lf I could give Parkview ten gold stars I would, five gold stars does not seem like enough. I want to thank you and your amazing staff for what you all do for my sister. From the women at the front desk who always greet me with a smile, who are always there to help in any way--to the caregivers who offer so much more to my sister than just "the basics," to the staff who work in the kitchen and dining room, to Henry who transports her safely in the van, to Andrea who is the very best activities director one could hope to find, to the maintenance staff who work hard to keep Parkview looking its best.....l sincerely thank everyone who makes my sister's life the best it can be, even under sometimes very challenging circumstances. You all have been there to assure that she has the very best care you have to offer. My sister has lived at Parkview since October 2017, first in independent living, then transferring to assisted living in December of 2019. Through the pandemic, several health issues, hospital stays, rehabilitation therapies, and moves into different apartments, the Parkview staff have been there to help in so many ways. The care she receives at Parkview is not just a blessing to my sister, but to our whole family. To know she is cared for not just physically, but emotionally as well, means the world to all of us. The activities and social engagement that Andrea provides is one of the most important things about Parkview. From eating out, organizing games and craft projects, or going to events in the community, I can rarely find my sister in her room during the day-she is always busy with some activity or trip that Andrea has planned!! Positive social interaction has been the key to her happiness. I must not forget the holiday dinners and celebrations that are held every year that include the families of the residents. I know how much work must go into planning those events, and we are grateful for all of the hard work everyone puts in to make those happen. The food is always delicious! I also want to thank her caregivers so much. When I come to visit, it is heartwarming for me to see the effort they take in making sure my sister is given the very best care possible. From the care director, the med techs, to the caregivers on each shift, I say thank you so much. I love to watch the positive interactions, the laughs, and the care that each one seems to provide. What is more important than to know the person you love so much is cared for by others?

As a resident of Parkview independent living for the past several months I have rated Parkview a 5 Star for many reasons. I did a lot of research and visitations before making a decision. First, the staff is excellent and always puts the needs of the residents first, Parkview includes 3 meals a day in its amenities. while some of the other facilities in this area only include 2. There are attached garages. The entire complex sets back off the street, so there is no traffic noise. The other residents are congenial and friendly. There are plenty of activities to keep residents busy. in closing, it's a good place to be.

After years of caring for my Dad at home, we all decided that it was time to move him into an assisted living facility, where he would have more eyes checking on him throughout the day and night. Parkview was our choice. How grateful I am to the remarkable staff at Parkview on Hollybrook who cared so well for my Dad! They helped make him as comfortable as possible, introduced him to new friends, and cared for him compassionately until the end of his life. They welcomed us as family and worked with us to acclimate Dad into his new home. If I started naming individuals, I would leave someone out, but EVERY person on the caregiving team was amazing! My Dad has been through alot in the last 18 mos. He lost his wife of 60 yrs, we sold his home, he moved into Parkview Assisted Living and as his dementia progressed, he moved into the Memory Care portion of Parkview. I cannot imagine how Dad and I would have faired without the staff of Parkview. They are our Extended Family. They have hosted a night highlighting his football career with a tailgate party and attending a high school game and gifting him a jersey with his old number to hosting family and friends for him when they come by. He has recently had a stint in rehab and the staff have texted and called continually to check on Dad. When I say Parkview is a full-service team….I cannot imagine anything we have not received help concerning Dad’s every need. When I wanted to relocate to Longview to be near my family I chose to move into Parkview on Hollybrook. I'm so glad I did. What I have found is community and campus that meets my needs. It's in a peaceful setting and super convenient location. I could not ask to live with nicer people and attentive team mates. Like anyplace such as this, it is not perfect but I'm happy to be here and call it my home.

I have enjoyed living at Parkview. I have very nice surroundings and the people are very friendly. I enjoy playing Bingo and Dominos!! Sometimes we have some good entertainment!! We also have church services!! I would recommend Parkview on Hollybrook to anyone looking for a senior living facility!! I think they would be quite happy here!!!

My father has been in memory care here at Parkview since March, and we have been so pleased with the care he has been given. He always has a smile on his face when I come to see him, and he is constantly involved in stimulating activities. The staff is always helpful and kind, and they seem to genuinely care. I would definitely recommend Parkview, to anyone who is looking for a place for your loved one to live.

Best Assisted Living in Longview. Mom has lived assisted living here for close to four years. Appreciate great caregivers, nurse, med aides and Andrea, great recreation director. I’d give 6 stars if possible. Thank you‼️

I have family living at Parkview and they love it. The new Chef is serving them tasty and nutritious meals. They participate in the various activities and love the Bingo! They have met many new friends there and the community continues to grow. The family Thanksgiving feast was remarkable and it was fabulous to see so many people laughing and having fun with their families after the Covid restrictions of last year. The staff is friendly and compassionate. Things seem to keep improving there. I could not be happier to have them at Parkview!

I was looking for an Assisted Living facility for a quick placement. A location had originally been decided, but on move-in day, the person at the other facility had made the family jump through hoops, and had not given clear and concise instructions on what would be required, until last minute. Stacy had called the evening before, after normal business hours, and after speaking with her, I encouraged the family to check out Parkview. The next morning, I contacted Ms. Duncan. She referred me to Kelly, who contacted me and met with me within the hour. By 3 p.m. we had an apartment picked out, their maintenance man called off his vacation to stay and have the apt. ready for move in next day. We met the Chef while there as well. The next day, however, we found the LTH insurance would not cover Assisted Living. We had to move her to a nursing home instead. Kelly and Stacy were gracious when I called them and explained the situation... after having spent HOURS with me the day before. I am sorry she was not able to move in there. With as nice as they were, I think she would have been quite happy. I would definitely refer anyone I know looking for Assisted Living or Memory Care to check Parkview on Hollybrook out .

Parkview is a beautiful community with a wonderful staff. The Marketing Director is exceptional with her knowledge of Senior Living. She has been there since before the community opened, and works diligently to provide the information needed for families looking to transition their loved ones. I have visited this community on several occasions, and it was evident from the happy (clean and well kept) residents, that the employees at this community treat these residents as a member of their family. By all means, if you are looking to place a loved one, you find no better than Parkview.

My father was a resident at Parkview before he passed, for over a year. He loved the apartment, residents, abundance of activities, the food and over all amenities of the facility. He was very happy to be there and had nothing but good things to say about the staff. I concur, the staff was very personable and accommodating.

Lovely apartments. Lots of amenities. Washer and dryer provided and very convenient to the doctors we already see. Exceptional dining experience. Swimming, exercise room, theater room. All in a wooded homelike setting. We worked with Jonathan to find the 2 bedroom that suited us with a beautiful courtyard view.
