Our dad is new to the Meridian. The experience of visiting today has been so positive. The employees share their wonderful smiles and happy attitudes with both the residents as well as their guests. Dads moving to Assisted Living side. From beginning to end seamless. Brandon and Fran have been exceptionally communicative and so welcoming to my dad. They have focused on his talents and skills and honed into his likes in order Tyler ease his transition. Even the tiniest detail- a rough patch under the sink, I noted and they were going to sand it down. When we asked Matt the head of Maintenance if he could possibly place a clear plastic border instead- well today it's here!! They've asked if he has any favorite foods- so they can stock some treats in his refrigerator!! So far so good. Beautiful place and 2 million dollar upgrades beginning as well. Excited for good things to come!

I live at the Meridian. I am very happy here. I have met the nicest people since I've lived here. First, I would like to acknowledge our nurse Tamara she's always ready to assist. Lisa the Activities Director has done a lot to keep us busy. We welcome new residents as we enjoy people. Brandon always asks us to help new people feel at home. And also, Matt the new maintenance has been very attentive to my needs. If I need anything these people are there for me. Our driver Rick and Emon also go above and beyond for everyone. There are just so many wonderful associates here I can't name them all.

I came to drop of groceries for a my mother in law friday . she is a resident there , i saw a resident who needed help in the lobby and that was very sad .The Front desk guy by the name of Winsy Pierre he was very helpful to this resident and he also calm her down and made her calm and happy . Every time i come in Winsy is helpful and making the residents happy . i also do amazon and i go into senior facilities and by far winsy is the best front desk guy guy that's usually happy when i come in to drop stuff for my mother in law . Best Concierge in south Florida . this company have a great leader when i walk in the door. He is someone i would hire if i had my own company . 5 star!!!!!!!!!

I just want to say I been caring for a resident here since July and the front desk concierge Winsy is amazing he give great customer service. He always have a smile on his face and he make everyone feel like family , this guy is one of a kind . I highly recommend this place my parents when they get older .

I was visiting my aunt, who recently moved in to Meridian. I joined her on Sunday for the entertainment in The Bistro. Everyone was engaged with the violinist who was playing. I was happy to hear him playing many Jewish tunes, as well as other classics . The residents were singing along and clapping- and seem to really be enjoying his playing. The space was clean and inviting. I'm very pleased with the care my aunt is receiving and happy she's in a safe, friendly and clean setting. The staff seems very helpful and friendly as well.

I arrived at Meridian in January 2023 for recovery resulting from a fractured leg. The experience here proved to be invaluable towards the healing progress. Coming together to fulfill my needs was the devoted staff. The aids who assist, nurses who attend to health issues, drivers who transport to doctor's appointments, exceptional physical and occupational therapists, chefs, cooks, and waiters who serve three times a day, and activity specialists, are all a part of what make Meridian a great place to live.

I recently visited the meridian to visit a dear former neighbor, who had recently changed locations to the meridian senior assisted living facility. I found this facility to be top-notch and I'm willing to bet as good as there is. This is from the moment I walked in with the assistance of security at the front desk until I went back to the memory division where I got to visit my dear friend, Betty. I immediately was invited to sit in and play a version of Domino's with other residents with the guidance of a true professional by the name of Hillary. I literally had a great experience and would recommend this facility to anyone who is thinking about further medical Care for a senior loved one. Heck, this may be the place for me in 15 years.

The whole staff is amazing from the sales team and servers and the executive director Brian is wonderful and awesome and Brandon and Suzy is awesome and judy the wellness director is awesome and sadora does great at doing activities. Today I came by to see a patient today at the meridian senior living . I have to say the facility was nice and beautiful and the place was very clean and neat . I didn’t spot nothing dirty and the carpet was cleaned . This is a wonderful place and everybody was nice . The front desk gentleman winsy was nice and the care stuff was very helpful.

I do not recommend this facility. My mom has been a resident for 2 years. While the care seems adequate (from what she tells me, not first hand since I live in Mass and she is in Florida), the administration at the facility (Executive Director and Business Office staff) are terrible; they are unresponsive to emails and phone calls and frankly I believe incompetent. (A recent email to the Regional Director has also gone unanswered). The problem has been with the billing. It is often confusing and incorrect. My mom has long term care insurance, and these bills need to be accurate for her to be reimbursed. These issues make her very anxious and are detrimental to her wellbeing. I have been trying since March 26th to get the April bill corrected. Numerous emails and calls to the Executive Director go unanswered (I get the impression he doesn't read them and spends most of his time schmoozing with the residents). I have written informing him that we will not pay the April bill until it is corrected. It looks like they don't care about getting paid because I've gotten no response. Very frustrating. Another concern is the staff turnover at this facility. In the two years that my mom has been a resident there have been 4 different executive directors, 4 business office managers as well as turnover in sales staff, activities director and head nurse. Not an indicator of a good place to work or live in. I would stay away from this place and would not recommend a Meridian facility for a loved one.

About 2 years ago my family and I had to make a tough decision.To take my dad out of the villa he lived in for 40 years,or place him in assisted living.We felt he was unsafe living alone,so we decided on the Meridian.It did take time to adjust,but we are happy with our decision. Dad is getting good care.The executive director Brian, along with the nurses,aides,kitchen staff,receptionists and maintenance,work hard and do a good job.The facility is kept immaculate,food is good,plenty of activities,including a movie theatre and entertainment a few days a week.I forgot to mention 2 people Winsey,who works at the front desk and O'Neal who is maintenance director,both have become friends with both my dad and I.wish I could name everyone but whenever I see dad I make sure I thank each one of them.

The perfect place for my dad. What a wonderful place for him to live now. From the moment you walk in.. a friendly and warm greeting by their receptionist (s) day and night. We were impressed with this community after our tour with Jennifer. She was informative and passionate. She seemed sincere and as we have gotten to know the staff, they are too, with a hands-on approach. We signed up that day! We had been working with SASS Senior Advocate Speciality Services for placement and had seen several other places. We just knew that this was the right one for us. We want to express our deepest gratitude for the exceptional care of our dear Mother. She loved the tender, consistent and efficient way you took care of her and all of the residents. The administrator, Melissa and head nurse, Anjane and all the staff touched her heart. We felt so comfortable in her being there. You were always responsive to our questions and concerns for the welfare of our Mother. The pandemic came the following year of her arrival to Meridian. You were exemplary in handling all of the health and safety concerns when Mom had Covid-19 (she was ASymptomatic) as well as for all the residents. We all should be as fortunate as our Mom to have our final late years in life to reside in such a lovely and beautiful assisted living residence. We thank you from the bottom (and top) of our hearts.

My mother lived there for a few years until her passing 9/19/20. Today is 3/19/21. We are due a refund for unused rent. This figure was given to me by the business office manager. I have gotten nothing but one excuse after another. The check is on the way. Oh wait the "person who was taking care of that didn't but we will expedite the refund." That was a month ago. Two weeks ago I was told "it was done and should be in your hands around 2/21/21." I am still waiting. Today I was given another excuse. In fairness I must say my mother was cared for in a good but average way.

Positive- thats how I would sum up in one word, my experience so far with Jennifer Roche and the team at Meridian of West Boca. This is only the beginning of our story. Our Mom is ready to move back to Boca, so my brother and I had a quick visit with Jennifer on my moms birthday, Friday, January 8th to see about moving her in. We were pleasantly greeted by not only this sign but the young lady behind the counter. We filled out the COVID form and she took our temperatures. Before we finished Jennifer was there with a HUGE smile (behind her mask) and a gift and balloon for our mom. Jennifer gave us a tour. Along the way, we met Alex, the director of Maintenance, Kristi, Activity Director and Tina in the dining room --- we felt like we were FAMILY- they were all so kind and willing to talk with us and answer all questions. Throughout the facility, there was one way only arrows, wear your mask reminders and cleaning stations, I felt that the health and safety of everyone is at the forefront. I dont know what Im more impressed with, the staff or the beauty of the facility! Over the weekend, Jennifer was so kind, caring and patient with me and my brother as we had many questions. We talked on the phone and sent emails and text messages. It is so easy to communicate- no waiting. Thank you! On Monday, I met with Jennifer again to finalize the move. I sat down with her, Melissa, Executive Director, AnJane, director of nursing and Clivia, the Business Manager to finalize ALL the necessary paperwork, etc. They made the process SUPER EASY. I totally TRUST the Meridian team. My mom was also there for a tour, she was nervous, but Jennifer was so soft spoken and compassionate with her it made her feel at ease (and me too). Again, we saw Alex and Kristi- I feel like we have known each other for years. I cant wait to have my mom settle in at Meridian of West Boca Raton in a couple of weeks. FYI we had to tweak a couple of things the past couple of days, Jennifer NEVER made me feel bad (like I was bothering her)- matter of fact, I felt like I was talking to my sister (if I had one)!!! Looking forward to having Mom live out her life Back in Boca, happily EVER after with the help of Jennifer and the Staff and residents at Meridian of Boca Raton.
