Spring Arbor of Severna Park. I am a local artist and I've had the opportunity a few times to visit Spring Arbor and share my talents in various ways with the residents and employees and WOW what a wonderful bunch of people! The Spring Arbor is so warm and welcoming. An extremely clean and organized establishment with a crew that truly cares about all that happens there. I am always treated with respect, kindness and and gratitude. Everyone there both crew and residents seem so genuinely happy to be there. I've shared my art thru classes at many retirement, assisted living spaces and THIS one is my favorite to visit....they tell me I bring them smiles, well I must say they bring me many smiles as well. Thank you Spring Arbor!

Brent and his entire team did a great job of onboarding our father during a complicated medical situation. Their flexibility and ability to find a solution made a difficult time a much better transition. Very impressed with the facility and the staff.

We(Mom and my family) only have positive reviews for Spring Arbor in Severna Park. The staff is responsive and caring to her needs. The apartments and living areas are nice and clean. We are very grateful for the supportive community of staff and residents. We had our concerns about Mom moving to assisted living and did our research comparing it to others in the area and we feel it is the best community. It provides everything she needs from medical care, physical therapy,social activities and the assistance she needs on a daily basis in caring environment.

After touring a few facilities we decided on Spring Arbor of Severna Park. We all felt at ease as soon as we met with Brent and toured the facility, as my family and I wanted my mom to have the best care in a nice home. The transition was also very smooth for such a short time we had getting her into a new place. Everyone we met was so pleasant and seemed so caring. Also a special shout out to Brent who helped with making sure the transition went smoothly. It was also so nice that he came to the hospital to met my mom before she moved in. It was a very nice jester and the entire family appreciated all the kindness

We placed my mother in spring arbor in September 2024 after she looked at several places and chose this location. Aside from some lackluster food options which I think they are correcting, my mother lives out her last months so well cared for. The staff at this facility was always friendly, always available and so very caring with my mother but allowed us to spend time with her without worry and know that she was in good hands. I am so very grateful for the kindness and professionalism in this facility.

If you are looking for a senior living community that truly cares about its residents and offers a vibrant, supportive environment, I highly recommend Spring Arbor of Severna Park. It has been a wonderful experience for our family and we recently discovered a sister community Waterstone on Augusta in South Carolina which allows my parents to travel back and forth to see the grandkids.

Spring Arbor is like a home away from home. The energy, atmosphere, peacefulness yet always having amazing celebrations and activities. The staff really knows each individual resident and family which allows them the ability to provide a great daily living environment for the aging population. Also, the Shrimp & Grits so delicious!

The staff and workers are so friendly and respectful. The grounds are beautiful, secluded, and peaceful. Many activities to fit all levels of mobility. It felt like home, IT WAS home for my Dad.

My experience with Spring Arbor was OUTSTANDING!! Nikia Thomas, was a treat to deal with. She was compassionate and understanding as it pertained to the needs of our family for our 94 year old father. The building is gorgeous and resembles more of a boutique hotel. Clean, contemporary and very well appointed and maintained. The staff is friendly, caring, attentive, loving and responsive. My only regret is I did not move my Dad in sooner. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Spring Arbour in Severna Park for your loved ones. Everyone that visited with my Dad was also blown away by the facility and staff.

We moved mom in about a year ago and it's been an excellent experience. Things are going great so we moved my mother in law as well. The general manager Marissa went above and beyond expectations to ensure the transition was as easy as possible, and continues to do so. The staff is friendly and helpful to mom every day. The common area are always clean and smell good. The housekeeping staff takes good care of mom's needs, and the kitchen staff serves up terrific food every day. The activities team has multiple events daily to keep everyone active and engaged. I am very grateful we have this level of compassion and care for mom's golden years.

My mom has been living with my wife and me since the beginning of COVID. I have never used the services provided by an assisted living facility, but my wife and I wanted to take a vacation and needed a place for my mom to stay that we were all comfortable with. We were truly blessed when we found Spring Arbor. I never imagined the quality of service could be as good as it is. I worked directly with Nikia, the sales manager, you gave me a tour 1st, before I took my mom for a tour. We both loved it. It really is a sense of community amongst the residents. Nikia is detail oriented and paid attention to all of the seemingly small things. She had snacks for my mom, word search and coloring books, ink pens, etc. for my mom because she took the time to learn what my mom liked. I knew my mom would be in good hands with Nikia. She understood my concerns and worked diligently to alleviate them before our trip began. After leaving mom Nikia sent pictures of my mom engaged in the many activities (lunch outing, bingo, movies, church service,etc.) that Spring Arbor has, and she continued to communicate with me to ensure I knew things were going well. The level of attention from Nikia, and her staff was well above my expectations. When I returned to pick my mom up after my vacation ended, she stated staying at Spring Arbor was like being on vacation for her. Spring Arbor exceeded all of my expectations. I can’t imagine anywhere else being as good or as attentive as Nikia and her staff.
