My father was at Belleview Suites at DTC for 3 months before he passed away. Although, his time there was brief he absolutely loved the staff, food and the facility. He was very comfortable and happy. As his daughter, I could not have been happier. Outstanding care. Compassion and kindness was shown to us and my dad at all times. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a assisted living or memory care for themselves or their family member. Thank you Janet, Barb, Kelli and Ashley for everything. I will not forget the kindness shown to my dad.

Belleview Suites took amazing care of my mom in their memory care community. They were always caring, attentive and approachable . Mom was difficult at times, and they quickly adjusted her care to match her rapidly changing needs. They really listened to her and us, and provided excellent and loving care. Im so glad we chose this community.

I have been in this industry for 25 yrs. I came in with new eyes. Through blizzards, power outages and flu. What I saw...staff spent the night to ensure their residents received the care they deserve. Staff took public transportation because their cars were buried in snow. Leaving their own families behind. Everyone pitched in when the housekeeper had a family emergency and with rolled up sleaves working side by side. Compassion & Dedication is what drives this team to excel. A motivational leader; Janet, often hands her staff flowers, candy, signed thank you cards. Are you kidding, Ive never seen such appreciation. Leading by example the other Senior Management emulates her. Kindness & Gratitude in the residents eyes says it all. I am proud to be here. Please take the time to say Thank you. These people really do care!

Remarkable staff! My mom was on their memory care floor for 6 months and received wonderful care. The staff is very caring - I never saw any staff member act out of frustration - it was always out of patience and love. They all got to know my mom personally and were very cognizant of what her needs were at all times. The meals always looked appetizing and were balanced and appropriate for memory care patients. Your loved one will receive great care here.

Everyone works together to get what is needed. The ones that care are nice, and helpful. The ones that are there for just a paycheck are just going through the motions.(That is any place). They take trips, have social events daily. If a problem came up, did it get fixed? Yes.. it may have taken a day or two but it was fixed..sometimes technically has its own time.. They have good cooks, and real bad ones too.. Only advice I can give you is, before choosing a place, look past what you see. Look at what you dont see. Smiles. Happiness. Being welcomed by other people that dont work there. Everyone can clean. Everyone can cook. Everyone can show you what you want to see. But only you can see what is not being said.. I love this place...they help me through times I needed more than physical help..
