That take great care of my mom. My mom has been there a year, and she's very happy. She was allowed to bring her cat, and she has made a lot of friends. My mom is always doing something, and I have to find her when I visit because she's never in her room. Eden Heights of Olean isn't perfect, but they take great care of my mom and that's what matters most. The staff are friendly, and they actually care about my mom. The Administrator is always helping residents, not just sitting in an office somewhere. The move in was seamless with Gary's help. The nursing director knows everything about my mom's health and medications. The case manager keeps me updated when I can't visit, and mom's room is always clean. The carpets are a little old though. If you are looking for a place, Eden Heights of Olean is a good place. My mom is very happy here, and that's what matters to me.

Eden heights is a very clean place , they have there own housekeeping who go into the rooms every day to clean . The rooms are very spacious With nice big windows some views are better then others of course. There is a side walk that's goes all the way around the building for resident who like to walk . In memory care there is a gated back yard that way residents can enjoy the out doors as well as others who are visiting .

Eden Heights Of Olean is the best living assistant place for y'all grandparents. That has the amazing staff dedication to y'all love familys and Us Staff and residents are the best and biggest family.

I cannot say enough about the people and atmosphere at Eden Heights. I met Gary for my tour, and he remembered everything I told him about my father. I toured other facilities and the staff just did not seem as interested and engaged. Gary has helped me each step of the way, and in the end it was those interactions that drove my decision to choose Eden Heights for my fathers memory care.

Both Kelly and Gary were amazingly helpful through the difficult process of moving my mother-in-law from Westchestwr to their care. Graceful, patient, and understanding of the situational chaos that came with her dementia. She is now safe and getting the daily care she needs. Beautiful, large room in a very clear and caring facility.

The residents are fantastic, the staff is amazing and attentive to the residents needs. I love that management comes down and help when help is needed. The place is clean and beautiful where the residents get a view of the wildlife now and again.

My parents' move in was seamless. My father was discharged to Eden Heights after a hospital stay. The staff there were immediately responsive to our needs, worked with us in our time crunch, and allowed us the flexibility to move my father's personal furniture asap. My mother moved in the next day! The best thing about this facility is that it is the only one I've found where residents can bring their PET. My parents' small dog has been welcomed in as a member of the Eden Heights family… he even received his own Christmas gift! It is a wonderful facility, with yummy food, caring staff and lots of activities. We have been very pleased.

My grandma has been here for over 2 years and the staff have been so friendly whenever I come in to see her. They always have something fun planned for the residents to do. It's always fun to see what they are up to.

After a health scare, my parents were suddenly and immediately ready to make the choice to enter assisted living. The staff managed that almost immediately, saving so much worry and time. I felt safe and secure with my parents living there right from the start.

My mother has been a resident for over 8 years now. She loves her home and all the caring staff and all the friends she has made there. Her room is very spacious. She loves watching the deer out her window. I'm grateful that she is taken care every day with what ever needs she may need at the time. As her needs increase I am grateful that we will not have to move her from her home but just over to the memory care unit.

Our parents (my in-laws) are residents of this facility. The care they receive is excellent. The staff is very friendly and caring. There are lots of activities each day to keep residents busy and physically active.

I have known Kelly Carlson for many years and i think she is a wonderful person. My mother-in- law (now deceased) was a resident there and she thought the world of Kelly. the residents of Eden heights always spoke highly of her and very much appreciated the job she did as activity director. in my opinion, Kelly would be an asset to any organization she is associated with.

your staff, your medical peeps, your administration, even the other residents welcomed Dad into your home. The food, the extra activities and programs -- it was great. Although I live in Olean and could visit him daily, its nice knowing the great care that Dad received with you. We hope that both mom and dad may return to you as normal residents in the near future. PS - this little note was from Dad during one of his staff visits.

They went to Sinnamahoning State park this past Wednesday and went on a pontoon boat! My 87-year-ld mom got to go on a pontoon boat in a river! SWEET!
