Terrible facility! Had my mother there and it was a nightmare! Her clothes would disappear everytime they were washed and I would see the same workers several days straight, indicating they were poorly staffed and forcing their employees to work unfair hours. I wouldn't put my sick pet in this place. What's worse is the administration doesn't care. SHAME ON YOU MEADOWS!! ‘

I wanted to share my experience with The Meadows, where my mom has been living for the past nine months. I couldn’t be happier with how everything has unfolded. From the very beginning, the process was seamless. Touring the community with the amazing staff members Jen and Barb was a great experience. The move-in process was made even smoother by the wonderful care staff. Additionally, Lijo, the owner, was fantastic in ensuring everything went smoothly throughout. The community itself is warm and welcoming, with kind and friendly residents who have truly helped my mom feel at home. The food is top-notch, thoughtfully catered to the elderly, and there is always a variety of engaging activities available to keep everyone entertained. I highly recommend The Meadows to any senior looking for a vibrant and caring place to call home.

This place has limited activities for the residents. The rooms are clean but the issue is the air quality with in the facality. The ceiling vents are black with dirt /debris that can cause respiratory issues with the residents and staff. I will soon be filling a formal complaint with the state if this is not resolved.

I wanted to take a moment to give a special shout-out to The Meadows ALF in Mt. Clemens. Lijo, Barb, and Jen do an amazing job ensuring their residents receive exceptional care. They have a dedicated team of caregivers who are readily available to assist residents 24/7. The Meadows offers home-cooked meals, private and semi-private rooms, on site physician/nurse practitioner services, skilled HomeCare services nursing, therapy, pharmacy services, and medication assistance. The building is also very secure, with staff managing all entries and exits. The building itself is bright, comfortable, and truly feels like home, with an additional beautiful enclosed patio space that includes a garden and fountain.

This review is not about the care my sister received which was wonderful. Thank you to all the caregivers. This is about the owner. Before I could even bury my sister the owner had moved all of her things in boxes and put them in their office and rented her room out even though it was paid for 6 more days.Don't get me wrong the caregivers were fabulous but overworked due to short staffing. The owner is disrespectful, insensitive and it's all about money..BEWARE

My parents have lived at the Meadows for almost 2 years. They have settled in very nicely. The staff treats them wonderfully, and all of their needs are met. They now have the happy, carefree life that they deserve!

We are so pleased that we found an excellent place for Mom to live in her later years. The staff is kind, helpful and interactive. She is always clean and well fed. Madison the activities coordinator helps keep her mind and body challenged with fun games and crafts. I think one of the biggest advantages of this place is it’s not so big. She spends most of her time in the common areas of the living room and dining area with the same people daily. I think that helps with dementia to make her feel more comfortable. She has made friends. She says she’s happy. If she is happy as her daughter I am happy.

I wouldn’t take roadkill to this place. [name removed] is a scammer. He and [name removed] are frauds. They medicate the begesus out of these patients…anything to shut them up. My mother was locked in her room on several occasions. It’s all about the money. I will be reporting them to the State and Attorney General.

We looked at many facilities for our Mom. Once we saw the Meadows, our decision was made. During the two years she was there, we were positive it was the best decision. The cleanliness, the activities, the care given, the food....all were top notch. Mom was treated with respect and comfort during her stay there. You owe it to your loved one to check it out!

My father was able to spend the last days of his life here under the care and direction of a simply fabulous team. They were knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely compassionate like I’ve never seen before. The rooms and facility are very nice, the food great, and did I mention the staff was exceptional. Matthew, Jen, Rita, Diamond you were all incredible. I know I’m missing some but know that we were just as thankful for all of you. Thank you all for giving dad your very best. He didn’t get a chance to thank you but I know he appreciated each of you.

My grandmother spent her last few months of life in this facility, and I could not have hoped for better care. The staff is attentive and caring, the facility is brand new, clean and efficient, and the management has their customers needs set as their highest priority. Wonderful place for a loved one!'

My mother was at Meadows for one year. There is no way to describe the loving care she received. It is one big family there. The staff couldn’t be kinder. My mother had dementia however she was very lucid most times and she raved about the staff. They are a loving group that care and go the extra mile. In the end I would call and one of the girls would be in the room with her holding her hand. The facility itself is very spacious, the rooms are big but cozy. They have fun activities for all who want to join in. I am so very grateful for all who work there and most definitely recommend meadows to meet the needs of loved ones.

Vincent was a great help in getting my father placed when his Alzheimer symptoms increased dramatically in a short time. All the staff were respectful and caring with my mother during this difficult time too. Rita and all the staff were cooperative with our requests. Our visits were not scheduled and each time we walked in we saw Dad's needs being met.

We placed our father in this nursing and were very pleased with the care he received. The staff kept us updated of his health changes promptly and were kind to our father. His room was always clean and the staff was pleasant.
