My husband and I have been living at San Sebastian Apartments for 2.5 yrs, and I can honestly say the recent change in ownership has made a world of difference. The new management team is attentive, receptive, kind, and truly engaging with the residents. They listen to feedback and take action quickly”something that really stands out in today’s rental market. The property already had great amenities, but even those have seen noticeable upgrades. The improvements in the units themselves, the pool, spa, and landscaping have made the entire community feel more welcoming and enjoyable. It’s clear that the new owners/managment team genuinely care about creating a high-quality living experience for everyone. If you’re looking for a place where management is approachable as well as proactive and responsive, where the living environment keeps getting better, San Sebastian Apartments is a fantastic choice. The best decision I ever made. After 70+ years in Michigan I wanted a place to call home without the work! Haha great management,neighbors and neighbor hood. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful apartments I absolutely love it here!

I really love how quiet it is here. My husband and I still work so we really appreciate that we can come home and just enjoy the peace and serenity. The grounds and amenities are kept in pristine condition and whenever we've used any of the common areas, they were available and not crowded at all. I love that! Also, the leasing staff are wonderful! So happy to help at any time and there are lots of planned activities. Finally, the maintenance staff are excellent. No matter what the issue, it is resolved quickly and efficiently. These guys know what they're doing for sure!

Its getting easier each day to getting acclamated to Apartment living and San Sebastian has made it more exceptable.

We just renewed our Lease, beginning our 5th year of residency. The Project is beautifully maintained. We have used the Clubhouse for special events, snd appreciate the ability to entertain large groups on special occasions. Our Apartment is well designed and spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a den. The Staff is friendly and works well together to meet the needs of the Tenants. With many apartment homes in the area, we find San Sebastian to be the best value per square foot. Very Happy Here!

We have lived here for seven years and enjoyed nearly every day. There is lots to do to keep you active and social. This is the only apartment we have lived in in over 51 years.
