I have nothing but good things to say about Brookstone Terrace … Each time I visited my family member…I'm always greated with a hello and a smile …the residents are clean and neatly dressed…the food as well smells good and it's served to the residents on time never have I heard them upset about their meals not being on time the building is clean and all the staff are very friendly and helpful I'm really proud of one person by the name of Samantha Hanna she has been with the company for a while…and has worked her way up into management you can tell she love her job and care about her residents…people that don't work in this field take likely to what's needed to make sure things are ran smoothly to satisfy everyone…keep doing what you're doing Ms Hanna and the rest of the staff …job well done ”

Our Dad has been in the memory care unit for almost two years. Everyone is so kind. They do a wonderful job of caring for him and the other residents. They are always doing fun activities and the food is delicious! It gives such peace of mind.

This place is a joke they hired me and worked me for 3 wks and then called me in the office in the middle of shift and told me that I didn't put I had something on my background on application and that I lied and they fired me and told me I couldn't come back on the property or I couldn't contact her employee's or anything. They are always under staff and rules always change.

Thanks for taking care of my mom. I wish I could take her home with me for the rest of her life. I would get to see her every day, cause I work different shifts at Thomasville Hospital. I love my mom to the moon and back.
