Comfy cozy atmosphere and warm staff. Judy greeted me on the way in and Tricia showed me the facility and amenities. A group of ladies were having a bible study in the activity room and were so friendly and lively. It felt like a place my father-in-law would consider calling home. Excited to plan a second visit to see if he agrees.

An amazing outgoing community. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. All of the resident have a special piece to them and welcome you into their heart. Mak works front desk and she will always have a smile on her face. The managers are very helpful and supportive as well. I would absolutely recommend this facility! I have never had a bad experience!

Wanna take the time to shine some Light on the great things about Clear Fork. Amazing care, amazing hospitality, and amazing attitudes from all the staffs. My mom has lived here since December 2020, although she approached her change with hesitancy….she loves it! Staff has been outgoing and kind. She has made friends and is active in all the activities. I am very grateful for the added security and care.

ClearFork has a Great Memory Care facility! They have taken Great care of my loved one since December, 2020. The Management and on duty Caregivers are devoted and take great pride in making sure the residents are treated with respect and dignity and go the distance to make sure the residents are comfortable, safe and very well treated. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The great variety of activity scheduling allows all residents to participate and be involved which greatly contributes to their individual well being!! I have been very impressed with the continuity of care and how ClearFork makes you feel like part of the Community Family!! I highly recommend this Community!!

they have a great staff that pulls together in time of need expression when we had bad storms and no power of some of the employees stayed the night here to make sure the residents get all their needs I was one of the employees that stayed the night to make sure the residents have their needs I will do anything for these residents

The ladies at this facility work so hard and take great care to love your family as their own. We couldnt be more blessed to have our Gran in the care of this staff. Vanessa, Tina, Lisa and Sandy have been wonderful to my Grandmother and Grandfather. The facility is always spotless and unlike any other. We highly recommend this place and commend all the staff on doing such a fantastic job... they make all the difference.

My dad was the first resident to move into Clearfork and after being in another assisted living facility and visiting a total of 27 facilities in the weatherford, ft. Worth area, I can assure you that we chose this facility because it was and is the very best. I was very impressed with Julie and her staff that originally opened the facility but I am equally impressed with the present management team and staff that is working there. Anyone who is critical of this group needs to do some visiting at other facilities. As in every service-based business, finding staff that is compassionate and really willing to work is difficult I know. Unfortunately many people just want a paycheck and a job...not a career so their desire to learn and retain what they learn is limited. Training is a process and the process takes time and patience. Amanda Hazard is a very passionate, kind, and caring individual who leads by example. I have seen Amanda carry out trash, work with patients, and visit with patients as well as spend hours in training to prepare herself to be a more well prepared executive director. Katrina is the perfect receptionist. She can multi-task with the best of them!! She never loses that smile and I have never seen her fail to greet ever person entering or leaving the facility with a genuine smile and usually even takes time for a verbal greeting unless engaged in conversation with a resident or guest. Jenny Grigsby is the new wellness director but has been employed at Clearfork since the opening. She is very efficient in handling all areas of patient wellness and I have observed her totally engaged in patient care, building cleanliness, and family involvement. I am well satisfied that Jenny is perfect for her job and fully meets all qualifications to care for the residents. Jenny is also consistently pursuing educational opportunities to improve her skills. Thank goodness the management group doesnt just hide in their offices as they do at so many facilities. These leaders are out and about. The office staff takes meal orders, brings food to the residents, clears tables and then sometimes after all residents are fed.....they eat!! I have seen management never get to sit down and eat. They are dedicated first and foremost to patient need and care. I have encountered, as you do everywhere, a couple of people (family members) who want to spend time gripping about this staff member and this management because thats what people do. As I always tell them ...people work here and people arent perfect but go to any of the management staff and voice your concerns. Ill be very surprised if they wont help you with your complaint or explain why things are as they are!! Trust me...I think we hAve our loved ones in the best place possible.

Great Staff from the front desk to housekeeping. Warm friendly and inviting. They listen to families concerns and do their best to address them. My mom is in the memory care unit and I have seen nothing but positive changes in the 2 years she has resided there.

I should have written this earlier, but its taken me this long to be able to write these words without being a weepy mess for the rest of the day. My dad and mom moved into Clear Fork shortly after the facility opened. My father had many medical issues, including being a dialysis patient. Clear Fork staff took them in, wrapped their arms around, told us they would love them like we do, and proceeded to do just that. Even though my dad dreaded his dialysis days, he so enjoyed getting to be with Jonathan (maintenance manager) on the van rides to the center. Dad called him his buddy and I honestly believe that Jonathan wasnt just doing his job -- he was taking care of his friend. When Dads health began to decline, and he didnt want to eat, we could ask Dannette (Food Service Manager) for anything and shed see that he got it. (Cream of Wheat for dinner ... no problem!) When Dad became very ill, the team worked with us to find a hospice that would accept him while still being on dialysis. When my sister and I said we dont want to leave them, every single staff member at Clear Fork said you are our family, too, and we will help in any way that we can. The med techs (Jenny, Selena, Jennifer, Vanessa, Lisa, Kiah, Debra, and all the other names that my weary brain cant recall ) were always available for help and hugs. Dads last days were hard on all of us, but I cannot imagine getting through it without the love of the Clear Fork family. Now that Mom is without her sweetheart of 71 years, she is lonely. But she said Im so glad we moved here before your Dad had to leave me. I feel safe here. Karen and Ashlee make sure that she is involved in all the wonderful activities so that she doesnt feel so alone. We know that she is as happy as she is ever going to be without her blue-eyed sailor boy. Kudos to Julie, Tambra, Amanda, and Michelle (executive staff) for creating a loving home for my parents. What an amazing community that has come to Willow Park. Julie and her team really are just fantastic. The food is great, the décor is beautiful, the residents are happy. I asked a resident, do you like living here and he said, it just couldnt get any better.

My mom has been at Clearfork since January I love the smaller sized one story facility. You get to know all of the staff well which makes it feel like a home. The activities are amazing-something for everyone. I have also appreciated the advice I have received from the director and nurse regarding care and decisions for my mom. My mom came from her own home to Clearfork which was was a difficult change. All of the staff helped her make this new place home

WOW!! The Grand Opening was way beyond our expectations! Our beloved Nanny Moore has lived there for only two weeks and everytime my husband, Joe and I walk in, it feels like HOME! Needless to say, we LOVE all the staff and Nannys new FRIENDS! We feel as if we have known them forever! The Moore Family is over the moon about the love & care that our Nanny is receiving! A big round of applause for the totally amazing Grand Opening! It was incredible!

My Dad has been a resident of the assisted living world for almost 3 years. He has never enjoyed or been excited about his surroundings until December 9, 2016 when he became the first resident of Clear Fork Assisted Living. Everyday he has another event to report that supersedes the previous days report...the food is wonderful (one of his personal measures of excellence), the staff and caregivers are so caring and so great, the facility is beautiful...the list goes on and on!!! He is excited to be there and everyone lives the passion of their motto...they truly are a passionate group of people. Thank you Clear Fork for providing a loving environment for my Dad, Joe Carlisle.
