My sister in law's mother lives here and I have interacted with the staff in order to help get her to appointments and they have been very cooperative. This site has also been refreshed after changing ownership and the name. It has been a positive change for a convenient and helpful retirement community.

My mom has lived here since 2021 and loves it! The staff and residents are amazing! You can feel the love in the community as soon as you walk in. Can't imagine a better location for retirement in Greenville!

When I was living in my condo, I had no idea that I would need a pacemaker, but God knew and He opened the door for me to sell my condo and move into this awesome retirement home! My daughters were so helpful in everything and now I am super blessed to enjoy all the wonderful benefits being a resident here in the TerraBella Home! Since I had a pacemaker installed, I have been privileged to have my meals delivered to my room! I did enjoy eating and fellowshipping in the dinning room, but I really like more the meals in my room, so I can mix the lunches & dinners together plus making hot chocolate/w marshmallows for the evening meal! Thanks to all of the managers and employees who are so very kind and helpful! God is so good to let His 90 year old servant live here in my last days before I join Him and my Christian family members and friends!

The whole place looks run down & dirty. The food is horrible. The old folks are left alone 12 hours a day. It feels unsafe. Both the front & back doors are broken & light bulbs are burned out. A lot of the people require a higher level of care. I could go on.

My mother's life here at Westminster now named [Terra Bella] has always been a nice place she has enjoyed. That said, today it's even better ever since Cheryl has taken over as General Manager, my mother has told me Cheryl and all the staff seem more engaged with her than in the past, so things have gotten even better for mom! This is the very best place to live at. The General Manager Cheryl is the Greatiest Manager in the World. Do I recommend Terra Bella YES YES YES and forever. Please go there and see all the wonderful people there and the best management to. I promise everybody that this place is the only place you would love to live at. And there is a bus that Terra Bella owns to drive you any where you need to go to.

Appreciated the time Caroline and Sheryl gave to us to tour TerraBella. They were also gracious enough to ask us to stay for lunch, which we enjoyed and also had a nice conversation with a lovely couple who have been there for some time.

My father has been at Terra Bella since April 2021. He is treated with courtesy and respect. He and I appreciate the "Aging in Place" model which allows him to live independently. His apartment is cleaned weekly and he goes to the dining hall to socialize and eat his meals three times a day. My father especially appreciates the social aspects of living in this community. He enjoys games and music in the atrium. The staff tries to accommodate for the variety of requests made by individual residents. This makes each person's stay more enjoyable.

This place has good and bad sides that I've noticed from my visits there. The Good: plenty of activities for the seniors and opportunities to run errands. There is a sense of community, like they want to have people involved and staying active. Which is great. The bad: VERY dated facilities. The air conditioning in the apartments doesn't work well. Some guest rooms have bad odors that comes through their door into the hall. Smells of urine and cigarette smoke can fill your nostrils walking to your destination. They don't have a very inclusive dining menu either. The resident I know has dietary restrictions due to medications she's taking, so she said lunch yesterday was a few ounces of chicken and six slices of squash. She's already lost 15lbs since living there. For $3K/mo for a 1-bedroom, I feel like the facilities and meals should be considerably better.

I was a private sitter here today. Staff was helpful, warm, and friendly .Social distancing measures are in place and temperature checks.Hand sanitizer available and they are limiting the number of people in the dining room to 20 and the rest of the meals are delivered to the rooms . We would highly recommend this establishment for at least two reasons Chuck the manager is the most amazing individual so he has hard the most amazing individuals the chef and all the employees there are glowing with energy you must stop in unannounced and just fill the atmosphere I have been moving people for over 20 years so I have been in several of these facilities around the country never have I felt the energy like I felt at this establishment in a short. Of time if I knew Chuck was going to be the manager when I needed this facility I would sign up now and get on the list
