The Pointe has been such a blessing to our family! After my father-in-law passed away, my mother-in-law lived alone and seemed to be doing okay. After moving her to the Pointe, though, she is actually THRIVING…huge difference. Daily interactions with others, friends, exercise routines, great meals and engaging activities have made all the difference for her (and us). You will notice immediately that the staff know the residents by name and have genuine, kind and loving interactions with them. The executive director, Rebecca Mills, truly pours her “heart and soul” into this community and it makes such a difference. It truly feels like a family. I am so thankful that a place like this exists, and I am grateful for the wonderful people that make it feel like home!

It has been rough couple of days for my dad with an emergency room visit and the addition of nighttime sitters as well as daytime wheelchair use. No matter what our problems and concerns were the nurses and caregivers gave us their full attention and took care of us as well as Dad. The Pointe stands apart from any other senior living facility Ive experienced. The attitude and spirit of the staff is apparent and infectious. The evidence of this is illuminated through the residents. After spending a few minutes inside, you will see they are joyful and exuberant because The Pointe goes above and beyond to ensure each resident has the opportunity to experience and maintain vibrancy through the different programs and activities they offer. I find it impossible to visit The Pointe without leaving with a smile.

It was difficult to accept that my father needed more help than my wife and I could provide. We chose the Pointe at Lifespring for its proximity to us and the fact that it was a new facility. We couldnt be happier with the decision. The facility is great, and the staff is all one could ask for. They are always friendly and helpful, and have fully engaged us in my fathers care. They assist my father in every way imaginable and make his time there as pleasant as possible. I would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for their obvious concern and compassion for all the residents at The Pointe! Thank you all! P.S The food is pretty good too!

I am facilities every day. The thing I notice immediately in all of them: I look for residents. I look for happy residents. I look for residents engaging. I look for residents involved in activities. If this is their home it should have a comfortable welcoming feel as soon as you walk through the door. I see all of this when I visit the Pointe!!
