My mom has been living at Teal Creek for 1.5 years and we’ve been so grateful for their great care, compassion, nurses, and professionalism in everything. They're unique in how they have a nurse regularly present, able to administer sliding scale diabetic care. They’ve gone above and beyond many times for us, despite how very challenging all they do can be. Mom’s health and diabetes has improved due to the great nurses including Lacey and Albert, who are both amazing. Also shout outs to Susan, Dennis, Bernica, Scott, and so many others. I’ve recommended Teal Creek to friends, who also placed their parents there, and they feel the same.

Ava has been so very helpful during this difficult time of transition! She is kind, professional, and compassionate. She made sure. To answer any and all questions, introduced us to staff, and gave us a tour of the facility.

I have a family member who lives at this facility and I must say they provide the best care. My loved one always looks great the rooms are clean and always smells great. I absolutely love it. Great facility, amazing staff. I’ve worked with Ava previously, years ago, and when I walked in with my mom she instantly recognized us both and we shared old stories. Highly recommend this place.

My mom lived at Teal Creek for about three and a half years. I can’t say enough about the exceptional staff at Teal Creek, and how compassionate they were with her. I had very excellent and open communication with her caregivers on a daily basis. I could call and check on her anytime, or drop by for a visit. They always made themselves available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Mom had some issues that required a certain amount of specialty care, and they met all of her needs in a very caring way. I will always be grateful to them.

My family member has been in this facility for 18 months & we are very pleased with his care! There are a variety of activities available each day in the community & planned outings to restaurants & shopping expeditions. Periodically there are outdoor cookouts in the courtyard. These foster a sense of community between staff & residents. The life enrichment director is hands on & very creative which really engages residents. The facility celebrates the different seasons through d©cor & activities. The culinary team is very good and the staff are caring & personable. As in most communities, not everything is perfect but I have found the administration to be responsive to problems.

My grandmother lives here. This is here 3rd place. She will never go anywhere else. They truly care about her and her wellbeing and provide this best care around by far. From the food which ive had and its great to the communication we receive from the management. I wish we had found this place first.

This facility is one of the best I've been to! It is very nice & clean!! The staff is so kind & caring! They care so much about the residents & their families! I would highly recommend checking into this facility if you are looking for a genuinely great place to put a loved one this is the place.

I would not recommend this facility for anyone. The staff was either unresponsive or condescending. They sent my frail, elderly mother to a doctor’s appt in nothing but a hospital gown and socks. They didn’t even brush her hair. It was a totally degrading experience for my mom. We finally got her out of there and into a caring facility. Don’t rely on Medicare ratings alone. Talk to people in the area. We’ve since heard from several professionals that Hollymead consistently gets complaints.

This is the newest and nicest senior assisted living community in the OKC area. The staff is top notch and professional and caring, and the environment for residents has a fun and relaxed feeling. Everyone has a smile on their face. It feels, and in some ways looks like a country club. The chef is amazing, so the meals are delicious. Definitely worth serious consideration as a preferred assisted living community in the Edmond / OKC area.
