As a resident since November 2021 when Peak Living purchased Wellington Village the new owner inherited some issues that have ALL been addressed. Even the most expensive hotels can have someone bring in bugs. Everything has been eradicated and consistently monitored. Wellington has been completely remodeled recently and our current Manager Matthew K pays attention to every detail. George in Maintenance is everyones favorite, and between Matthew and George you will not find a safer, cleaner, reasonably priced senior apartment in the north Columbus area. Hilliard is a beautiful city with lots to do. You won’t regret calling Matthew @ 614-777-8553.

This apartment complex is top notch! The manager (Matthew) makes this place better every week! Beautiful interior and exterior! It’s very clean, friendly residents, and any and all issues that arise are taken care of immediately and thoroughly. Maintenance (George) is great and timely. You will love it here like the rest of us.

If I could give it less than 1 star , I would. If you love bed bugs and cock roaches you won’t mind living there! I broke my lease in August 2024 and paid a penalty fee of $2,364.00. It was worth it to get out! Peak Living is an awful property management firm. Rents are raised but very poor maintaining the inside of property.😞😞😞

They are managed by an out of state company. Currently no one on site to manage the place. Maintenance is there only a couple of days a week. There is a bed bug infection.

I was pleasantly surprised at the roomiest of the one bedroom. The kitchen has so much cupboard space and a pantry! It has safety features to make one feel safe. There iare laundry facilities, common room and hair salon along with well care if needed. All tha amenities I was looking for. The staff is very accommodating, always a smile.

I love George! He's friendly, funny and very kind . He explains what he's doing and how it works or why/ why not. He also takes an extra minute or 2 if you happen to have a question or a quick fix needed like a lightbulb without making you feel like you're taking time from others .

Well I live here and I understand the apartments are being inspected for bed bugs and roaches. They never tell us why the are inspecting but I know know I don't personally have them and I better not get them. I also understand that the owner of this place lives high society and doesn't like to spend money to repair anything here. I haven't lived here a year yet but I had many instances of getting my furnace repaired. I have heat now but don't touch the thermostat or it stops working. Can't wait to see what summer and the running the ac brings. I'm sure not hearing good things about it here. I realized they don't like to spend money but they love our rent checks Their is a resident here that has had her rent money in escrow for quite some time because of them not repairing things I hope I don't experience this.

My furnace was giving off an odor so I turned it off . This was on Friday. Maintenance is off on weekends so I didn't think to call him because it' wasn't cold. I usually have it set to 73 Anyway soI didn't get in touch with him.

The complex is well maintained and the landscaping is beautiful. I love my apartment - it really feels like home. The residents are very friendly and welcoming and there are many activities available as well as trips to area stores. Maintenance is responsive to request and takes the time to explain how things work if I have a question.Connie, the manager, is very pleasant and always checks to see how everyone is doing. I would highly recommend residency at Wellington Village.

I want to say thank you again to Angela Gonzales for another 2 maintenance issues taken care of in such a timely manner. Kitchen sink leak fixed within a couple of hours (thank you George) and Carpet stretcher did a great job, very respectful and professional and was brought to my apt by Angela herself. Once again thank you and very satisfied.

We moved our mother to Wellington Village in January of 2021. After living in Cleveland for 92 years, we were concerned about her transition to a new city plus a new home. The residents and staff at Wellington offered such a warm welcome and she is loving this new chapter in her life. With Covid restrictions slowly being lifted, she is excited about the upcoming programs and events being offered. Friendly, caring, clean, helpful, and beautiful are the words we hear our mom repeat when describing her new home. We agree that it's a truly wonderful place!

I am waiting to move in, I love everything that they have to offer. I planned to live there (If I get to move in) for the rest of my life. Its very beautiful, with lots of activities, even though Covid-19 has prevented a lots to do. I want to be around people my age or older. I was so impressed how clean its is. I worked for people my age or older, since I was 18. I cant wait for peace and quiet, well with a little noise, lol.

Very nice people. Im still waiting for an apartment, but the apartments are great for what they are and Im so looking forward to moving in there. I think it will be good for me at this time in my life. Maybe not forever, but what is?

After my husbands stepmother passed we visited with my father-in-law. He went on a wait list and moved closer to us. The Community is awesome, he Loves living there and says it feels like home. No private patio or balcony but awesome community garden, a solarium for winter to prevent vitamin D deficiency, wonderful events... So the social life is wonderful, awesome events to keep you busy. Beautiful caring staff who goes above and beyond. Spacious Apartments, wheelchair accessible, safety bars attached, emergency cords in every room, access to a nurse twice a week, podiatrist comes in-house every 6-8 weeks, Kroger can be delivered (especially in winter a blessing) transportation to stores and senior center available, community park backs right up, senior center on walking distance, rehab company offers free chair exercises every other week, library, craft and puzzle room, computer and help, lessons, work out room, ... Available!
