The staff at Warbarton are friendly and always willing to help. The place is clean and the food is nutritious. Warburton is a healthy environment. The residents are friendly. Close to shopping. Transportation is always on time. The activities are fun and engaging. The emergency response if needed is quick.

Very happy with the quality of service in the cafeteria, especially the staff and their professionalism. In particular, Sergio Aguilar, the hospitality manager, stands out for his excellent service. The food, however, could use some improvement.

I recently toured Warburton Place Senior Living in Santa Clara and was very impressed with both the facilities and the staff, especially Christine, the sales manager, who was very informative, kind and compassionate throughout the tour. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The facilities felt lively and the residents appeared genuinely happy. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming. What impressed me most was how exceptionally clean and well cared for the entire facility was.

My cousin stayed at Warburton Place, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment he arrived, the staff made them feel genuinely welcome, cared for, and at home. The sense of community, kindness, and attentiveness truly stood out. He absolutely loved his stay and spoke so fondly of the staff and friends who made it so special. My father has lived here for a few years now. It's a good fit for him. He is a widower and living at home was no longer an option for him. He participates in bingo and card games. The place is clean, staff is nice, they have transportation for his appointments, food is varied and he has his own place where he can retreat to. Overall very happy!!

This review is well overdue. I was surprised Warburton Place had vacancies to be honest. I have seen and been in many of these living centers in the past decade, why? Because I do presentations in these types of facilities & living centers for seniors for my own insurance company for various Medicare plans at certain times of year. I didn’t want my own mother in just any place to call home. I have had clients live here in the past, so was familiar. Good old fashion service with a smile that will assist you in getting things settled and on the right path. Each resident receives a device similar to Life Alert to wear and keep near, 3 meals a day, 7 days a week, maid service for basic cleaning, sheet, towel, trash services, ride service & more! You even get assigned a resident to sit with at meal time to introduce you to others so you don’t sit alone. If you are looking for your loved one, or want to move for more benefit for your dollar, see what specials are running and see what they can do to assist you! Thank you for what you have done making my mother a comfortable resident.

The people at Atria Warburton have been most kind and helpful in providing information to us about their facility and special deals they offer. We were referred to them by A Place for Mom, which was helpful to my wife and me when we were looking for a similar place a few years ago. Although they are a business, all of the people have been very personal and caring, and have kept in touch with us in the event that we are ready and able to move in.

walking into this facility for the first time, you get the wonderful warm feeling of welcome home. The staff are there to greet you with a smile. The managers are the most kindest and pleasant encounter of this facility. Mike and Mark are amazing, the amount of care they give to each and every visitors, family members and residents and staff! The tour is thorough, a wonderful array of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I highly recommend this hidden gem for its cleanliness, professionalism and friendly Atmosphere.

Warburton is probably the best value around the area. I did find newer buildings with higher finishes, but those came with considerable costs. This community had everything that was needed for my mom. During our tour the residents seemed very happy and the staff was amazing. The building was clean and it had a number of areas for residents to relax and enjoy music a movie or some activity. It has a large dining room with a menu that had several good options for mom. Once I get things settled this will be mom's home. Thanks for everything, see you soon.

Many retirement homes succeed or not based upon accommodations, conveniences of sorts for residents, services, food service, maintenance and housekeeping . . . . Holiday Warburton has all that and of considerable quality over and above many, many other houses. The greatest quality of all at this location is that staff cares about people "to the tee". Great!

It’s highly recommended place for senior. Met a very knowledgeable & professional personnel (Mike K) that guided me & my sister thru the process and eventually led us to pick Warburton Place. Cafeteria personnel and its residents are all friendly and welcoming.

A nice place to live, friendly residents and staff. Housekeepers are kind, caring and loving. Lots of laughter with residents and many activities. Maintenance is some times slow because of many small issues; it is an older building. Management are very nice and caring as well. Food is good and residents can order in room too. And very clean rooms and common areas. Movie nights, games, outings to local eatries as well as the Westmont bus takes residents to appointments and outings.
