I helped my friend visit a number of senior living communities, and it didn’t take long for her to confidently select Morada Pantego. She has moved in, and has not been disappointed by anything or anyone. Pretty amazing and pretty impressive. It feels like home, but with friendly, helpful support. Added to that is housekeeping, great menus, fun activities, free transportation for appointments and fun outings, and lots of smiles from the people who live and work in this community. It does feel like family. Well worth a look if you are hunting for a good place.

The best Independent Living in the area. Staff is amazing and the community is classy. The kitchens have more cabinet space than any other community and the only one I have seen with stoves.

My Mom has been wanting to move into one of these places to live so I went with her on a tour. Having worked inside senior living places and going to visit other family members in similar settings I had somewhat tempered expectations. This place exceeded everything I could’ve asked for. We met Shonda, Mindy, Linda and Samantha (hope I remembered all the names correctly)all within the first few minutes of arriving and they did what they do and made my Mom feel like she was welcome and upheld everything that was discussed prior to our arriving. From a son’s point of view, it’s very reassuring to know my Mom will be living in a place with such a caring staff running the show.

Both my dad and I love Morada Pantego. The staff and residents are so kind and helpful. The facilities are top-notch, just beautiful. If you’re looking for independent living in Arlington/Pantego that has lots of activities and good people, you’ve found it. I highly recommend it.

I can’t say enough good things about Morada Pantego. This senior community has a very warm, welcoming, and well-run community. The staff is caring and attentive, and the environment feels like home. I have been visiting this senior living community quite often over the last twelve months, and get the same professional and welcoming reception. From the front office, to the front desk, to the housekeeping staff, to the dining room staff, to the maintenance staff, and management. Morada Pantego to me feels like a big happy family and I highly recommend them to any senior looking for a wonderful adult community to call home.

Morada Pantego Independent Living has come a long way. I am very pleased with the renovations and refresh the building has received. My grandmother recently moved here and they’ve always been so welcoming and everyone is so friendly! I love that she doesn’t have to worry about what to eat because they have sit down dining with a lovely wait staff for lunch and dinners.

My mother has stayed here for years. We both just Love it!!! Recently I stayed 4 days in a guest room they have. It was great. I was able to be close to mom but not underfoot. I will definitely stay again. If you are looking for a place, no need to look any further!!

I think the older lady that works the desk in the evening could be more attentive to incoming traffic rather than sit and talk about other people on the phone. People have other obligations to attend to. The young Latina that works over night is on point .. Perhaps she should train the older lady.

I visited The Waterford at Pantego twice and decided that I liked what I saw and that I was going to join the Retirement Community. The dining room is one of the highlights of The Waterford. It looks more like a high-dollar restaurant than a residential dining room. They also have a wait staff that provide excellent service and the food is exceptionally good. They have a Library, exercize room and many other amenities. Everyone from the residents to the management are very friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. One highlight of living at The Waterford is everything is provided free of charge including laundry rooms, television and wi-fi Internet. If you are looking for a Retirement Community I highly recommend the Waterford at Pantego.

My grandma moved here a couple of months ago. So far it's been a nice place. Had minor issues and brought them to the attention of the director. She addressed them and they were corrected. There seems to be a ton of activities.

My Mom has lived here for almost 2 years. I am there at least once a week and everything is always nice and clean. This is independent living and they also have a company called Senior Helpers for more assisted living needs. The handyman Brett is a saint! He listens and comes and fixes TVs, clogged toilets and other issues. He has been so patient with my Mom when she needs help and has always been super kind. She has had some minor issues (there was an ant invasion) that were handled right away. The ladies that work for Senior Helpers are so patient and kind and the owner Steve has been a partner with me in making sure Mom is safe and healthy. Great community of people. The Pantego Fire Department keep a watchful eye on the folks living there and they get called each time one of the residents falls, to make sure they are okay. I have eaten in the dining room several times and found the food delicious and the staff gracious. We were there Sunday for an outstanding Easter Brunch. When Mom lived with us she was limited in the things she can do. Now the Waterford takes care of driving her to the store and bank and saves her from cooking meals. If you are looking for something in the area, please at least visit, I think you will see it is a great place.
