I can't say enough about Parkside! We dropped my Dads belongings in his room to put away the next day. When we arrived everything was put away for us and they even put together a lamp. They went above and beyond to get my Dads room ready with 2 days notice. The staff has been caring, helpful and patient with my Dad and even let me spend the night his first night. My Dad said the food is amazing and the chef has done a great job to make sure my Dads special diet is appealing and tasty! The chef came out and gave a resident a kiss on the neck at breakfast this morning. We love the cleanliness of the facility and the layout feels like a big family room. We feel comfortable knowing our Dad is in their care!

Parkside has always had its ups and downs. Management currently is better than it previously was. Unfortunately, they lost some good staff over time. I can't find any person and/or staff who has kindness and patience like Sandra did. My loved one absolutely adored her!! As for cleanliness, food and activities… could be better but not the worst. For the money we pay, the food could be better. This is just my opinion, my loved one is happy and safe, that's all what matters!

My uncle was recently diagnosed with dementia and needed supervised care. After interviewing several places, this one won us over. The staff is incredible compassionate and knowledgeable, the building and grounds are immaculate and the services and food are top notch. We felt so comfortable having him stay here and within a day or two he fell in love with his accommodations.

I had the unfortunate need to place my wife of 40 years into assisted living due to health issues. Prior to this I was her caregiver for several years, 24X7 We had Parkside recommended to us by another facility. We arrived with short notice to look at the facility. Whitney gave us a brief tour, and we also met the chef. The facility was clean, well maintained and all of the staff was friendly. When she moved in, I began visiting 1-2 times daily at various times. At no time did I feel like they were short staffed, and she had settled into the routine quite well. All of my questions were promptly answered, all requests were accommodated, and every interaction with the care partners were professional and kind. It has only been a week since she moved in, but I have had 0 concerns about her care and safety. I cannot recommend Parkside highly enough for all they have been able to provide for us; I wish there was a way to give 6 stars!

I live her for over 6 months now and LOVE IT! The staff is wonderful and many have been here since it opened. They treat us like we were their family. The food is 5 star prepared by a chef and 2 cooks. No complaints there. If you can’t have or don’t like something, they will accommodate you. The activity director is fun and has us doing fun games and trivia to keep our minds alert…No complaints there! The nay sayers are people that love to complain about everything….

I was searching places on line for my mother, i heard many good things about this facility. than i read the reveiws most of the reveiws were very postive, except for two people , which, I wonder where they were while all this was supposedly happening , this seems totaly manufactured, I decided to go to the facility , and speak to the staff , and check it out for myself, Too many reputable people have recommented , I take my mother here

Staff was horrible from director to all staff members. Had to pull mom out of facility after a fall and after seeing video and talking to staff , they moved her over 1000 feet ( unconscious) back to her room from the common area and after waiting 45 minutes the staff finally called 911 and lied to EMS and told them that she fell out of bed . Total lie . 2 staff members dragged her to her room and put her into bed with a head injury. Director and VP totally tried to cover up the lies . We now have video and employees statements plus EMS reports . This is now going to local news and talking to attorney . Totally regret putting my mother in this facility. I suggest you do not consider this place . So many better places for loved ones .

My wife is living in Parkside for about a year now she has been taken care of by Brandi for about a year now she has taken her from being almost her death bed to being in very good care if someone is saying they don't know this Brandi to well she loves caring for her parents that what she thinks of her people love her taken care of my wife she shows them all love so I don't like it when people talk about her she has a big heart caring for All of them she The best ever ever had caring for my wife and me. Thank you for letting me know about Brandi even the hospital had my wife on hospice they had her dieing but she wouldn't give up on her so if you have some people talk bad about her they're not knowing her them people don't like her because they wanted only there mother to get special care over everyone else. Don't listen to them trouble makes it harder for her to do her work thank you Bob michaud

I Loriann Fischer have worked at Parkside Assisted Living and Memory Cottage for about 4 years it was my first place of work in Florida, I moved here in 2018, and Parkside is very special place love and compassion and one man's dream built it Mr.Khalidi, Now that man's dream became a reality for so many, our residents treated with compassion respect and the same love we show our family members, I love working at Parkside and our residents and the people I work for I never wanted to work at any other Assisted living this is truly a blessing to be apart of this community.

Warning ⛔️ this place is not for your love ones. The staff (management) is uneducated and non skilled. All theses 5 star reviews are made up by their staff. The state needs to shut them down. My mother has declined rapidly due to medication errors, falls and lack of care. If you really want to find out go sit in for a day on the 2nd floor, you will witness all you need to know. I ant a need to discuss more but am afraid of Retaliation, currently in process of removing my mother. Don’t do it my wife and I haven’t slept since we put her in here. Run away as fast as you can.

Brandy is the greatest and cares so much for all the patients. She shows so much love and always shows kindness to all.The absolute best ever and my husband has never been treated so wonderful. Parkside and staff are the best.Thank God for Brandy and staff.

I am in the process of looking for an assisted living for my parents. Upon visiting this facility, I was so impressed with the outstanding amenities and most importantly with the various employees whom I had the pleasure to meet. I also happened to meet the owner while I was there. She is genuinely invested in the well being of all the residents and truly cares about each person as if it were her own family.

Our familys experience after the tragic diagnosis of dementia for our family member has been helped tremendously by the care, compassion and professionalism of the staff of Parkside. The difference in our Mothers physical health, happiness and demeanor is startling in how much better it is. I can say that I would not want her in any other facility than Parkside.

This place is WONDERFUL!!! Staff is loving and caring. Management is very helpful and knowledgeable and caring. My Mom is very well taken care and its nice to see her smile again. Recently visited the Parkside cottage and was very impressed. Not only is it a beautiful establishment; it is run just as well. The staff is professional yet caring and makes you feel at ease knowing your family member is well cared for. Would definitely recommend to others.

Went on a tour of this facility after a luncheon. The staff was very welcoming and all of the residents I saw looked genuinely happy. Their facility was in outstanding condition and the culinary staff made a delicious meal. The PALM cookie is a great touch!

The staff that works with your loved ones are fantasic. The enviroment is fantastic. My mom loved it there and finally stopped begging to go home and felt that parkside was her home now. Then she got sick and evidently parkside can not deal with continuing medical conditions. Sent her to hospital. We were told at time of her discharge from hospital that they could no longer care for her. No notice to find another place for her. They already had someone else occupying her room. And this is after taking payment for the month. Very hard to find another place with no notice. Now she is in a place not good for her and she is giving up. She has lost another home and is with strangers. Alzheimer patients need love too!

I have been searching for a place for my good friend whose mother has dementia. When she travels to Florida, she needs to put her up in a place which is safe & secure. After having visited Parkside Assisted Living, I have highly recommended this place to her. The staff was extremely cordial and the residents were happy and satisfied.
