My wife and I toured The Auberge at Bee Cave recently. We were impressed with both the facility and the staff. We were guided on our tour by Alice, the Marketing Director, who was patient, knowledgeable and fun to be with. We spent some time with Leslie the Health Service Director and Gilbert the Executive Director also. Even the busy Entertainment Director took time to inform us of activities available at Auberge. The Auberge team appears to be top notch. At our age, one of our greatest fears is falling. It was comforting to learn that Auberge uses Mobi Lights. If anyone falls in a room, the on duty personnel are alerted that someone has fallen in Room number (such & such) so that response time anywhere at Auberge is usually under 2 minutes!

We are so pleased with the care my mother-in-law, Jan, is receiving at this community. The staff at Auberge Bee Cave is so caring and compassionate and Jan is very happy and feels safe and secure. As a family it gives us great comfort to know she is in such good hands. I would highly recommend this community for any family looking into memory care for a loved one.

My family member has been here since 2018 and is doing great. The facility is exceptionally well-managed, with cheerful, reliable, and competent caregivers, and everyone there seems to genuinely care about him and other residents. He is happy, healthy, clean, comfortable, and loved. I couldn't ask for anything more. A+

The Auberge at Bee Cave, A Memory Care Community My wife and I have been residents of the Auberge for a year now, so I decided to write another review. I was very frustrated with the Assisted living community when I found the Auberge. I had been turned down by a half dozen places because I refused to live in one part of their community, regular Assisted Living, and have my wife of 50 years live in another part, Memory Care. I would ask about her living in Assisted Living with me and be told; no, she has to have activities designed exclusively for Dementia patients. I would be bored by their activities. Then I would ask about living in the lock down unit with her and be told that the rooms are too small and the activities too regimented. However, I could visit. I actually found the Auberge because it is located next to a Physical Therapy rehabilitation unit to which my wife was assigned after a bad fall. I saw their sign, The Auberge, A Memory Care community, out front. I reasoned that if the total unit was Memory Care, they couldn't relegate me to assisted living. I was correct. They actually had a married couple living there already. The difference being that they both needed Memory Care. The Executive Director explained that I would have to learn to adapt to a totally different environment. I explained that as a 23 year Navy veteran (both enlisted and officer); I would adapt. We were accepted. The staff is superb. The care givers here all know what to do, how to do it, and have a proper attitude about the residents. As a team, they know the residents are their number 1 priority. If a resident needs help and their assigned caregiver is busy with another resident someone else takes over. There is no "that is not my assignment today" that I have seen in both rehab units that my wife has been in. The care givers here really care about their residents. Management cares also. Quite often, I see them helping a resident find their walker or paying close attention when a resident asks a question. I am glad that I am part of this community. Last week, I received a great compliment. The son of one of our newer members said, "One of the reasons that we chose this place is that you live here watching and helping."

My 4 siblings and I have always been extremely happy to be able to allow our Mom to be so well cared for at Auberge Bee Cave! She was there when it was still under the auspices of Silverado, and we were thrilled see how much was being done for her, even then. The high quality of care overall, has remained consistent.

I'm a Hospice aid , I've visited many facilities, The Auberge at Bee Cave is one that stands out , It's always clean , the residents seem to be happy and always clean , staff is always kind and very helpful . Have not tasted their food but looks and smells yummy ,have not herd any resident complain . I love visiting this place 🙂

The Auberge Bee Cave has an exceptional staff and has taken care of my mom for almost 5 years! My mom loves being there so that makes me feel so blessed. They keep her busy and feeling very useful which is critical . She LOVES the food and all the activities. I would recommend this facility over all others in Austin!

I just want to thank you for being so thoughtful and caring and posting the pictures of the residents after all this quarantine started. My sister Linda had been coming to your facility several days a week thru an adult daycare program you had a year or so ago. This was such a great way for her to become familiar with the staff and the facility. She was always happy to go there when it was her day to go. So when it came time to move her in totally she felt right at home with the other residents and the staff. But the picture posted showed her so happy and doing some cleaning there it was just a relief for her family to see how she was doing. The Auberge Bee Cave is a beautiful facility that has different areas inside and outside for residents to spend their day. There are three levels so residents have meaningful activities every day. The staff is patient and caring of all residents. The therapy team worked wonders for my family member. If you need to put a family member in a memory care residential facility, I suggest visiting the Auberge to learn more.
