This community is simply incredible. George spent so much time with my family helping us decide between this location or moving my aunt to Florida near me. Ultimately, the caring & compassionate staff convinced us to stay here! So very thankful!

Beautiful community with excellent programing for both residents and staff!

The Province Of Southampton is one of the nicest buildings I have ever been to. The staff is always friendly, and they do a wonderful job creating activities that cater to a wide variety of wants and needs. The administration does a wonderful job helping families navigate care for their loved ones, especially when it comes to dementia care. I highly recommend a tour of the facility if you are looking for a place for your loved one.
April 2026
This past year my dad's life got turned upside down and to start the year he got a diagnosis of dementia. I started searching for Assisted Living Facilities that catered to all of my dad's needs. I went in to tour the facility and Eric gave me a tour and provided all the information I needed and I was really happy with the levels of care and the freedom my dad would still have. My mom took my dad over to the Province to tour it and find out if he qualified. Linda was working that day, and she toured them and answered all of their questions. I had never talked to her before and when she called me, she was so happy to tell me my dad was in and that he didn't need memory care yet. So, Linda helped get my dad all set up. She made sure to be there on move in day and she helped us make the process so smooth and easy. I went to other facilities and I've never been to a place that cares as much as they do. And Linda is a walking billboard and she works so hard at running the facility and overseeing everything. One of the most important things for me is that you can tell she really loves her clients and their families. She has gone above and beyond for my dad and my family. Thank you Linda for providing a safe place for my dad to live, everyone else made the process so difficult. I HIGHLY recommend Linda and The Province of Southampton.

The Province is such a lovely place- it is kept very clean and there are lots of scheduled activities and things to do day-to-day. Linda has especially made the transition for our mommom and the family very seamless, we couldn’t have done it without her. from the beginning, she has been so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The other staff members have been very kind as well throughout our experience so far. Thank you!

Mike Springman brings so much joy into the community and makes residents smile! He is the best Life Enrichment Coordinator at a senior living community. We need more people like him! He deserves all the best and support. Each activity/program he brings is something truly special for all. Mike is one of a kind and truly an asset to Province Of Southampton. The Life Enrichment Team is dedicated to making the community truly something special. Mike should be given Legend of Honor for these reasons and many more!

So grateful for the fortune of having found this wonderful place for my mom to live. We were planning on bringing her home after an emergency week long hospital stay and one month rehab at a nursing home. She mentioned possibly looking into a place for her given her new and increased care needs after her pneumonia. My dad happened into the Province one weekday with no notice to check it out and was greeted by a sales person, Linda Amandeo, who patiently took time to educate him. She was warm, funny, and caring as she gave him a tour of the facilities and went over the option of getting my mom into the facility within days.we were on a short timeline since discharge was just announced that day for the next week. She patiently answered questions, went over each form, and never applied pressure to take the rooms she showed. In fact, she encouraged us to look at other facilities. I was so impressed by her prompt replies to my texts from work with questions on any matter. My mother came within the next 2 weeks and Linda made it a seamless and pleasant process. My mom was scared but felt everyone showed genuine interest and care in her well being. She has been there about 2 months and still comments on how it’s homey and welcoming, with every staff member assisting her in any way possible. We finally slept soundly at night, as we were confident they checked on her regularly. Their continued interest, care, and effort to integrate my mom into their endless number of daily activities has been ongoing and impressive. Their decor and setup are done in a styles that invites connections by residents. I highly recommend this for those looking for top care with a heart.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Linda in sales made the transition seamless. She was not only welcoming, but went above and beyond to make sure my mother in law was comfortable from the start. It is evident that the staff puts the time in to know their residents and treat them like family. The facility itself is beautiful and well kept. Evelyn in food management is also amazing. She makes sure all dining needs are taken care of and greets all residents by name and with a smile:)

The Province of Southampton is a great place for my father. The staff are very friendly, supportive and always very responsive to any concerns, whether they come from me or my father. The facility is very clean and well maintained and provides many activities for residents to keep busy. Everyone working there goes out of their way to make the residents happy and feel welcomed.
March 2025
Beautiful. As you walk in the door, you walk into a large open space with a cozy sitting area and a fireplace and a reception area. Beyond that is the dining room, which is another large open area with bright large windows. We met with Linda A., who greeted us and took us on a full tour of the facility. She was very friendly, very knowledgeable, as she has been in the care business for many years. She answered all of our question and you can tell she loves what she does. The facility is immaculately clean. There is a movie theater, a bistro, a game room, a small gym. There’s an outdoor courtyard. There are plenty of activities for the residents. We met lots of staff members who worked in housekeeping, dining room services, administration, front desk, nurses, etc. everyone was very friendly and very helpful. They never made you feel like you were bothering them. For some families, it’s not an easy decision to make, placing a loved one somewhere outside of their home. After seeing this place, I know that we made the right decision. After our tour, we had an appointment scheduled for another facility. We didn’t go. We exited the Province, and all looked at one another and said, this is it!. We know that our father will be well taken care of and instead of being in his home alone, he has the opportunity to socialize and enjoy life and hopefully meet some new friends. If you’re looking for somewhere, you gotta check this place out
February 2025
My mom is there a little over a month, the staff are wonderful. They have activities all day long and the activity directors Mike,Mike,Heather go above and beyond to get everyone involved. The kitchen staff Evelyn is amazing and the admin staff Cheryl and Brooke have done so much to help get my mom settled. The best part is Linda in sales she guided us through the move in process which was amazing. We can’t forget Eric he also was in on helping getting things ready for her too. Thanks to all those that i forgot because what they do every day to make senior living is amazing. My mom loves it here.
February 2025
The decision is never easy when, and where, to place your loved one. Our journey began touring various places, speaking with friends and family about their experiences and knowledge. Often times you make phone calls or inquiries through email. This leads to overzealous sales people hounding you worse than political campaigns or Medicare insurance plans. Making the process, sleepless nights, and anxiety that much more difficult. I’m pleased to say from my first meeting with Linda at The Province, I had a sense of peace come over me. I learned so much about costs, Medicaid, tailored individuals needs, and community during our initial visit. What stuck out was Linda saying, even if you don’t choose us; keep me updated. Call anytime if you need anything. Truthfully, even though I felt the sincerity, I also thought this is too good to be true.. The journey to Memory Care Residency was not seamless for our loved one. A day in the ER, two day stay in the hospital, two week stay in a Rehab facility. Linda and the staff at Province have an excellent working relationship with Social Workers, Charge Nurses, and Directors. Our loved one was not receiving the appropriate level of care for their needs at the rehab the were placed. Jess who assesses potential Memory Care residents immediately reported this to us. Jess (Memory Care Nurse Manager), Linda, and other Providence Staff stayed after hours on a Friday evening. The team was passionate and driven in their advocacy to get our loved one into proper care where their needs would be addressed. We were afforded a second opportunity for assessment upon our loved one completing their stay and overcoming deficiencies. Deficiencies which would have given us no choice but to utilize a Skilled Nursing Facility. We nor our loved one is ready for a life in a a skilled nursing facility. This became our deciding factor of where we would now call our loved ones home. I will list the other positives shortly. The professionals and fortitude the team at the Province pushed forward with (& back at) to get our loved one the best possible outcome you will not find anywhere else. Fortunately or unfortunately our family has been doing this circuit of all levels of care facilities for a decade now. I am so blown away that I would entrust the Province’s team to my own medical care. The second assessment was passed with flying colors. Our loved one did a complete 180, showed no indication of aggression or anger, and was a model patient. This one week stay orchestrated by Linda and Jess was even overlooked by the initial hospital ER staff. Our loved one now has their new home. They are socializing, eating well, and taking pride in their personal appearance. It’s an adjustment for sure. It’s also an adjustment for the entire family. Positives : Resident Seal who helps improve Neuro plasticity, the place is immaculate, there is no smell / odor, the team is your team, extremely responsive and receptive, residents go on excursions, all medical care is right on premises, barber & beauty salon on premises, a la cart dining focused around inclusivity, activities and daily schedule, gourmet meal choices, hydration stations and snack areas throughout, a cinema room, pool table, various seating areas indoors and outdoors. Memory Care is a locked down area which includes an enclosed courtyard residents can enjoy (weather and supervision provided). The pricing is mid range and fair. The question I continued asking myself was, if this were me, would I be happy and comfortable here ? Each time my answer was, Yes! Even if the pricing scares you I highly recommend you tour The Province. Linda is a woman of her word. If they can’t fit your loved ones needs they will still answer questions and guide you through your process. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I’m so elated by the outcome of our grueling situation I wanted to share the details.

I was looking for a place for my parents to stay at for the their remaining years together. Fortunately, I came across The Province of Southampton. I initially met with Eric and took a tour. What a great place !! Eric and his associate Linda, have been and continue to be helpful and always available for questions or concerns. Eric and his team are top notch and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is considering a facility like this to take a good hard look at all they have to offer. You will NOT be disappointed.

My mom has been a few different places and this one tops them all!! Just a wonderful atmosphere as soon as you walk in! Beautiful rooms, big windows, great food! Lots of activities! Everyone helps out! Super clean all the time and very well maintained!

I can not say enough about LInda who walked my family through the admittance process for my mother with ease and no stress to any of us. Linda was there to answer all questions any time of day and take care of any arrangements needed. Linda continues to be there for our family and my mother now that she is a resident. She does not hesitate to find us the answers we need and direct us to the right person to talk to if any concerns need to be addressed. The Province of Southampton has been the correct choice for our family and we are confident with the entire staff and attention given to our mother. Thank you LInda for helping us make the right choice for our mother.

I hope this review is helpful to all who read it. I am the son of a resident who moved his 95 year old father from one senior care facility to the Province of Southampton. A decision had to be made quickly. I think The Province was the third facility I had toured in less than 24 hours. I was greeted by Linda. To use a line from the movie Jerry McGuire. She had me at hello. Such a nice, caring hard working person. She handled the " move in " process quickly and professionally.. This review is being written 40 days after my dad moved in so I have had ample time to write a fair and honest review. Of all the facilities that i have toured or my dad has lived in The Province is by far the most beautiful physically. During my tour I met Nickey . The director of Nursing. She is an amazing leader with a big heart who has created a system of care that fully understands precisely the needs of residents. The entire team of techs do a wonderful job of taking care of my dad.. The dining room and staff are top notch. Evylen sets the tone for a great dining experience. She is proud to serve all the rsidents like they were her own family. i also want to acknowlege Mike the director of entertainment and activities. He is a very energetic, personable and caring member of The Providence team.. Overall I could not be happier with the choice i made to move dad to The Province of Southampton.

Placing my mom at the Province has been one of the BEST decisions I have had to make for her! I was very nervous and frustrated that I was even considering this, and I’ve been a RN for 20 years. I never thought I would put her anywhere, But taking care of mom and my family was just not fair to anyone. Everyone at the facility has been amazing! Linda went above and beyond for my family and was so patient with me and my crazy questions. Even now we are still in contact on a regular basis, always just checking in on everyone. Nicki and the other staff have been so caring to my mom. She is so happy there. I’m so glad we chose where we Chose! Fabulous care, beautiful building, close to home and mom LOVES it!
November 2024
We can’t say enough about the Province. My parents moved to The Province recently. My dad is 97 and mom is 90. I can’t remember seeing them this happy in a long time. The staff, the residents, the apartments, the activities are just great. The staff, in particular are caring and really look out for the residents as if they were family. We are so thrilled we found the Province.
November 2024
My parents George and gail Goldberg’s were at another assisted living home for less then a year. They were so unhappy and lonely there. Since the last thing I wanted was for them to be unhappy where I moved them, we made the decision to look elsewhere. The Province of Southampton has been nothing but amazing and they have been so happy from day one. seeing them alive and thriving is worth all the trouble it took to get them to their final home. I highly recommend the province of Southampton if you are looking for a place where your parents are going to get what they were oromised when I moved them in. The staff the residents.all so welcoming. We are so happy.

If you have an older loved one and need a safe and secure environment, this is definitely the best new home for them. To start, the food really is chef driven!! Province is spotless and no peeling paint or scuffed up walls & impeccably decorated! Province has been honored as the a Best Place to Work in many publications. They take up the slack when help is needed. They SMILE!! Here is the most important ingredient, these folks have genuine love for us Seniors.

My cousin Patty Kuczynski is beyond thrilled to be part of her new family at the Province of Southampton! Thanks to the amazing support of Karen Dapp, and remarkable care of Samantha Tisdale. In addition, we give a special shout out to Mike Springman, Province Activity Director. Mike realizes that without having visitors, many seniors may grow lonely. These are the forgotten generation who took care of us as children. He strives to get the residents out and moving . What a fantastic addition to the Province!

The Province of Southampton is gorgeous, bright, cheery, and welcoming. Kim Schubach is absolutely amazing! During our first visit we met so many people from the residents to the staff, we even met the Chef. Dining at The Province is top drawer! Mom's room is very comfortable and she looks out to a beautiful courtyard. Everything we have asked from hanging pictures to moving furniture has been done quickly and with a smile. The Province is simply filled with happy upbeat people who will care for our mom. We are so excited to experience this next chapter of mom's life with the folks at The Province of Southampton. Thank you Kim, Angi, and Alfonso!!

The team at The Province of Southampton makes you feel right at home. From the minute you walk in the door, you can smell cookies baking, popcorn popping, or just see a friendly face. I love coming to visit and feel like the whole team really gets how to provide personalized care and service.

I’m a little concerned, especially finding out it’s now owned by a different company . I have a family member there who fell and fractured her hip trying to get to her wheelchair at 3:00 in the morning when the fire alarm went off . There was no staff assisting these elderly people from their rooms . A neighbor heard her cry out, no staff on the floors assisting these poor people . She ended up in hospital having to get hip surgery , then went onto a nursing facility for about 3 weeks . She has since returned to this facility now called the Province , and wonder if there are more qualified - and kind staff employed

I could say so much about the landing but I will try to keep it short. I used to work at The Landing of Southampton. The GM lies to residents and their families. She also lies to her employees and emotionally abuses them. All of the care staff is understaffed and overworked. Good care takers are hard to find (Brittany, Kristen, and Natalie are the only good ones). The maintenance man Dave sits in his office early in the morning on his phone until the GM gets in. He spends most of his time getting fast food, looking at construction, and talking to his wife on the phone. The kitchen is a hot mess always, minus Evelyn(she’s great). The sales manager has no idea/does not care about if residents can be properly cared for because he is too worried about filling the empty building up. His assistant is much better. She is friendlier, more knowledgeable, and quite frankly should be his boss. The house keepers all suck but that’s because the pushed all the good ones away. If attention to detail is important to you and your loved ones, the landing is not for you. The front desk position is hard to hold at the landing since all the great ones left because of Terri (most employees do). The activity director and her assistant are good but the last girl was better (yet another employee who left because of Terri). The memory care manager is a decent human but is often hiding out in the office instead of helping when short staffed. The GM acts more like a corrupt politician and says whatever she needs to say to residents to keep them happy (even if it’s lies). Most of the residents don’t care for her but they feel stuck with her. Overnight staff is one of the worst parts of this place! They are constantly on cell phone devices, smoking pot, and stealing anything they can get their hands on. Not to mention, when residents fall during the night don’t hold your breath for help. They have been cited for more times than can be counted for tardy bell responses. The state was often there and have put the place on provisional licenses more than once. Terri has pushed away many great employees and can’t seem to stop the turnover rate. Her boss Michael Juno, was warned by many employees and residents however he is turning a blind eye (not the first time). Most of the nice and recent reviews are all from current employees. I regret not speaking up sooner. I’ve been in this field my whole life and beg you: If you are looking for quality care, please keep looking. The Landing of Southampton is not a place you would want to live/send your loved ones to live.

The front line staff does a wonderful job caring for our loved ones. The therapy is best in the business. I am very happy with the care that is provided and the cleanliness of the community. The team that is leading this community is striving to be the best in the business and it shows. 5-stars for me.

I am in this facitiy almost 5 times a week, its the closest thing to home you could get. The staff is so friendly, the meals are amazing, I swear I smell cinannom rolls right now! I dont know what they are cooking, but smells so good. There are many activities scheduled to keep the residents entertained and the staff participates with gusto. This facility is vey warm and welcoming.

My family and I would highly recommend The Landing of Southampton if you are looking for wonderful personal care facility and even if a higher level of care is needed they can provide it! We toured several facilities and feel fortunate to have found The Landing. Not only is it absolutely beautiful and offers all the amenities of a hotel (actually more), but they took wonderful care of our mother during her stay which unfortunately was short as she has passed away. The entire staff is very caring, kind and will go out of their way to be helpful! The facility is immaculate, has terrific food and there are always fun activities planned. It’s like being on vacation! Even the residents living there are friendly and caring. From the very beginning of the process starting with their marketing/director who was amazing at guiding us thru the entire process, to the Executive Director and Health and Wellness nurse, all the aides, front desk staff and the business office manager were exceptional and could not do enough for my mother and family! Working in the health care field, I’m a very tough critic but I have to say The Landing has exceeded our expectations on all levels! We thank all of the staff from the bottom of our hearts for everything and if possible we would give them a 10 star rating!!

We moved my sister into The Landing of Southampton in March of 2020, when they officially opened. We liked the design of the facility as it has the appeal of an attractive hotel rather than a nursing home. The Landing was locked down due to the Covid protocol shortly after my sister became a resident. My sister felt pretty comfortable there from the beginning. She has adapted well and has become good friends with many residents. She has been able to overcome some health issues with the caring help of members of the staff. She is complimentary to the staff and considers them good friends also. I was not impressed with the initial local management. We feel that there has been a complete transformation that has resulted in management competence. I can see it and my sister expresses the security she feels there. She is very happy there. I would be comfortable recommending The Landing of Southampton to families in need of an appropriate arrangement for the care of their loved ones. Despite the growing pains, we are pleased with our decision to move our sister there. It has all worked out.

February 2022
While there are a few nice staff who try to make a difference, this place is a disgrace. The criminal activity that went on and was covered up is unbelievable. The lies told to the families and the lack of actual care for the most vulnerable population in the memory care unit was deplorable. A clean sweep of management happened in the fall, and it remains to be seen if the decent new hires will stay long enough to make a difference. The management turnover is unbelievable, and they continue to put front line staff in place who are rude and ignorant. Michael Juno is the biggest fraud ever. He does not care about the residents. Even the new good managers can't make a difference when you have a corporation that is only in it for the money. Don't be fooled by the beautiful facility. If you haven't put your loved one here already, please look elsewhere, I can't imagine any place being as poorly run.

This is a beautiful facility with great residents and staff.

Do your research. Looks can be deceiving. I would not put my family here.

My mother spent the last four months at the Landing of Southampton and I can't say enough about how great they were to her. The staff is top notch! They are very friendly and took unbelievable care of my mother. The place itself is immaculate. It is spotless and truly makes you feel as if you are at a quality resort. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place for a loved one consider the Landing of Southampton. My family and I couldn't have been happier with it.

Outstanding facility! After transferring my mother to The Landing of Southampton from another facility we saw an immediate improvement in her happiness, social interaction and cognitive skills. This improvement is a direct reflection of the tremendous care given by the staff. The entire staff is friendly, engaging and caring. The facility is always found to be clean, bright and well decorated. I find it to be a relaxing and comfortable environment far better than the facility she was living at for the past 4 years. My brothers and I could not be happier with the decision of moving my mother to The Landing of Southampton.

Our experience at the Landing has been very positive. We moved my Father in the week everything started closing back in March and all of the staff we have dealt with, during the move-in process and now, have all been very helpful and communicative. We are glad he is in a safe environment, and well taken care of, especially during these difficult times.

When my mother in law wanted to have a place of her own I started looking at retirement homes. The landing was the best one I found, brand new and was the nicest place I had looked at.

Spectacular! The staff of Landing Southampton is beyond accommodating. From the very first tour and inquiry to the seamless move-in process, they are professional and empathetic. Day to day care with housekeeping heroes, dietary staff and awesome clinical care is reassuring. The Landing even donated their excess PPE to fellow health care colleagues! Class Act!

I am a professional in the aging industry. I have found my experience working with the staff at this building to be very transparent and accommodating. The building is brand new, and extremely attractive. I would have no reservation in recommending people consider this building for their loved ones.

My grandmother recently moved into the Landing and we were nervous because we knew it would be a big adjustment for her and us. The staff went above and beyond to make these first few weeks special and we are grateful for the care she is receiving. The facility is beautiful and management has been there to answer all of our questions (Sorry there were so many!).
