I wanted to give a one star review but I think that many of the CNAs were very kind people. It's an upper management/ownership problem, I believe. They tell you whatever they need to get your loved one living there but, in our experience, there wasn't much follow through on those promises. We were told that they'd bring her out of her room for meals and activities and I don't think she was, even once, in the few months she was living there. When I would visit around 3:00 pm, both (untouched) breakfast and lunch containers were on her side table because she was still in bed. I understand that you can't force someone to eat if they aren't willing, but you can try…and remove breakfast from hours ago. The room reeked of urine most times I visited too. I wish our experience was better but it wasn't.

My grandpa lived here in early January of 2023 and from day one the staff were very caring and loving until the moment he passed away. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!

Dad had been at two other facilities prior to his stay at PeachTree. The other facilities weren't as nice as PeachTree. They were cold (not temp) not a welcoming feeling. At PeachTree it was warm and peaceful. It was well kept. The food was good. They had activities to give him things to do with others and make friends. The resident rooms were nice and we brought pieces of his own furniture to make it more at home for him. The family was well informed of any changes in his health and we as a family were given comfort by the staff as we spent our final hours with him.

This facility is by far the best. My husband was there numerous times in respite care. The staff and I mean all the staff were so loving, caring, and kind. They took such good care of all his needs. I had taken him to other facilities before I found peach tree and this was the best. The head supervisor, Jen was so good to work for and so helpful. I'm going to miss taking him there. He passed away last month. So I say Thank you to everyone at peach tree.

Peachtree has some very caring staff, who do try hard. However they are severely short staffed. It usually takes 15 minutes or longer for the CNAs to respond when a call button was pressed. I needed to stay with my wife to assist with toileting as she had a UTI, and I did not want her sitting in a soiled brief for an extended time. Frequently on evenings there is only one staff person on each floor who does CNA, and Med tech duties along with anything else that may come up. If your loved one needs a lot of care I would not recommend Peachtree.

I loved my time at Peach Tree. The staff was so kind. They helped me deal with my greif after the unexpected passing of my loved one. The food was top notch. I highly recommend them.

My father was put into this facility. We had a terrible experience with them not answering his pager for hours, not being checked on at night which resulted in him soiling himself, being lied to by the nurses. The head nurse Penny was the worst! Will never suggest this place to anyone else.

I couldn’t imagine my mom being anywhere else. The staff is like our second family and treat her as a queen. Kathie, the activities director, makes everyone feel special and included. She has fun with the residents and let’s us family members drop by and join in. The rooms are nice and the facility is very clean and updated. They even have an ice cream parlor! They care, they really really care and it shows. Thank you to everyone there! Thank you for making my mom feel so special everyday, and giving me peace of mind that she is getting the care she needs and deserves.

One of the hardest decisions you have to make is when you have to place a loved one to be cared for by other people. When the time came that we had to make that decision for our father due to severe dementia I researched several different facilities before finally deciding that the best place for him would be Peachtree Assisted Living and I am so glad I did. The care the staff at Peachtree gave my dad was amazing. They all treated him as if he was part of their own family. I never worried that my dad wasn't being cared for. My dad's overall health improved when he started living there. He was on hospice when we placed him in Peachtree and was actually removed from hospice care because of his improvement. There is no doubt I would recommend Peachtree to anyone who is looking into placing a loved one in a facility. Peachtree will always hold a special place in my heart.

I want to thank Peach Tree Assisted living center for taking such good care of my mother. She made a lot of good friends there and considered the staff like her family. She loved playing bingo and doing the exercises in the morning. She also loved her little group of friends that would get together to color. She also enjoyed getting her hair and nails done weekly. Her little dog Tucker was a hit. She loved that everyone spoiled him and took him on walks. She enjoyed all the activities and was looking forward to covid being over so they could even do more activities. Peach Tree is a beautiful place to live. Thanks again for your loving care

We checked out dozens of places in three counties when we needed Assisted Living for my Dad (he later transitioned to Memory Care so I can speak to both areas). Until Covid, I was there almost every day for a year. Im SO glad we chose Peachtree. They kept him and all of the residents safe and happy. Dad was able to have his dog (small pets are allowed in both AL and Memory Care). Kathie, the activities director, is an angel. She keeps the residents occupied with fun activities and involves the family members. She loves her job and the residents, and it shows. Owner Jon befriended my Dad from day one, and frequently visited with him in the evenings. My Dad is kind of shy and gruff, but it wasnt long before he told me that Jon was his best friend. Peachtree has all-inclusive pricing, rather than the nickel-and-dime-you-to-death level of service pricing so many other places use. The facility is always clean. Sweetheart Greg and the kitchen staff cook every meal from scratch and the food is excellent. Nurse Amy is incredibly compassionate and professional, always responding to my calls and texts even if was late at night. There are many other staff members including housekeeping, maintenance, and CNAs at Peachtree who go above and beyond for the residents and families every day. I have no regrets that my Dad spent his last 16 months at such a caring, loving place and I would recommend Peachtree to anyone who needs a safe and loving home for their loved one.

My grandma has been at peach tree for almost 2 years and I love going and seeing her there. When we go up everyone is always so inviting and loving towards us also. Its fun to spend time and do all the events and activities, getting ice cream and popcorn too!

Our Grandmother has enjoyed her transition into assisted living. She feels secure knowing she will receive more help for daily routines and Peach Tree has been pleasant to work with every step of the way. Their owner handles new clients and is attentive to your concerns, their medical staff have also been very attentive to her needs.

My father had wonderful care and attention from the caring staff at PeachTree Place. They were sensitive to his needs and patient. The building is kept very clean and the activities are fun. There is a little snack area with popcorn and ice cream cones which is fun for the residents and their families. Jon, Lisa, and Troy were always very attentive and kind. Our family felt very fortunate to have our father here.

I would just like to take the time to talk about how wonderful the staff at Peachtree Place has been to my mother and father, Douglas and Patricia Cave. My father passed away 2 1, 2 years ago and mother mother on April 17. Both times, we have seen genuine tears of sadness from the staff, THEY LOVED OUR PARENTS! When looking for an assisted living home, please know that your loved ones will have the ultimate love and care. I would suggest that you look no further, we have had a few bad experiences with assisted living homes. Peachtree is not out to collect every penny in your pockets, they are very fair and kind.
