They are just fantastic all around!

Highly recommended. I lived there for more than 4 years; only moved out due to job relocation.1. Great location; less than a block away from lakeshore express buses to downtown.2. Great staff who treat tenants as family. A lot of social events: free breakfast onceper month, shopping buses, movies and etc.3. Units are quiet and clean. Parking is available to lease on site.

Ive lived here for 2 years and moved just for personal reasons (moving to another State). I enjoyed living here, clean, comfortable, the cost is more than worth it. I will go back to the Grace Street Towers if someday I have to look for an apartment. Great management and staff team focused on resident satisfaction, super amenities like package receipt, cleaners, parking, gorgeous lobby and outdoor space (patio).Professional management that truly cares about the building. Very helpful and friendly.Nice and friendly people who care about their neighbors. A bit small but a great gym. Guest parking. Tennis, bike, jogging trail, bird sanctuary and lake Michigan across the street. Close to beaches. Incredible transportation options (CTA - bus, red line). Very friendly building. I could go on and on! Thanks to everyone!

Ive lived here for less than a year, but have been pretty impressed so far. The rental office staff are great, treat their tenants like their own family. The maintenance staff and housekeeper are also fantastic and greet you in the hallway. Its refreshing to be surrounded by such courteous people who tell you to have a good day when you leave in the morning.The building is quiet and safe, units are nice (if a bit dated), and the location is UNBEATABLE. Those pesky washers and dryers are the only area of improvement, as there are usually 2-3 out of the 16 machines out of order. Pretty minor when considering all the positives of living here. Im very lucky to have found this place.

I lived there for more than two years and I still feel lucky to get such a wonderful place and two caring maintenance guys- Albert and Ragib. The manager named Christina Lopez and Chembey are so friendly that they make you feel like you are at home. I wish I could find such a cordial environment at my new place.
