Since my Dad became a resident last year, I have seen quite a few personnel changes. Some in my opinion were very disappointing having great people leaving. A few months ago Tina became the Manitowoc facility manager. She has brought things back to where we are extremely happy and comfortable having him there. At one point we were actually looking at other facilities, and now this is no longer a thought. She actually cares and follows up when issues arise. She takes the time to sit down and talk / laugh with residents. This is very important and we missed this as past employees would do this. This is what got my attention when we selected Frontida. Prior to her coming it was like talking to a post with no results when we had concerns and mentioned them to corporate management. Tina is a valuable asset to this facility of which families and residents alike have faith in. I hope that she stays with Frontida and continues the positive growth at the Manitowoc facility.

I have been working for Frontida for about 3 months now, and let me say.. this place is amazing. From the staff, the care, the residents, the cleanliness and so much more. I am growing into a better caregiver each day I work at Frontida. There is never a dull moment at Frontida. All of our residents are amazing and full of joy and personality. I see myself working here for ages! Never been more happy at an assisted living facility! If you’re looking for a wonderful home for you mom, grandmother, dad, grandfather.. this is the place for them. I joined the family at the end of November I'm the activities lady I love doing daily activities with the residents and seeing them smile and have fun I really enjoy working with all the staff and very helpful to me and the residents we are all one big happy family

I’m a hospice aide (CNA) with Promedica hospice who visits Frontida assisted living at least once a week. The staff is very friendly & welcoming! Staff always there to help when it comes to transferring a patient. Overall, had a great experience with this facility & the staff members!

I've seen so many positive changes since Frontida took over management of this location in July 2022. They have implemented a new dining program and life enrichment program for the residents, and their Executive Director Andrea goes above and beyond to respond to resident requests whenever possible. If you're looking for memory care, definitely check out Frontida of Manitowoc.

I almost didnt tour this facility based on previous reviews, but that would have been a huge mistake! The current staff at Tender Reflections have not only expertly and compassionately cared for my mother, but also have expertly and compassionately communicated with me throughout her residency. Their guidance throughout each downturn has been invaluable. I am so grateful for the support they have provided and glad that we have been able to spend the most difficult part of my moms journey in such a clean, beautiful place that felt home-like and welcoming.
