There is no way to express how much the Team at Ivy Park has supported and blessed our family. Both my wife's parents have been guests there, one in memory care and one in assisted living. The loving care that they and our family have received is life changing. I'm convinced that their care extended my father-in-law's life and saved my mother-in-law's life. The care, support, and love that they have shown our family is beyond anything we could have hoped to recieve. They have been instrumental in helping us go through one of the toughest times of our lives. If you are considering Ivy Park Pleasonton for your loved one, you will find none better anywhere.

Ivy Park at Pleasanton has been a great partner to me and Pam. Pam began staying at Ivy (assisted living) on December 31,2024 and I can credit Nicole, Juliana, Veronica and Kathy with making the arrangements as painless as possible. Karen who handles activities at Ivy has been a blessing. She is open to hearing feedback and input from residence and their families. I have gotten pictures directly from Karen & Nicole showing the engagement and smiles, which are so very helpful in knowing that Pam is continuing to adjust well. Pam recently shared the following: "For all the different degrees of health issues that the residence have, they sure do a great job of dealing with all of the different levels - it must be very hard" "The food they serve is very good, they will give you anything that you want" It is important as an advocate for Pam, that I share the praise and constructive feedback from Pam with staff at Ivy. I have found that sharing has been easy to do and that folks are receptive. I am grateful to have found the staff at Ivy Pleasanton to be an extension of family for Pam.

Ivy Park at Pleasanton, Ca. Has been a True God Send! We were so blessed to find this wonderful home for my brother. The facility itself looks like a high-end hotel. Beautiful recreation rooms with pianos, books, movies etc. . The outside areas are excellent surrounded by rose gardens and lavender! Gilbert Castro, the Executive Director, is always ready to assist in any way necessary. Joanna helped us in selecting my brothers apartment, and it was excellent! The staff is absolutely warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. Extremely clean, great medical staff, The Caregiver Assistants are great as well. The restaurant quality food is outstanding and they are also great with healthy snacks. We loved that they also have their own private Park for walks, which my brother loves! I am truly happy I found them, and I Highly recommend them!

We cannot speak highly enough about the incredible care my mother-in-law receives at Ivy Park Memory Care. From the moment she moved in, we felt an overwhelming sense of comfort and reassurance knowing she was in such loving, capable hands. The staff here have truly become extended family to us. They are compassionate, patient, and extraordinarily kind”not only to my mother-in-law but to all of us as her support system. They take the time to get to know her as a person, respecting her dignity and individuality, which has been so meaningful to us. The communication is excellent. They call us whenever necessary, keeping us informed and involved, yet they are also considerate about not overwhelming us with matters they can expertly handle themselves. This balance of care and communication has allowed us to truly trust their judgment and care. The facility itself is beautifully maintained, with an atmosphere that feels welcoming and warm. The level of organization and attention to detail is remarkable, and it’s evident the staff takes pride in creating a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for all residents. But beyond the physical aspects, it’s the emotional support and genuine kindness that have meant the most. They have supported us every step of the way, providing comfort and guidance during difficult moments. We went to visit Sunrise of Pleasanton on behalf of my mother. We walked into the lodge and were immediately greeted at the door. We waited not even one minute and Gina arrived and took us around. She is very nice. Everyone seemed nice. But Gina was exceptional! The domiciles were in order and everywhere looked clean and patrons seemed content. A good warm feeling. We are not ready to move mother in quite yet. But I will bring mother back when we all decide

Sunrise of Pleasanton is so kind and caring. My Uncle needed a community that provides a high level of care. We worked with Tracy the Executive Director and Gina the Sales Director. They helped us every step of the way through a stressful situation. My Uncle is loving it there, the staff is great! Living at Sunrise of Pleasanton he has made a complete recovery and is thriving! Thank you Sunrise!!

My father at 96 was reaching the point he needed a higher level of care. He was always very much opposed to moving out of his house, so we knew it was going to be a difficult process. I can't say enough about how supportive and helpful the staff at Sunrise was in easing us through the ordeal. Gina in particular was just great. In addition to making the transition easy, they also put us in touch with a fantastic Hospice service that they worked closely with. The Sunrise facility is very clean, and well appointed. Beautiful gardens, roof top verandas, nice dining room, and great living quarters. We finally got Dad down there for a tour, and even he said it looked like a 5 star resort after the viewing. Unfortunately, he passed a few days before he was scheduled to move in, so we didn't get to experience the full program - but if it was anything like the initial touch we had with these folks - he would have enjoyed his time there.

My mother entered Assisted Living reluctantly. She is a fiercely independent woman by nature, but at 90, now needs help and she resisted it. Sunrise Staff has been extraordinarily patient and kind with my (sometimes) difficult mother as she adjusted to a new reality. Now she appreciates the staff and feels safe and cared for in her new home. She speaks well of each of the staff whether is home care, nursing, dining or the front desk. Knowing she feels safe and comfortable, has taken a burden off my mind.
