Out of all the communities I have experienced, whether it’s been employment or having family reside in an assisted living, this by far has been my favorite. The management has implemented positive changes where improvements were needed, and the staff is amazing! You can tell they truly care about the folks that live here. I would move my grandparents here if I could.

High turnover of Care Staff, Health Care Coordinator, Activities Coordinator and Director positions has led to inconsistencies in resident care. A new Health Care Coordinator has been hired recently after several months vacancy at that position but the permanent Director position remains unfilled and this is having a negative impact on efficiencies at all levels. I’m told the quality of the food has improved somewhat from previously but still is sometimes served cold. These things are causes for concern but I do appreciate that all the staff are very caring and strive to do their best under the circumstances. However the longer they go without a permanent highly qualified on site Director the greater the risk that the quality of services will suffer and potential risk to residents will increase.

Fairview Park is a lovely, and beautiful assisted living facility! The halls are decorated beautifully in all colors and the dining room is a bright red and green. The staff are very dedicated and kind. They make everyone feel like family. The staff works to share love and kindness to all.

I will say it is a beautiful property and very well maintained. The food is very good. The lady who provides the hair care there is excellent and charges a very reasonable fee compared to other facilities in the area. There are some employees there who I absolutely loved and entrusted my mother to completely. There were other employees there who I didn't trust at all. My mother was there about one year before she passed away, spending the last 9 months or so in the Memory Care area. During that year, there was a high turnover rate in the Medical Director position, which I felt made me have to start all over concerning the expectations in the care my mother needed with every new person - I believe there were three or four during that year.
