This morning I woke up to a very cold Cottage, called to see if it was a power outage, nope. I called the main office, spoke to Chris, he said he would have Maintenance come soon. Ten minutes later, heat was on, battery in my thermostat died. This was so awesome. BTW this morning temps was 7* bbrrrr but now toasty warm! Thanks guys!

This place is great for those retired looking for ease and convenience. We've been with them for a year no complaints. The staff is great and amenities the best.

I moved here June 2023 I was welcomed by the staff and the community of seniors there are many things to keep busy if physically able most get around quite well there are several activities for all residents and a monthly newsletter that I personally enjoy having the location is great for me I can go on a nice walk on the campus or out on the public sidewalks not far from the grand river as there are people boating, fishing walking or just taking in the fresh air and a nice walk I feel safe at grand haven. The buildings are clean and well maintained I love seeing the deer as they come out early mornings. I look forward to many years here as I make new friends and lasting memories.

Very nice buildings and grounds. The Activities Director is hands down great. The only problems I have had, and still have, are one particular building director who doesnt seem to grasp that I am brain damaged and disabled, which creates a whole world of problems for me. The other is Rose extermination. I suspect that they're playing with this building to pad their bills. Oh, and I wish I could have a dog longer and heavier than my feet. All in all though, I really adore my apartment and many of my neighbors. I want to live here until I die.

My appliances are older than I am! My apartment has never been painted and my windows (2) hardly open and close. People who live here are mostly wonderful.activities and maintenance are outstanding.

The Facility itself is beautiful, and the other tenants seem very nice. However the poor phone reception as well as the rocks in between the patio and parking area a huge safety risk for any senior.

My mom Loves living at Grand Haven 11 One complaint! When she first moved in the maintenance guy did a wonderful job keeping everything clean! Unfortunately he's no longer there and the new crew just not doing a great job!

All very well taken care. Spacious and modern. I’ve been here less than a month and very busy with settling in, so I haven’t had a chance of experiencing everything. One thing is for sure, though. The meals are too expensive. Considering what is charged breakfast should be included. Looking at the monthly schedule, more activities, inside and outside, must be offered.

Activities keep getting cancelled at the last minute. 1st floor patios have 3" drop, mom has fallen off this several times & they refuse to do anything about it even though 4 yrs ago was told would have rails. Cafe $10 the staff will take away your food before your done eating. Office is closed more than open. So if you want to add money to your laundry card. You better plan way in advance!

Very nice and clean and elegant the staff is very helpful understanding and friendly maintenance is on time and very helpful they have a perfect menu to meet the needs of the tenants and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to retire I dont think I would live anywhere else this place is awesome 5stars
