Staff very courteous… the front area is always nice and clean. I've been here a few times to notarize documents for the seniors that live here.

Hoping never have to change this but after almost a year, very happy with Brookdale North. My mother has a really nice apartment, compliments the food she gets; and a very friendly, courtious staff. She recently had heart surgery and having Doctors on Call plus PT & OT available on site has been huge. The indoor pool with water aerobics designed for seniors is a big plus as well.

Kind caring staff. Beautiful outdoor grounds and landscaping. Good food. Lots of excellent events and activities. Easy transportation. Pets welcome. Located near stores, shopping, medical facilities. Friendly engaged social residents.

My stepfather moved there after my mother died. He had been living alone and that was not good for him as well as he has mobility issues and should be in a place where he can be helped up if he falls. Brookdale has been great! He really enjoys it there with all of the activities and the residents are very nice. And their rental prices are much more affordable than most other independent living places in Raleigh. The food is also great! My parents had previously been at Whispering Pines and their food was awful.

Great staff and residential community, my dad very much enjoyed the food while he was there. I was sorry to see him move onto another facility after his care requirements went beyond what could be covered by Brookdales add-on services.

Several years ago after my father passed away, my mother was dealing with some health issues and could no longer remain in the home they had shared for a lifetime. It was a difficult time and so very hard for mom to leave her home. Coming to the Heritage was a blessing! Mom started off in assisted living and within 3 months she had moved into independent living where she still lives today. I was amazed how quickly she regained her independence and how much the quality of her life changed in such a short time. I attribute this to the excellent care and outstanding staff provided at the Heritage. Today my mom is healthy and happy......and so am I!

I have been living here for the past two years and I love it! People are friendly and the staff is helpful. I particularly enjoy the exercise program and games. The food is delicious especially Sunday brunch! Come visit! Fay Elibiary.
