Beautiful, gorgeous, facility & great value for the price as I have a Studio, moved here Mat 1st 2024, huge problems with the food & from what I've learned from other residents this has been an ongoing issue & has gotten worse!!! The Food for Thought mtgs. are a waste of time as nothing changes, so why attend???? Do they, mng. staff, honestly wish to accommodate us residents as far as our dietary needs, my answer is probably not! So depressed & sad, not a situation for me to move! Yes, they will be upset over this post!

I decided to write another review & I moved here May 1st 2024 & while this is a beautiful place there are some critical issues that need to be addressed by management such as the food & it seems this has been an ongoing problem as I've learned from residents who've lived here longer & even though, mng. wants to know our concerns, very little is being changed. Yes, they've started a sm. form to mark at meals abt. your dining experience abt. a wk. ago however it needs to be broader & this has been told to mng. by more than one resident & again the little form hasn't Changed! There has been multiple staff that has left/ fired in the almost 4 mos. I've lived here, many times they are so short staffed, residents have helped to serve at meals & in my opinion, this is unacceptable! Yes, there have been vacations but mng. knew in advance those staff were going to be off, so why didn't they plan accordingly & have others lined up to come in?????? When you decide to take a tour here, maybe you should ask more ????

I have heard from a resident of the apartments that music is played in the halls 12 hours a day. It can be heard inside the apartments and is very disruptive

In light of the current Covid-19 climate, Mr. Link did a great job giving us an informative and safe tour of the facility! We appreciate the precautions that were taken, and the conscientious protection of their community. As someone who is considering this setting for a loved one, it was reassuring to see such diligence! It is a comfortable, clean environment, in a lovely setting! It is located near some great shopping, dinning, and medical facilities.

Took your today and Deb sales mgt was excellent. Tried food and there is a variety of options and very tasty. Rooms looked nice. The first studio we looked at had some water damage which if I took would be fixed. Next we looked at 1 bedroom which we really enjoyed. No utilities which is plus. Can bring my own furniture in and enough room for my dog. Residents were very nice as well as the rest of the staff. Two laundry facilities on each floor. Lots of activities. Major drawback is the transportation bus Id not ADA adapted so I would have to take paratransit wherever I want to go. Only the studio had a bathroom that u could wheel into. One bedrooms have a small lip into shower. Lot of pros and cons but mostly pro. Looking forward to going back. Excellent looking places.

Its a nice clean retirement Village I seem to take good care of the tenants grounds are kept up and the place was clean if youre looking for a place are your parents and then I try see what they have to offer from the outside looking in seems to be a decent place who seem to care about their tenants I swing by check them out hopefully it be what you want for your parents or grandparents

CP is a wonderful place for seniors no longer fully capable of caring for self, but not yet ready for assisted care. A common dining area makes it a great place to be fully fed without the hassle of cooking for oneself unless you want to. I would recommend this place over and again. Great caring staff.

Ive lived there a month now. A great place to live. Many friendly people. Three chef prepared meals a day. The apartments are a delight. Mine has a third floor patio. Best place I found in the area. Wheelchair friendly. I couldnt be more pleased.
