Excellent NH, very good hearted people from the admission director Melissa, to all the nurses and aides are very caring. Also, dietary team very caring and helpful including Bhavana. My dad has been there a year and best place in the humble, spring and woodlands area after looking through a dozen of them. Location ideal near the airport , and a new looking , very clean facility like a 5 star hotel.

I’ve had a consistently excellent experience with this skilled nursing facility. The admissions process was seamless thanks to Melissa G., who is truly outstanding”timely, responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. She made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-coordinated. The ADON, Melissa F., is a fantastic nurse and an incredible asset to the facility. Her clinical knowledge, leadership, and dedication to patient care are evident in everything she does. The LVNs throughout the building are also exceptional”skilled, attentive, and compassionate in their care. Administration is highly attentive and effective, always ensuring that both patients and staff are supported. It’s clear that this facility prioritizes quality care and strong communication at every level. This is by far my favorite building, and I would confidently recommend it to anyone seeking skilled nursing care.

This facility is wonderful Nice environment for my physical and occupational rehab and recovery. The staff is warm and engaging. Often needs are anticipated and addressed before I even ask. The food is also much better than I would expect. I would recommended Crimson Heights

Feb 14, 2025: Don't let the modern cleanness of the facility fool you. My mother Juleen Wilson was there for the past week with family visitors, and we never knew that she was not attended to. The staff gave her none of the liquids nor medicines they were instructed to give. She lost much weight and was nearly unresponsive, until we realized the neglect. Her nurse at her home is notifying the facilities of the neglect.

This place is the pits.all they do is put the patients in a chair sat a tray in front of them which most of the time stays until the next meal arrives. They sit at the desk or stay on their phones.the care of patients should be in their rooms.u have to do the shaving,mouth care,washing their face for your l/o.u will find some better than others but this is for the most part.there is no one around to share your concerns A

I cannot begin to express the gratitude that I have for Melissa and the staff at Crimson Heights. My mother's stay was not that long, but she had been there previously for respite care. The service and quality of care is unmatchable. My mother was previously at another facility and we had her transported to Crimson Heights and there is no comparison. The quality of the coordinated care was impeccable. The nurse practitioner that treated my mother would also call me directly and I had his cell phone number. My mother was incontinent and also bed bound and could not speak from a atroke. The fact that they have a specialist wound care nurse who's only job is to treat wounds and bed sores is amazing. Of course no facility is perfect and you must remember that a nursing facility is not the same as a hospital which may have 10 nurses staffing one entire floor whereas the nursing facility may only have one or two nurses staffing the entire floor but Crimson has 24-hour visitation they will never turn you away you can come and visit anytime and you can also have a camera in the room. Again the quality of care is amazing and the building is so clean it does not have that nursing home smell and the environment is so uplifting, there is plenty of space for family. I also liked that anytime you're there whether it's day or night you always see someone cleaning the building. I highly recommend Crimson Heights and they did not pay me for this review!

IM MY OPINION THIS PLACE DESERVES 2 STAR BECAUSE THEY OWNER OR WHOEVER IS OVER THIS PLACE NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB WITH HIRING A FULL STAFF.... PEOPLE GO UNATTENDED BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE. THERE SHOULD BE 1 CNA PER ROOM AT LEAST JUST LIKE THE HOSPITAL. IM GOING TO FILE COMPLAINT BASED ON THIS ALONE..

Excellent, caring staff” Christiana, Asst. Director of Nursing has gone above and beyond in overseeing the care of my loved one who has unique challenges. In our family experience, Crimson Heights excels as a leader in the industry because of their excellent staff! Honor roll: Yolanda, Karen, Sidney, Aaron, Leanne, Melissa, Tammy, Amy, Bethany, Dajah, Joe, Jeff, Cody, Brie, Donna, and so many others that I wish I could name each of them! Is it 100% perfect? No. But when something goes amiss, they go the extra mile to correct it in this imperfect world. Thank you for caring for my loved one.

This facility is so wonderful. From administration to nurses, cna’s, to kitchen staff, and house keeping, maintenance, social work and finally PT and Speech are the best of the best. I haven't had this type of support in many years since childhood. Just wanted to share how wonderful the staff is in taking care of me.

I must say this place is one of the best centers around the customer service and the care they provide is awesome. I know my mom was difficult yet they remained professional and continued to provide the best care. Mrs. Yolanda thank you and the entire team on that unit as well as the therapy team. Also Mrs. Tammy for all their patience.

Each time I visited with my mom, the facility was clean, and nurses and staff were present and available. Each person I encountered wanted to be there and did not see their work as a job. They were compassionate and caring.
