warm, friendly atmosphere. The building is well designed, giving residents easy access to all the amenities. Shannon, our tour guide, gave us a thorough tour. Her warm, professional manor with no pressure made the tour both informative and enjoyable. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch as well.

Jan and I always have a wonderful time, when we go and share a fun Oldies Concert with the folks at StoryPoint Grand Rapids West! The folks are always excited to come and enjoy some music, and many get a seat early. We have fun talking with them before the concert. Bethane also seems to have a genuine caring for all of the folks, and works hard at getting the room ready for our concerts. The folks seem quite happy there, and have fun joking around with me. We look forward to going back there and many other StoryPoint communities many times in the future! Marty Miller

This facility is so nice.. beautiful landscaping and really nice amenities. The manager, Eric, is really amazing.. you can really see that he cares about the residents. They have a ton of fun activities and really good food as well. I wish I could live here but I am not quite there in age yet haha. I would definitely feel comfortable and happy to have any of my loved ones at this facility. The residents all seem so happy.

I'm a musician and perform regularly at many senior living communities throughout West Michigan. This gives me a unique view and opportunity to make some comparisons. What I notice about Story Point Grand Rapids is the very healthy, relaxed culture. The residents seem happy and the interaction between staff and residents is upbeat, warm and genuine. I would be very comfortable to have any of my loved ones be a part of this community!

Quite simply, we love everything about StoryPoint West. Our 94 year old Mother has been a resident for over four years and continues to enjoy her time there. It is quite apparent that all of the Staff truly care about the residents by how open, interactive, friendly and well liked they are in addition to how they all pitch in when needed to serve the residents. We consider all staff members to be our friends as they make it a point to get to know families of residents. There is never a dull moment at StoryPoint as several varied activities occur daily that residents can participate in if interested. The food is amazing with varied selections available at each meal and as our Mom says I don’t have to do dishes. Our Mom loves the staff and her friends at StoryPoint and I can’t imagine a better place for her to call Home.

I truly couldn’t say enough good things about Lincoln square, the overall atmosphere when you walk in the doors can make any day do a complete 180 and you’re sure to leave feeling better and smiling. Our staff is great (I may be biased) but our residents make it truly the best place on earth, they’re sure to warm your heart with a smile and sometimes a good laugh. Either way, I’d recommend Lincoln square to anyone, you won’t regret coming to visit!

My 92 year old mother-in-law moved into Holiday Lincoln Square one year ago today. We moved her from the east side of the state to be near us. She has been very happy there and settled in quickly into her new home. My husband and I have been so pleased to have found this warm and nurturing place for Mom. We were referred by A Place for Mom and it happens to be less than a mile from our home. We thought it could be a challenge to find a place for her because she is still independent and only needs a walker. But, we’re pleased that there are Advisacare health aides available for hire if and when the need arises. There is also an Empower Me office of therapists if needed. Very early on, it was clear that all of the staff there enjoy their work with the residents and make every effort to create a caring and positive climate. Mom has made very good friends here and feels very safe. The housekeeping staff, always kind and positive, goes above and beyond to keep the rooms and general areas clean while also changing out bed linens and towels. The maintenance man is very responsive and friendly. The administrative staff is also very visible, positive and responsive, often working in other capacities when needed. The dining staff is well mannered, efficient and courteous. The menu has several choices for each meal and the food is very good. (We thought Mom would miss cooking, but she’s been very happy to let others serve her delicious meals.) The activities director is outstanding, always upbeat and provides every manner of fun events, activities and outings to keep residents as busy as they choose to be. While understaffing has been an issue, as it is in many places these days, (especially in housekeeping) it has allowed us to see the all hands on deck attitude of this place. It is truly a team who see their residents as a family. Regular meetings are held in the light filled atrium to keep residents informed and allow for questions and concerns. All of these attributes make Holiday Lincoln Square a very special home for our mom.

My wife and I were residents for a year following my heart surgery and as she entered hospice for her brain cancer. The rooms are very satisfactory and the food is usually good with some variety. The staff is remarkable, very caring and accommodating. I couldn't say enough about them, and I'll always be grateful.

This place is awesome!! My dad loves it here, and I don't know what we would do without them. Dad is very happy with the food and loves the variety they offer. They also offer tons of opportunities for activities. He has been involved in Bible studies, exercise classes, and art projects, but there are several other options in addition to that!! They are always having fun holiday parties and celebrations as shown in the images of my dad I have shared. This past year, my dad was in the hospital over his birthday. One of the super awesome staff at Lincoln Square reached out to me to ask if they could send him well wishes somehow. The very next morning they had collected more than 40 birthday cards with notes and well wishes from all the residents and staff for me to bring to Dad in the hospital on his birthday. They made him feel so incredibly loved, and he has made some amazing friendships at Lincoln Square!!! The staff and other residents have become an extension of our family.

Seems like a very nice community. The buildings appear to be newer and the grounds are beautifully kept. My mother-in-law saved quite a bit by moving here, and she even loves the meals provided, which was a big problem where she had been before. The staff seems very friendly and helpful as well.
