This place is absolutely wonderful. The facility is clean, spacious, and very open. The staff is extremely friendly, with several calling my grandmother and I by name by our second visit. The cafeteria is awesome, and I love the extensive always available menu. My grandmother has been very happy with her stay so far.

After a visit to The Point, I can undoubtedly recommend it to anyone that is in need or searching for an assisted living or memory care facility. I have been affiliated with the Pointe @ LifeSpring pretty much since it opened. A dear friend and a special part of my church family recently retired from there. I have been blessed to see the impact of this amazing place through her tireless dedication to each resident as well as through the experiences of others families in our church who have loved ones living there. My impression has always been nothing but exceptional! A couple of years ago my belief in The Pointe was put to a deep and very personal test. My Mom became a resident! Everything that I had already grown to expect materialized in a most profound and personal way - I am, after all, talking about my Momma! I only have one, and mine just happens to be the very best! And the staff of the Pointe @ LifeSpring treat her like they agree with my evaluation! And my observation is that they make each resident feel that way, too! I’ll be brief with the rest. Let me just simply say that the staff at The Pointe has became part of our extended family. Their love and care for my dear sweet Mom has met and exceeded our expectations in every way. I can’t say enough good things about The Pointe at Lifespring. My friend’s mother has been a resident for 7 months. Both the staff and the residents are so friendly. Earlene is the first kind face when we visit, as she is at the reception desk. She is always pleasant and helpful. The caregivers are AWESOME. Patti and Penny are the two that we interact with. We love them and appreciate the care she gives our loved one. We couldn’t be more pleased.

My mother has been at the Pointe for several months. Everyone is very kind at this facility. They get to know the residents by name and are very caring & patient. They have many activities for different interests. They are also welcoming to families and have at least one event every month for families to event. I’m a resident here and me and my husband love living here. We moved here from Mississippi a few years ago to be closer to our son and daughter in law. We have a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment and our cat lives here too! We do a lot of fun crafts and outings. We have always felt welcomed and cared for!

My 96 year-old mother recently passed away and I wanted to give a strong recommendation for The Point at Lifespring in Knoxville, TN, for senior care. Some friends of my mother were able to recognize she was no longer able to live alone several years ago while we were estranged at the time. These kind friends were able to help her sell her house and move into the facility. At some point, I was notified and began to visit her. She moved directly into the Memory Care part of the facility. Lifespring has a person-centered approach to care and they encouraged her to continue the activities she loved, knitting and embroidery. She was warmly invited to join activities (ice-cream parlor visits were her favorite) and made friends with some “gals” who she would join for meals. Lifespring’s facilities offer a warm, home-like environment and they did everything they could to accommodate her religious objection to some foods. The staff were friendly and always offered to do more, even when I couldn’t think of how to make her more comfortable. As her memory became worse, they also respected the time she wanted to spend alone. I can't say enough good things about our experience with the home!

My mom joined The pointe at Lifespring Senior Living about a month ago. This is her third senior living home she has lived at and by far this is the best. She is in memory care and the staff always say hey to her when she walks by and loves her like she is their mother. That makes me very proud and reassured that she is comfortable in her new home. My Mom lived here at The Pointe at Lifespring for 4.5 years. She wasn’t wanting to leave her home until she had a great fall. After hospitalization and rehab, she came to The Pointe at Lifespring for respite care. After receiving care at The Pointe at Lifespring, she realized she had great care, met some new friends, exercised, devotions with others, and had people to eat with at mealtimes. One of her Grandaughters (Ashley) was getting married and our Mom was unable to go to the wedding. Ashley wanted her to attend because she loved Nanny so very much!! Therefore, The Pointe at Lifespring made it possible…we had the wedding in their beautiful living room and our Mom was the Matron of Honor!! She felt safe here!! She knew if she fell again (which she did), she had immediate help!! She had daily companionship with residents and staff. She was living here during Covid. We as her family were kept informed as they cared for our loved ones!! She was truly happy living here!! She was loved here and she loved everyone!! We moved our parents here one month ago from a very high end place in Naples FL. They are like new people- happier, healthier, more alert, social and more!! We are so thankful for The Pointe! The Pointe has been such a blessing to our family! After my father-in-law passed away, my mother-in-law lived alone and seemed to be doing okay. After moving her to the Pointe, though, she is actually THRIVING…huge difference. Daily interactions with others, friends, exercise routines, great meals and engaging activities have made all the difference for her (and us). You will notice immediately that the staff know the residents by name and have genuine, kind and loving interactions with them. The executive director, Rebecca Mills, truly pours her “heart and soul” into this community and it makes such a difference. It truly feels like a family. I am so thankful that a place like this exists, and I am grateful for the wonderful people that make it feel like home!

It has been rough couple of days for my dad with an emergency room visit and the addition of nighttime sitters as well as daytime wheelchair use. No matter what our problems and concerns were the nurses and caregivers gave us their full attention and took care of us as well as Dad. I cannot say enough how grateful we are for The Pointe at Lifespring.

Our family was in need of respite for an invalid family member. The need was urgent and The Pointe at Lifespring was an answer to our prayers for immediate quality care for our loved one. The facilities are beyond beautiful, the staff was courteous and responsive to his needs, and the atmosphere was conducive to his well-being and happiness. We can recommend The Pointe at Lifespring without reservation.

This is a nice facility with spacious apartments, and the staff seem to really care about the residents. My mother has been able to make good friends here, and is always talking about how good the food is. The staff is friendly and responsive whenever I've called with questions or requests also. If your loved one needs assisted living or memory care in the Knoxville area I have no hesitation recommending The Pointe.

My Mom signed up a year before they opened. She is a foodie and health conscious, with several dietary restrictions. When we signed up we told them that food was an issue. We were assured the food would be quality and nutritious. The food quality has never been great, but has definatley gone down hill over the past year, and they will do nothing to resolve the issue. If your loved one's dietary health is important do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
