My parents moved into their apartment at Quincy Place in June 2025, and they absolutely love it! While it's not the fanciest place, it's where they felt most comfortable. I'm grateful they were allowed to keep their dogs, which is super important to them. The staff is kind and attentive to their needs. My mom is thriving socially, knowing all the Quincy Place team. I am especially thankful for Todd, who is very caring and goes above and beyond for my parents. My mom even calls him her hero! We are blessed to have them there, it's a great place that provides the right amount of support so they can stay independent longer.

I moved my Mom from Arizona to Colorado late October. After visiting several places in Denverfrom Senior Living to Apartment Living, I found Quincy Place to be the best value, overall! The team at Quincy Place are caring, kind and they make every resident (and their families) feel important, heard and cared for. I am completely satisfied with my decision and my Mom is happy. When I walked into Quincy Place, I knew this was where I wanted to be. The place is beautiful, light, and airy. The staff is of high quality and very compassionate. I am independent and still have my car I can drive. But it gives me peace of mind knowing, when needed, there are other services available to me. The food is marvelous, our Chef goes above and beyond for our meals to make sure that we are happy and fed. I would recommend Quincy Place to anyone that is looking for a great quality of life.

Great place! My father in law loves the food and socializing with the other residents, he was never much for socialization but has found a nice group of men who share the same interests and has really come out of his shell! The staff are very friendly and know all of his children’s/wives/husbands names and there are 8 of us, they really take an interest in the lives of the residents. Highly recommend!

Ever since the new management has taken over, my Granny has been the happiest I’ve seen her in years. Anytime I’m there to visit she’s much more involved than she used to be under previous management and is constantly telling me how happy she is! This leadership change truly has made her quality of life much better and our family is finally at peace knowing she’s finally happy with where she’s living.

Quincy place is great for my dad. He is very happy with the friendly staff. They are great at communicating and the process was simple. We moved my mother to Quincy Place in June of 2024. She is very happy there and really likes the friendly and kind staff, the cleanliness of the place, the food, and has enjoyed getting to know some of the residents. The takeover by Sky Active Living just recently has expanded an already good dining menu. My Mom is happy with the activities offered but also likes to just sit and enjoy people watching and chatting with others. We like that the place is relatively small and that the staff can get to know residents by name. Having my Mom in Quincy Place puts my heart at ease when I am unable to be there knowing that she is being taken care of.

I LOVE THIS Facility. We are a third party company,and we go to several facilities.This is the best one yet I have moved six of my clients in here. As you know, this is independent living. The staff here is wonderful! Cody and Mikayla are very responsive to our needs. The Quincy is clean and well kept. There are activities for the residents to participate. Dining room is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My Aunt feels safe and is very happy here! A big thank to all the staff at the Quincy!

Apparently not what it used to be? Food quality is poor not much life enrichment. They could offer more outside activities. People there are very nice and the general manager has a sincere desire to provide great service. I changed my rating from a one to a 3 as the corporate office and local management were quick to respond.

Quincy Place is a great place to live. It is pet friendly which is a big deal for me as I have 2 cats. The staff is excellent. Management is responsive and caring. People are friendly. There are things to do everyday. I’m going on 7 years here. That’s happy.

Like all facilities of this nature it's expensive, sample dinner was not cardio friendly (way too salty) and residence had little social contact. Corvo 19 gives a reason for contract exceptions but before corvo several facilities did not meet their promises

My gtandfather has been staying here for 14 months thus far and he loves it which was shocking as he is one of those old timers that always said he would never move in anywhere else! Having outlived my grandmother and lost of his friends and each of his siblings he began to slowly die of boredom. Now he gets all the social interaction he needs at least 3x per day during meals (which are also great)

Found this place for my grandfather, He was a little upset to leave his house. I looked at a few different senior apartments, and nothing was even close to how nice Quincy place is! After a few weeks He started commenting on how great the food was, and now he loves this place!
