5 stars for your employee, Heather, who has been nothing short of kind, caring, attentive, and helpful while communicating with me and my (sick) senior father’s ex-wife, and checking in on him periodically, providing him with a new emergency pendant, and giving us external resources should he need further assistance. She is a sweetheart. Housekeeping staff is amazing as well. Ashley does a great job and takes a load off of me when I go to visit him, and makes cleanliness one less thing for me to worry about. So grateful to these employees.

It's a truly wonderful place. Food is amazing, and they even have a hairstylist. If your looking for a great haircut. There's activities the residents do through out the day like choir, cardio, puzzles, even a book club. It's a really awesome place to be.

We enjoy making everyday a great one at Shasta Estates for our residents and staff. We are able celebrate with our residents, families through the community with many events. The lastest Rodeo was a great way to celebrate with everyone. The day was full of families enjoying the day together. We are blessed to be able to share these moments with them.

The management has organized it so well here that even when a brand new Resident comes, they are is immediately made to feel welcome. For me, I am 91, and I love to see at tables with people having such a good time with friends.

Sara consistently provides such excellent service in this living centers restaurant style dining area she not only takes care of her own duties, but she also takes responsibility for supporting and guiding the other two servers she works with. Sara always is very welcoming to every guest and resident it's a pleasure to visit. She ensues that the dining room is exceptionally clean she goes above and beyond in assisting in the kitchen wherever needed showing teamwork and dedication. Most of all she is very respectful and has a very friendly attitude which creates a positive atmosphere not only for us as visitors but for the residents. Thank you for taking such pride in your work Sara and for genuinely caring about others.

Great place with very nice people. The Building Services Director is the friendliest; knowledgeable and very efficient! He goes above and beyond expectations to make this community a great place! If I could, I'd personally give him 5/5 stars for his prompt response to every request and his pleasant attitude and personality! Everyone is very pleasant!

Outstanding dining experiences at Shasta Estates, thanks to Sara Parker, the lead server. From the moment you sit down, she goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. She is attentive without ever being intrusive, genuinely friendly, and clearly cares that everyone in the room has a great time. What really stood out was the way she treats each guest, with respect, warmth, and real attention to detail. She makes sure meals are just right, checks in at the right moments, and carries herself with a level of professionalism that makes the whole experience feel special. It’s rare to come across someone who puts that much effort in what they do. Sara Parker sets a standard for service that makes dining at Shasta Estates something to look forward to. You’ve got to try it for yourself, it’s an experience worth having.

I have a couple friends that live at Shasta Estates, and visit them often. The staff is incredible, so friendly so caring so genuine. The food is fantastic. The chef is great! Shasta Estates goes above and beyond for its residents. The grounds are immaculate. The buildings and interiors are so clean and well maintained. The staff is so friendly, caring, empathetic, approachable and present. All of this would be reason enough for a five star rating, but the activities they plan and provide for the residents are above and beyond. We're talking about renting out movie theater s to take residents to private screenings of movies that coincide with book club books, cowboy BBQ's that coincide with the Rodeo season, Chili cook offs, craft fairs, and this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Nice place . Totally locked down because of civid wich is great because it's elderly people there. Very strict on no outside visitors . . I agree with that . Wish every one would just stay home and let only essential workers be out and about .

Associated with Holiday Retirement. Only single level care available. The assistants are trained to help those who require additional help getting to and from activities. They need additional bus service through the week and outside activities (senior center) etc.

It seems as most of the employees did the minimum required. Cleaning is done to the minimum and my grandfather is always complaining about how the food has no flavor. It used to be pretty nice but it's really gone down hill the last 5 years.
