I would rather not leave a review like this but I have not been able to resolve this another way. I have spoken to a couple of people at the TRF location and asked the billing department or management to return my call. I have also left a message at the billing department with no response. I have a statement showing a credit balance since July of 2023 when the facility charged fees after resident moved out. I would like a check to be issued back and an accounting of the fees that were automatically withdrawn out of account.
