Greg Veal and the team at Solstice Senior Living are wonderful. They are caring, watchful, and took good care of our mother. We worried about how Mom would adjust to having moved from out of state. She quickly adjusted to her large, updated apartment, as well as to daily life at Solstice. They paired her up with a buddy so that she would make friends and learn her way around easily. Mom adjusted quickly and enjoyed being there, and we liked visiting her. There was a good balance of activities to keep residents entertained, as well as enough free time. All the residents and staff are happy and kind. We recently had to move Mom, but we are so grateful for the good times and good friends she enjoyed while living at Solstice.

My mother-in-law moved from another state to Santa Rosa in June, 2023. Our family was looking for a senior residence with activities and meals included at an affordable price. Solstice Senior Living turned out to be the perfect place! We helped Mom move into a very roomy one bedroom apartment and she began to enjoy the arts and crafts programs, bingo, movies, word games, trivia contests, and so much more. Chef Betty provides nutritious and delicious meals as well. The facility is located on a hill surrounded by vineyards and wine country views. The executive director, Greg Veal, and his staff provide a safe and comfortable senior environment, and our family was welcome to visit and share meals any time. The separate care giving company, which is onsite, provided our Mom with the levels of care she needed, also at an affordable price. 5 Stars for Solstice!!

After touring 5 different senior living communities my dad chose Solstice in Santa Rosa. He has been a resident for 6 months and is very happy with his decision. So many activities, spacious apartment, the facility is very clean and I have to say the food in the dining room is quite tasty with lots of variety. He loves the daily homemade soups. And all this being one of the most competitively priced communities. It has been a great decision.

We reviewed a large amount of Senior Living Facilities within a 30 mile radius of Santa Rosa. Hands down this was the best and only place we were ready to settle on. Staff and residents all seem happy, engaging and helpful. Our "tour" was conducted by Megann Barkley and another resident. Other "Tours" were conducted by only staff members with no interaction with other residents.

Went for a tour today. Found it to be very nice. Grounds are beautiful and the apartments are very spacious. Found the perfect one for my Mother. There is so many activities offered it would be hard to pick what to do. Everyone there seemed happy and we can’t wait to see Mom thrive there.

For a senior living facility, this place is top notch. The price point is excellent and the resident care is great. They are in a beautiful area overlooking Santa Rosa. It's peaceful and serene. They also have a fabulous dining area where meals are carefully planned and balanced as well as delicious.

I would not hesitate to share my memorable experience at Solstice Senior Living at Santa Rosa. Compared to six or more sites I have toured, Solstice remains the most inviting” immediately. I felt "at home" from the moment I entered the front door, throughout the touring and talking about expectations, and to the point of my exit to return to my current residence. Management, staff, a few residents (I was happy to meet), the condition (interior and exterior), the lunch service, and the location of the building were nothing less than inviting and relaxing. Steven and Paul went beyond usual efforts to show me that I surely would be "at home" if I moved to Solstice. They are genuine, honest, and considerate sales persons, and their human relations dispositions are outstanding. If my current indebtedness had not been a hindrance, I would be writing this feedback from my unit at Solstice in Santa Rosa. If you are looking for a retirement home for yourself or a love one, I highly recommend Solstice Senior Living at Santa Rosa.

Facilities are much nicer than average, however, the staff is invasive in families’ private business and judgmental of both their residents of their visitors, which makes for an uncomfortable environment.
