Dining and kitchen services is going thru adjustments. That's why I gave 4 stars. Other departments are good. Concierges are excellent, and Amy Abshire, Executive Director, always goes above and beyond.

We loved it in the beginning. Everyone was very friendly and helpful The last 3 weeks not so much. The fresh coffee and snacks are not available in lobby. The food in dining room is very disappointing and servings are small ,it was not like this the first week of April and has declined since .

I'm a mover and was moving one of my clients into a room here. We were having some trouble getting the legs of the couch to get it into the new room. I didn't have right equipment to get the legs off the couch and the maintenance man Joe took all the legs off the couch and helped me get both doors off and on. He really went above and beyond to make our life and the customers job easier. The whole staff was extremely friendly and is a great facility. Thanks again Joe and everyone else that was so accommodating!

I moved my mother there 3 months into Covid (June 2020). Amy Abshire and her staff have done a wonderful job of keeping residents safe. Things are not always easy when dealing with the elderly, but they understand our needs and work well with us. Kevin (maintenance) and Carla Guthrie have been a huge help in being there to address issues that we cannot take care of due to Covid restrictions. I am very pleased with this facility, their attentiveness to our mothers needs and overall professionalism.

Cedarhurst of Beaumont in Lexington, KY has gone the extra mile during this pandemic to keep residents healthy and happy. My mother, Nira Roberts, moved into the facility in June at the height of the virus. She was welcomed into the community by all of the facilitys great staff. Special shout out to Carla Guthrie for going the extra mile to help us communicate with our mom, to assist mom with day-to-day activities we would normally be there to do. Thank you for all of the safety and health precautions, the open lines of communication, and the friendship.

This place and the staff are a god sent! My mom is a special case and had a very hard time (like really hard time) adjusting as she is much younger than the other residents in the memory care. She had many bad days with outburst that I am sure most places would not have tolerated, but the staff handled them beautifully. They have gone above an beyond for my mother and no amount of thanks would be enough for what they have done. Every experience I have had there has been wonderful and we will have been with provision living for 7 months. They have lots of activities and really tailor their care for your family member. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Carla is wonderful and has become basically part of the family to us, but really all of the staff there are so caring and welcoming. Wonderful location, central to everything! Beautiful facility with so many amenities! It is worth every penny! I have never left a review on google before but I had to make sure everyone knows how special of a place this is because the decision to use a personal care facility is not a light decision. I hope this review helps someone make the next right step.

Let me start by saying if it wasnt for Carla, we would have never moved my mother here. During the transition period she had so much compassion and grace we immediately felt a sense of relief. She keeps us updated on a regular basis and is our life line since my mother can not communicate for herself. I dont know what we would do without her. The Memory care facility and staff are the best. Loving, caring, and friendly to residents and visitors.

This place is great! Dont let all the bad reviews get to you because they are written by trolls. Working here is one of the best jobs I have ever had! The kitchen staff is amazing, they work really hard to make sure all residents are happy with what they eat. The food is great. Carla, Lori, and Amy are extremely helpful when kitchen staff needs help. From Nurses to housekeeping, I love this place.Dont pay attention to the bad reviews, they are wrong!

I will have been here three years this February! I have found the staff to be top notch. That are always available and take the time to listen to our needs. And they do it with a caring smile! I cannot leave therapy out. When I came here, I struggled with a walker. Now I have graduated to a cane and hope to keep improving. These ladies have become like family. Im very blessed. Once this Quarantine is over i look forward to getting back to all the fun activities and visiting with all the new friends I have made since being here. My two daughters are very happy that they found this ew home. THAT YOU GOR KEEPING ME SAFE .!

This place is awesone They have gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of residents and their employees. The staff are tested weekly and they keep the facility very clean. The staff treat residents like family and offer acitivites in small groups and do visits and walks with residents to keep them active. They got their vaccination on Saturday! We are VERY excited about this! I would highly recommend looking into this place for your loved ones! You could not ask for better care in a beautiful setting! The building is just beautifull, Its not too big and not too small. The one bedroom apartment has two huge walk in closets and is just the right size.

My mom moved to Cedarhurst because it is a nice, clean updated facility. While there are many excellent staff members, I have been disappointed in some seemingly simple accommodations and services. The most present being that the television hasnt worked properly for three weeks. Many of the residents, including my mom, depend on the tv as a main source of entertainment and company. During such times of isolation, it is more important than ever.She is not able to get the sports channels that she enjoys and the main networks dont even work most of the time. She is not able to establish a separate network service so depends on the Cedarhurst provider. While I understand that it is challenging to maintain any sense of normalcy during a pandemic, the excuses arent acceptable.
