The transition for my Mom into the Palmdale location was very easy and informative due to Diane’s patient, kind, and helpful manner with all of our questions. All of the staff is very helpful, kind and friendly! The on site caregivers are super nice and very attentive always there to help at all hours. Her room is cleaned regularly and meals are included and good! The whole place is clean and beautiful. There are plenty of fun and entertaining activities for her ! Overall it’s been a great experience!!

I I love living it on holiday ranch village I have been about 7-8 months and it's got a very light airy joyful vacation feel to it everybody's very very friendly the staff is very courteous and the residents you could answer a nicer bunch of people. This place is so awesome they have on-site caregivers for different medical needs or anything really. They have they're called care Rite. Care right is an extremely organized or oriented caregiving institution on the premises of holiday Rancho Village. They literally dropped everything to cater to you which just blew my mind they're very cordial very polite and I love being called Miss Miss Denise cuz I don't think I've ever been called a mess maybe a long time ago but not recently. So it's been a pleasure being here there's a very sunny place and it really does feel like the only thing missing is the ocean but I told you they're working on it . Lol

They have a wonderful staff that’s friendly and caring about all of the elderly people that live there. Having my mom there has been a wonderful experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to place their loved ones in a safe environment.

I have declining mental health and I anticipate needing 100 percent assisted living. After visiting several facilities my decision was rancho village in Palmdale. In the process I met MS Diane Davis. She is very knowledgeable, pleasant,and helpful. I highly recommend the facility and of course Diane Davis. I cannot more highly recommend her and the facility other than to say when I am absolutely in need she will provide my needs in the manner I’d prefer and at this time relax and enjoy my time left.

I have lived here over a year. Everyone has been so kind, patient and respectful. I love my apartment and caregiver Carl. He is handsome and easy to get along with. Corrine is my dear friend here. We spend our time together which I enjoy. Everyone is nice. Absolutely wonderful people and beautiful place to live.

This was the first tour of a Independent Living facility with my hesitant brother and his wife last month. Although they did not choose this facility, it was ONLY because they decided they wanted a change of location after living in Palmdale for over 40 years. However, we all agreed this facility was very welcoming and open my brother's and sister-in-law's eyes as to how much more fulfilling and simplified their life could be. This facility in Palmdale is absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious yet safe, inviting and accommodating - Every one of the staff members and residents we came across were friendly, happy, kind, and very "real". Additionally, there are a variety of extra curricular daily/weekly/monthly activities and additional services they provide and/or offer to residents! It definitely setup my brother and his wife's expectations for other facility tours on high alert as to what they were looking to find and how it made them feel. Thank you, Diane and all, for making this an exceptional experience for us and setting the bar high for a safe and secure place for older loved ones to thrive!

My mother lives here ! We ( her grown children ) love it . Safe. Secure, clean welcoming home environment for her . The staff here are wonderful, kind and truly caring .. We looked at 5 other facilities. This is the best one .. by far nothing bad about tie others . This one just really rises above ! Stands out as the best in their league. I’ll save you time and money .. just book here and be content for the rest of your life!

This is my first time visiting Holiday Rancho Village. It is a well maintained place. The staff are friendly and the presentation was very informative. Everyone is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the amenities they offer. My friend is looking for a retirement place. Our sales manager, Diane Davis, was patient with all of our questions and answered everything in detail. She made us feel like we're home. We also had lunch, which was tasty, and the service was fantastic. It seems everyone who works for this great organization enjoys working and helping the residents.

Stopped by to visit my aunt. Her apartment is nice and the grounds are well kept. Staff could be friendlier. The food sucks here, no flavor. My soup was watery and tasteless, chicken was dry.

With out question, the overall operation and management of the facility exceeds my expectations. without exception the management and staff are friendly and considerate and will go out of there way to be helpful. I consider the food good and the menu varied enough to suite most everyone's tats buds. There are a host of activities for guest to enjoy if they choose, including various card games, bingo, educational programs and wine apparition.

My 96 year old mother has been at Rancho Village in Palmdale, Ca for 5 years now . She is almost blind due to macular degeneration and so there have been some ups and downs as expected. Recently due to a necessary roof repair she needed to move temporarily to another room until the repair was completed. The staff made great effort to assist with the move which included her bedroom, clothes closet, her favorite chair, phone and television connections; so was not an easy task. It was a challenge for Mom to go through the change, but she understood she had no choice. After about 6 weeks the repair was complete and Michelle Cochran (Director) and Jose (Maintenance) helped expedite getting her resettled. Often these efforts go unnoticed. We want to be sure to express our appreciation in this review. Thank you for all you do for our mother and the other residents at Rancho Village, especially when things are difficult, as they often are for the elderly.

On day one you're excited. This is a new journey! And then reality sets in from the fact there is no exit plan regarding emergencies and the GM refuses to get us REAL SECURITY! The Front Doors were doommunlocked all night just recently. and someone will die with immobile folks on upper floors and one elevator, food like milk that is sour and watered down juices, dirty dishes with crude on the bottoms that cause them to be stuck to the table. There's a severe understaffing and the Rogue GM intimidates and bullies anyone who doesn't want to cover. The office staff are smiling y5incompetence of office staff who want you to sign a lease that is financially predatory and no standards that would demonstrate equal application of policies. There is no connection visible between the facility and the Big Guys in Kentucky because this facility is not quite on thinancial predatory issues that the GM and the fiscal manager could not explain when I requested clarification. She's a General Manager whose MGMT persona is a combination of arrogance, passive aggressive actions and breathing fit Wage laws are ignored and the tenants get to live in a toxic working employees like indentured servants. They recently lost two employee class action type lawsuits. Call me.

This place is really incredible. Their leadership team, Michelle and Diane is trustworthy and genuine. I feel so confident in the home they provide and the care they facilitate for their residents. Michelle is the epitome of a true patient/resident advocate. They are focused on caring for people and doing it with dignity. You’d be lucky to have your loved one here with them. We have helped several clients relocate to Rancho Village. With aging, seniors need a place to be more safe facility and an environment they can be active. They offer engaging activities and socializing opportunities that our parents need. When the time is right for my parents, I will have them downsize into Rancho Village, staffs are friendly and they genuinely care for residents.

I needed a place for my mom after she suffered a fall at age 92 and had less than a week to get her closer to my home. The staff a Rancho Village provided a temporary unit and removed any doubt that they would be there for my mom.

Went to visit this weekend to see for my mom. I loved it. It looks like you're on vacation. It was lunchtime when we went so the residents were eating at the restaurant. It just looked so fancy and relaxing. We took a tour and saw a couple of rooms. I loved them. The size was perfect. Even the Studio looked big enough. They are in the middle of a total remodel but you can tell it's going to be beautiful when they're done. The price includes food and utilities so it's not too bad. I recommend this place.

Although this place is well-kept with decent-sized apartments and near many amenities, it is definitely not a "vibrant retirement community"; in fact it's a bit depressing. I would call it just a step above assisted living. The vast majority of residents are not independently mobile, and are dependent on some form of daily in-home care and assistance. There are no outdoor amenities or activities at all (no walking paths, pool, lawn games, horseshoes, etc). All indoor activities are stationary - bingo & other games, chair yoga, beanbag baseball. Excursions are few, and do not include most community events such as plays, concerts, festivals, lectures, etc. There is little in the way of intellectual stimulation, and most residents seem content to be simply existing. Food is pretty good, but meal schedules are rigidly structured. Good for the elderly & semi-dependent, but not for "vibrant seniors."

This place is very nice with fantastic food. It's like staying at a five star hotel. There are many different room choices, wide hallways, and everything is very plush. My mother in law stayed here a couple of years ago. I thought the management could have been a touch more pleasant but they were still ok.
