Sharlyn and Courtney are extremely professional. They gave me a tour, answered all of my questions and put me at ease with the process of moving my father here from out of state. I had a Health Care Consultant accompany me to this visitation and she was throughly impressed with the facility and management.

The decision to place our mother into an assisted living residence was one of the most difficult decisions our family has ever been faced with. Our dad was no longer able to keep mom or even himself safe from falls or keep up with mom's care. After much discussion he finally allowed for us to look for care outside of his home. After an exhaustive search we found Carolina Reserve of Hendersonville on the recommendation of her primary doctor. We all have been truly blessed with the professional and caring staff who have been very accommodating for mom's needs. We had been worried that mom would not be happy with her new home, but within a few days she was involved with PT to recover her strength, which has allowed her to walk with confidence and a walker. Within 5 days she as become more interactive, verbal, her humor is now back and she has had to admit that she likes her new home. We miss her, but this is where she needed to be. Thank you to all the staff at Caroline Reserve of Hendersonville. You are all our family now.

The folks here at Carolina Reserve are genuinely caring and worked with us in every aspect to get my mother moved. She had been living in an independent living facility, and took a bad fall which ultimately meant a necessary move for her during the difficult time of Covid restrictions. The staff here is diligent about keeping the residents safe and following CDC protocols, but they also realize that a move is traumatic and they took extra measures and extra time to help make mom more comfortable. They are communicating with me on an on-going basis and I feel like I am as connected as I can be during this time because of that.

I would like to share with you my recent experience at the Carolina Reserve.I became acquainted with Sharlyn Hamilton director of admissions while at a recent meeting of our local garden club.It was shortly thereafter that my mother became a resident of the Carolina Reserve.Sharlyn was instrumental in helping her become a part of the Carolina Reserve family.Recently mom had a fall breaking her hip. Once again Sharlyn was instrumental in placing her in an excellent rehab facility. Mom will soon be moving to a memory care unit where once again Sharlyn will guide her transition to a new environment

My mom has lived here for the last eight months. I can not say enough good things about this place and the employees. I have watched my mom thrive in the memory care unit. She is cared for like a member of the family. They pay attention to details that please her and with such patience and kindness. They were already doing an exceptional job and continue that great job under the difficult circumstances of COVID-19. I am sure all the employees are good, but some I have dealt with I want to recognize are Michelle, Holly, Lisa, Ashley, Moose and Sharlyn. Thanks for your dedication! It is truly appreciated!

Carolina Reserve of Hendersonville is a wonderful assisted living and memory care community. The management is excellent, the staff is engaged and attentive, and the overall environment is very lively and warm. The food is great and the rooms and common areas are very nice. I would strongly recommend Carolina Reserve of Hendersonville to anyone looking for assisted living or memory care for themselves or a loved one.
