My husband and granddaughter were met by a friendly informed helpful Viv. We had lunch really good food. Had a choice of 2 meals. Toured different apt. And saw friendly people who really tried to answer and show us all the wonderful things to do. Church on Sun,Wed. Exercise room,craft and library, kitchen for cooking parties walk inside or out on paths. So much to do to keep you busy. Answered questions before we thought of them. Beautiful 3 story GONE With the Wind staircase. Elevators. Thank you so much for the wonderful tour.

Kinda concerned about maintenance. Carpet has wrinkles by the elevator on 2nd floor. That's a trip or fall hazard. Even the door handles coming into the place are nasty dirty. Like they haven't been cleaned since they painted the doors and handles. Come folk all it will take is 1 sick person and everyone touching the handles is sick. Even the elevator buttons need cleaning.

Polo Park is a wonderful retirement facility! It is a very lively community with lots of fun activities and socials for the residents. The staff is very courteous and attentive to the needs of all who live there, along with ensuring a pleasant living environment. This community is able to provide for all of their daily needs along with care needs. I highly recommend moving family members into Polo Park!

This community has changed my life in so many ways! The residents is what makes the experience worth while! The food is great, the staff treat each other like family we never really thought we needed, and we all come together to get everything done for our community and that makes our residents happy , which is the goal!

I was fortunate enough to be part of Polo Park Estates "relaxation station" event as a massage therapist providing the residents chair massages. They had other professionals offering facials, hand massages and healthy drinks and snacks for the perfect wellness day. The facilities were clean and the staff clearly care a lot about their residents. They also seem to provide a lot of different events to provide the residents a fun and active social life. Madison was especially helpful in coordinating everything with me and making sure the residents were able to safely get on and off the massage chair. Great experience at Polo Park Estates!

The facility is fairly old. There are virtually no activities besides bingo. They stay short-staffed and have little to no resident enrichment. They've changed ownership twice in one year. They can't keep staff including housekeeping, management, chefs and restaurant staff. The food has gone from delicious one year ago, to marginal at best. Offering a bologna sandwich for a meal is unacceptable. Under newest management, they have eliminated laundering or even changing the resident's bedding. I expect my sheets to be changed when I hire a housekeeper or stay at a hotel. These folks are less mobile than their younger counterparts and trying to change the sheets on a bed is not within all of the residents' capabilities. I recommend you look elsewhere for your loved ones.

One of the nicest retirement facilities I've been to in Midland, TX. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating whenever I have delivered for different entities like doordash and shipt. Simply a wonderful experience every visit I make here.

My father in law lives there, and Im so glad he does. Its a caring facility with good people who their best. And by providing a spare apartment, they make it easy for us to come from out of town to visit him. Great place.
