Apartments are over-priced, there is only 1 small, slow elevator for about 100 people and meals are served on the third floor, so mealtime it takes forever to get anywhere. If you have a stack of money and nowhere to go, this may be the place for you.

They have had a lot of change and the wrong people in place who did not do the place justice. As soon as we spoke up they took action. They brought in a new manager, who started cleaning the place up in a week. There are still improvement to be made like anywhere. I have faith they will continue on this new path. Thank you for listening.

I was greeted by Marisol but before she greeted me I noticed she was busy taking care of the geriatrics which she did a great job as I over heard the conversation. There seemed to be a lot of pressure from the tasks that were waiting to be attended to within this companies atmosphere but when I was greeted by Marisol she was confident and professional when talking to me. I was impressed by her ability to stay focused after having to attend to those tasks that needed attention as well as continuing her duties without looking undermined. Marisol really can handle the pressures of work while still being able to handle anyone’s concerns. This is the type of person anyone should feel comfortable with when they need their concerns acknowledged.

This is an awesome place to live for Seniors!! I am a caregiver here for many patients and have been coming for 3 years now! I highly recommend it. It's clean and the staff are absolutely amazing and friendly. Great activities are provided, good food and all around friendly atmosphere!!

If you are looking for an Assisted, living facility, look no further. I have never seen a cleaner more spacious Facility for caring for our elderly. Alex, Director of sales is probably one of the most knowledgeable young men that I have ever met. He welcomed my friend got him a beautiful room helped him with the initial move begin and became his friend. He also became my friend. We were greeted immediately by five employees, inquiring what they could do to help us. The whole aura of the facility was one of happiness. My only knowledge of old folks homes came from Jack Nicholson. Pueblo Regent is a great place to live. There are numerous activities. The food is fantastic, and the residents choose from a menu. And if there’s nothing on the menu, they always have sandwiches cheeseburgers, and other food items. The two meals that I enjoyed in the dining room were excellent. There is a housekeeping service which services each room on a weekly basis, and they also monitor the residents on their floors To make sure that they are happy, eating well and a system where needed. The chief maintenance man, Christian, is always ready to help, and the driver of the limousine, Fred, will take you anywhere you want to go in the Pueblo area. I meant so many caring and wonderful staff, always wearing sincere smiles, to mention them by name, but from the waitresses and waiters, the maintenance staff, the housekeeping staff is a concierge, thank you for inviting us into your home And giving my friend a new family. it’s a very different experience to go to a workplace and actually see the employees happy to be working and I was told that they are paid a very good livable rate so you get good employees with good ethics. Alex, you are a saint and I wish you well. You took a very difficult situation and made the whole process enjoyable and I made a friend. Thank you to the whole staff and the corporate owners of Pueblo Regent for providing a wonderful environment for our elderly. I look forward to visiting my friend in the spring, and I can stay with him for a nominal fee, including meals. I’m looking forward to that journey.

This is a shout out to Ceal who is a housekeeper and server. She does an outstanding job! She takes pride in her work and it shows. Any floor Ceal works is always spotless. All of her residents apartments are her priority and she ensures they are taken care of. She always has a consistent schedule to ensure it works for the resident and is reliable. In the dining room she hustles and works her butt off! Thank you for taking care of the residents as if they were your own family !

The community has come a long way! I toured last year and it was pretty outdated. Visited recently and the community has come alive. I know they are no longer Holiday and I shows. The staff offered my family and I lunch while we toured. The chef came out and introduced herself. The servers do an amazing job, and the staff definitely cares. Kellie and micki get things done.Worth looking at for your family member.

I came here after losing my daughter and my husband within one month. Because I am dependent upon a power chair for part of my daily mobility, my former residence is a bi-level and with my husband's help, I was able to spend our last year's together in our 48 years in that home. Pueblo Regent welcomed me with open arms. All of the staff have been very helpful , kind and understanding..Blessings to all of them.

Me and my husband are looking for a place like home for his mom. We had lots of questions and had the pleasure of connecting with Nichole T., she was very informative and answered all of our questions in a very efficient manner. We loved how passionate she was and informed us her mom is a resident there also. That really says a lot. We still have a long way to decide, but the Regent is definitely on the top of our list.

My Aunt recently was in a car accident and could not return home. I had to find a place for her in a week. The moment I talked to Nicole from The Pueblo Regent I knew this was the place for her. I am my Aunt's POA and was in charge of taking care of her. Nicole gave me a virtual tour and showed me several apartments that were available. The whole facility is being remodeled and is beautiful! She told me about all the amenities available to her including meals and house cleaning. I chose this facility for my aunt and Nicole worked with me long distance from Illinois to make everything happen in a short amount of time. She has moved in and is extremely happy with the move and the people. Kelly, Brandi and Natalie have all been so kind and helpful as well. Nicole has even gone over and above with helping me with my aunt even delivering messages to her as she had no phone. I would highly recommend this facility for your loved ones. Diane Levey

Nice place, friendly staff. This is a good place for senior citizens to live when home isn't working for them anymore. This independent living facility has many activities and great meals for all of its residents.
