We enjoy making everyday a great one at Shasta Estates for our residents and staff. We are able celebrate with our residents, families through the community with many events. The lastest Rodeo was a great way to celebrate with everyone. The day was full of families enjoying the day together. We are blessed to be able to share these moments with them.

Shasta Estates goes above and beyond for its residents. The grounds are immaculate. The buildings and interiors are so clean and well maintained. The staff is so friendly, caring, empathetic, approachable and present. All of this would be reason enough for a five star rating, but the activities they plan and provide for the residents are above and beyond. We're talking about renting out movie theater s to take residents to private screenings of movies that coincide with book club books, cowboy BBQ's that coincide with the Rodeo season, Chili cook offs, craft fairs, and this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Great place with very nice people. The facilities technician is the friendliest, knowledgeable and very efficient! He goes above and beyond expectations to make this community a great place! If I could, I'd personally give him 5/5 stars for his prompt response to every request and his pleasant attitude and personality! Everyone is very pleasant!

Nice place . Totally locked down because of civid wich is great because it's elderly people there. Very strict on no outside visitors . . I agree with that . Wish every one would just stay home and let only essential workers be out and about .

My grandpa just moved here a couple months ago and just loves it. They keep him busy with activities and hes happy with the food. It reminds me of a Hotel with a bit of hospital vibe.

I do some work here every now and then. I appreciate how warm and friendly the staff is with the residents. The facility is kept very clean and they work hard to accommodate the residents.

It seems as most of the employees did the minimum required. Cleaning is done to the minimum and my grandfather is always complaining about how the food has no flavor. It used to be pretty nice but its really gone down hill the last 5 years.

Associated with Holiday Retirement. Only single level care available. The assistants are trained to help those who require additional help getting to and from activities. They need additional bus service through the week and outside activities (senior center) etc.
