My wife was a resident in Memory Care for 4.5 years at Dominion Clemson. Her care was excellent and the deep concern for her well being, safety, and comfort was outstanding. The staff, even through Covid, demonstrated incredible compassion, patience, and humor which was a super positive. This applies to those in leadership roles as well as those who were not. Dominion Senior Living is an outstanding Senior-care facility.

My uncle Joe was in Assisted Living here for several months prior to his passing. The staff was very caring and helpful to Joe and he really enjoyed his time here. His family greatly appreciates the time he had at Dominion.

My mother moved to Dominion assisted-living at age 92 after suffering a stroke in April 2023. It's an amazing place with wonderful people. Chris, the Director is truly one of a kind, as are the other staff members at the management and the caregiver levels. My mother received excellent care in all aspects of her life. All of the personal care assistants who helped her with her daily living needs were wonderful. In December she fell and badly broke her hip. After three weeks in the hospital, she was too weak for rehab and they welcomed her back to Dominion under hospice care. Chris and his team helped me identify extra caregivers that I could hire to provide additional care she needed, since she was truly more in need of nursing home level care rather than assisted living. We were able to keep her there among her beloved and trusted caregivers and the oversite of Hospice until she peacefully passed away at the end of February. I will be forever grateful to Dominion for making the last year of her life safe, comfortable, and happy., and for giving me such peace of mind during that time.

I visited a friend at Dominion Senior Living in Patrick Square (Clemson, SC) and was flabbergasted that NO ONE (besides me) was wearing a mask. Not staff, not residents. I find this totally unacceptable. The residents are surely among the most vulnerable to the Covid virus, and I don't understand why masks are not required.

Dominion Senior Living is a bright beautiful facility with some very caring nurses and aides. However, we found that the Wellness Director and the Director were less than attentive to my father's needs. After numerous requests his room and linens were not cleaned or changed on a regular basis. When his physical condition deteriorated, they failed to address his needs and alert family members and were less than prompt in working with his specialist to draw labs. If you are looking for a home for a loved one and want a partner in their care, please keep looking. We found the management staff detached and unavailable. In addition, the on site therapy provider, FOX had many issues.

This assisted living is not even comparable to other facilities. Staff, management, and food are held to a high standard. Residents are cared for as actual family. Very faith based!

My Dad has been at Dominion Patrick Square since they opened. I am so impressed by the facility and by the way each and every staff member treats the families and residents. They truly love the residents and my biggest blessing came from when I walked into the directors office and saw my Dads name on the prayer board. How awesome to finally be in a place with real loving caring employees who strive each and every day to shine Gods light to residents and family. My dad has been several other places in the area and was mistreated in each of them and we saw the issues for ourselves. The Dominion difference is that when I asked my dad how they treated him...he said ‘like a king. I should also say the food is excellent. Daddy loves Alan the chef and when Daddy complements the chef it is a big deal as my mom was the best cook in the world so daddy doesnt often say anything is good but when I asked him about Dominions food, he said it was great. We love Dominion.
