In my opinion, the Lynmoore at Lawnwood is an excellent facility. Are they the best assisted living/memory care facility around? Maybe/maybe not. But more importantly, they are an excellent facility because of the value they provide for the cost of their services. Their facility is as nice as the photos depict. When you walk into the Lynmoore, your first impression will likely be, that you are walking into the lobby of a three or four-star hotel. The facility is clean and odor free. It is graciously decorated with art, plants and flowers and it is tastefully furnished. The staff is polite and accommodating. Despite having these positive attributes, I believe that the greatest benefit that residents receive at the Lynmoore comes from the personal care from individuals such as Janice, the Memory Care Director and Crystal, the Sales Director. Simply put, the Lynmoore at Lawnwood saved my sister’s life. The emergency efforts and personal care from Janice and Crystal, made it possible to transition my sister to be under their care when my sister’s situation was dire. So, I stand by my rating of the Lynmoore at Lawnwood as being an excellent facility. -- Dr. C. George Graham

I came to Lynmoore at Lawnwood 10/15/24 looking for a place for my dad wanting him to be close to me because I'm in a wheelchair but unfortunately he needed more care than they could provide (locked down memory care unit) Crystal in admissions was very helpful she went above and beyond with calling other facilities and providing me with numbers and other resources to help me out. I wish my dad could have been a resident there upon arriving it was very clean and smells very nice the little stuff that I met were very professional I would definitely recommend this place.

Thank you to the staff at Lynmoore for taking such good care of my mom.. A special Thanks to Martha, and Tamika who were there the last moments of my mom's life, and did not leave my sister and myself alone until mom was taken away, 10 p.m. (they stayed well after their shift was over, God Bless them both)! I do have to express, however, my disappointment with Lynmoore corporate. It has been nearly 2 months since my mom's passing and Lynmoore has not reached out to offer their condolences. Also waiting for the prorated days in feburary to be refunded..no word from them.Ive been repeatedly calling Misty for answers and there's always an explanation".If I would not pay my mom's rent for 2 months, she would be immediately evicted, without sympathy.

It is all a Façade. They don't put Military pics on walls. they are always the same. They have all this food out during tour. Not when you visit. Room was disgusting, sticky floor, empty containers on floor. Food on floor . Even the head of housekeeping apologized. They would place the food down next to him when he was sleeping. Then the next person would pick it up before he awakes. Then no food after hours. Just snacks. He fell several times. I received a call stating I needed to help clean him, that he pooped everywhere. He was hospitalized and I was never notified. Which resulted in Death. Other peoples clothes and linens in his room. They stole his brand new checker game. His dresser drawers were empty. No clothing. It is a rotating door of staff. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU. They do not care for your loved one.

The Lynmoore has been a Wonderful Assisted Living for my Mother-in-Law. She is now in the last stages of Alzheimers and the care she receives is 2nd to none!! My wife has shared with me how efficient, helpful and caring Ashley, in the Memory Care, has been over the years!! Ashley started her career with The Lynmoore at the front office reception desk, answering the phone. She is now the Director of the Memory Care!! My wife was so happy when she received that promotion! She told me many times that Ashley was the best Follow-Through employee she had ever dealt with anywhere!! Thank you Ashley for helping to make my Wifes life a little easier with her Mom!!! I also want to thank the Whole Lynmoore staff for the Amazing job they have done keeping the residents and staff healthy and safe with the COVID-19 Pandemic!! Matt Jenkins

The Director of Memory Care, Ashley, is the perfect person for the Lynmoore. She cares for each resident as if they were her own parents. She is always positive, upbeat, and very helpful. Dad is very comfortable under her care. On Fathers Day she even presented him with a gift basket, since family couldnt be there because of the covid.

As the person who often answers the phone from family, vendors and internal residents, finding the right person in a timely manner can be a challenge. However, the great staff works well together as a team to find solutions and quick answers. Love working with everyone at The Lynmoore.

my mother was moved to Lynmoore almost a year ago from another assisted living facility. the care, facility, atmosphere, security is beyond amazing. she is in the best of hands and i have no worries anymore. Ashley, director of nursing in memory care, is exceptional. everyone there is warm, loving and engaged in the residents well being. wish we had known about this hidden gem years ago!!

The Lynmoore is the first and ONLY place we looked, trying to relocate our mother. We loved it, still do. The employees are our extended family. After all they take care of not just our mother,but other sweet elderly people. We would recommend them to everyone. They call everyone by name. Today I saw a server wipe a tear from a ladies cheek, telling her not to cry because it would make her cry. Ashley is always in a good mood when I call or come in. I dont know Cassandra, she must have been having a bad day. She needs to rethink what she posted, next time get your facts correct.

My mother has been at the Lynmoore for a year now! Best place for her! The staff is super friendly. Everyone knows her name and her likes and dislikes! We havent experienced any problems. Chef Rich and his staff do an amazing job! Ashley at the front desk is always polite and helpful even when she has vendors, residents and visitors all asking her something at the same time! Cant imagine having my mother anywhere else! All of the other staff are equally nice and helpful. Cant imagine someone having a problem with the Lynmoore or its staff!
