I'm 87 years old and I have been a resident at Atria since November 2024. I am very pleased with the care I am receiving. The grounds and the building are beautiful and uplifting to my spirit. The staff could not be more friendly, they know everybody here by name and they treat like me like family. The food is delicious and I can always find something that suits my fancy. Being Catholic, I appreciate the weekly rosary and communion service. I also appreciate that Atria is willing to work with my family to customize my care according to my needs. This place is absolutely the best place i've ever seen... My friend who is sixty years old. Has been to 3 old folks homes.He said this one is the best. The food is phenomenal. My parents moved to Atria's Lafayette Hill location (ALH) from another life care facility that had failed to demonstrate its ability to deliver on both essential services and promised variety in food service. The staff at ALH has been significantly better in terms of responsive resident service and the facility is very well maintained, modern, and comfortable. One test of a senior living facility is how it reacts to the surviving spouse when a resident dies. Our family has been pleasantly surprised at the generous, thoughtful, sincere, tender, and professional response to our father during and after my mother's home hospice experience.

When your friend calls and needs help, you do whatever needs to be done. When my friend faced the challenge of placing her parents in an assisted living facility but was too heartbroken to do the research, I was honored to be there for her. This place is the winner. The Executive director was available to show us around and the tour was so helpful. My friend got all her questions answered and some information she had not even thought to ask. The programs are very interesting and the residents appeared happy and engaged. I can only say how impressed I was with the operation. This was such a difficult decision for my friend's family, but I also know that her parents will be happy here and she will rest better knowing they have the proper care they require.

Atria Lafayette Hill is one of the most beautiful senior Living facilities in area, but more important is the fact that the staff and the new management truly want us to enjoy our life. They constantly search for activities and care improvements that make that possible. There is no perfect place, but a care staff who treats you as family and the comfort knowing that there is an attitude of improving happening every day, is hard to beat!!

In a crisis situation we were directed to Atria for the care of family member. The experience has been outstanding. In a matter of a few weeks she was evaluated, situated and settled in. Andy and Lauren are angels. The property is a beautiful residential design with lots of natural light and wide hallways making the experience inviting. The entire experience, from Connie's welcome at the inviting reception desk, Lionel's smile in food services, Lauren being omniscient and omnipresent leading resident activities, ancillary services, and aides to support activities, the entire organization answers YES. Food and service are excellent. Staff care to resident ratios are good, and active programming fills each day. Andy worked with us to make this affordable. Being new to senior living, we have been pleased and comforted with our experience and highly recommend Atria.

Atria has been a warm and friendly place for my mother for the past 1.5 years. It has always been a beautiful building, but the staff competence has improved a great deal. Most all of the direct care staff are kind and caring towards the residents. Several go "beyond the call of duty" to form close connections with my mother. There has been some turnover in the administrative staff, but they seem to have an experienced, competent and professional team in place at present. Recently, my mother had been out of the building for 6 weeks due to medical issues. When she returned, the wonderful welcome she received from staff and residents was so warm and sincere. She truly felt like she was "home."

I felt compelled to write this after leaving this beautiful building. I am a Healthcare Professional and my company (Caring Hospice) has been a partner in care with Atria Lafayette Hill since it opened. I partner with many Senior Living communities and this is by far one of my favorites. When you enter the building it is clean and inviting. Each and everytime I am greeted with a genuine, warm welcome. Walking through the building the staff is friendly and interactive with guests, residents and fellow staff. The staff is so helpful in helping our team find what we need in providing exemplary care for our mutual residents. The Management team is top notch and truly are focused on meeting all needs of the residents and their families. Emotional, social and daily living needs are all given careful and well planned approaches. Their goal is clear - to continue to excel at having an environment that is comfortable and free of concern or worry. Atria Lafayette Hill has been absolutely amazing from the beginning. Choosing an assisted living facility is a difficult and somewhat scary thing to have to do. Everyone we met along the way were helpful and genuinely happy to be there. My parents are now settled in and having a great experience. The staff is super friendly and attentive and everyone goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Special shout out to two of my mom’s favorites, Russ and Lionel.

I was so impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff! Suzanne, the community relations director, was so helpful--she gave me a list of resources for my dad and lots of good suggestions about how to handle the move. The rooms are huge and beautiful, and there are lots of great activities.

My father lost his hearing aide and the executive director took time out of his busy schedule to personally oversee and actually go to his apartment to look for the hearing aide and found it personally! I am so appreciative of the care my father has received!

As a clinical therapy partner (PT) of Atria I can say with confidence that this is a place where people can thrive physically and socially. It is beautiful and inviting. With the climate today, residents are freely able to move safely throughout the facility. The care staff is receptive to all recommendations from families as well as the therapy team. Atria always has the best interest of their residents and that includes utilizing an interdisciplinary team approach to provide the highest level of care. The activities are diverse and the Engage Life Director and her staff are helpful and friendly. The Sales team truly assists with a smooth transition with the move. It truly is a wonderful community to live in.
