The entire team at Arrowhead Senior Living has been amazing. The kindness, generosity, medical care, and compassion the staff displayed exceeded my expectations. Both of my parents suffered from advanced dementia, I was able to work with the staff to allow both to live together in Memory Care together until my mom's passing. While my mom was in hospice, the CNA's went above in beyond to help her and my entire family. I cannot say enough, how much I truly appreciate the support they have provided.

My mother lives here and she's very happy. At 95 years young she can be a little opinionated and she's happy . If she's happy we're all happy. The care she receives outstanding care. Great support for us also. Great activities to keep her busy. So happy we have her here.

My Mother, at age 90, broke her femur and after a short hospital stay we were fortunate to admit her to Arrowhead skilled nursing. My Mother and our whole family describes the facility as spacious, open and welcoming.That being said, the staff is what makes this place special. They are some of the most nurturing people you could ever meet. They have made her feel so comfortable and "at home". Thank you for your care. We highly recommend it.

The Skilled Nursing staff are excellent. They take great care of my mother. They constantly check on her and take the time to talk. The Event Coordinator, Michelle, goes above and beyond talking to each and every resident. Arrowhead Senior Living is a great place.

We placed my mom in assisted living in Arrowhead last year and she thrived in assisted living with the wonderful care she received. The staff brought it to our attention that maybe Mom would be better suited for memory care. Our family made that tough decision to make the move to memory care. The staff made this transition seamlessly. They are very compassionate and caring. If you are thinking of placing a loved one in a care facility this is the place.

Arrowhead is comfortable, and I feel good about the fact if there are health issues, medical staff are there to assist. Management and staff are so accommodating. Entertainment and dietary are wonderful!

I cannot say enough great things about Arrowhead! The staff is always accommodating, kind, considerate, and go out of their way to show they truly care about my mother in law. Placing a loved one in an assisted living facility is an extremely hard decision for family. Arrowhead made this tough transition go smoothly. From the first tour, to the admission process, to the moving my mother in law into her new "home", to the continued care, from dietary to housekeeping. The nursing staff has been phenomenal! Arrowhead has treated us and my mother in law with kindness and respect. My mother in law adores all the staff and is always saying, " These people are my family!" It is comforting to know my mother in law is and will be living out the rest of her years in a place that also treats HER like family.

I have friends at Arrowhead and I visit them often. I have had both good and bad experiences while there. Once a friend, in Memory Care was just sitting with others with no attention while 3 "care givers" were chatting at the desk the entire I was there. I asked her husband (who also still lives there) if any of the care givers sit with her, or rub her arm, or give her any kind of care and he said "no", not that he had ever seen. Another woman I visited in assisted living said she had called for a nurse several times before I arrived and no one showed up. An aide arrived while I was there and apologized as they were short handed. A man I visit often has told me he receives excellent care in skilled nursing and I can verify this on each visit I've seen him. I think it's like every place else. Care and comfort depend on the employees on particular days and how they feel about the residents.

We were very pleased with my husband's stay at Arrowhead. The nursing, Physical therapy and Occupational therapy were all excellent as he recovered from complications following an amputation. We very much appreciated that the rooms are private, and the facility is lovely. He made good progress and was home in 2 months.

great place for your loved one to be cared for properly and respectfully. The nurses and nurses aids do an amazing job, they are respectful and very hardworking. I worked here and it was great! spacious private rooms with restrooms for each resident, open floor plan for dining, great activities for them to participate in. the front office personnel down to the MDS coordinator provide personal meetings for each resident and make a care plan that best fits that persons needs. I would highly recommend either working or give your loved one a safe and great place to stay whether its for short term medical rehabilitation or long term.

My brother, James Martin, was here for rehab. Rehab was phenomenal. He took a turn for worse - he was able to stay at facility until his passing. Everyone from Administration, Social worker, to Nurses, CNA’s, all personnel were absolutely wonderfully caring and compassionate. Martha Sutherland

We had our sister in the facility. Can’t say enough positive statements about the place. Everyone was so helpful and professional. We worked with Morgan, Maggie and Judy during her stay. Each went out of their way to ensure a wonderful expy. All staff were caring and genuinely treated their clients with the care you would want your family to receive. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect home for their family or friends
