My mother has been at HighPointe since the end of 2019. It is a smaller AL facility, but offers excellent care and well maintained facilities. There has been some turnover during that time, but the care has remained excellent and the staff has always been great to deal with. Since the end of 2023, Meghan has been the Director at HP and we have been most impressed with how well HP is running under her leadership. She has met with us on multiple occasions to address care questions for Mom and always shows great compassion and concern about Mom and the care she is receiving. She is extremely professional in her approach to care and to solving some of the problems that invariably arise with elder care. She is respectful to the residents, the staff, and the families.

My mom has been at HighPointe (Assisted Living) for 9 months now. After a rough start, due to staffing problems, shortages, and miscommunication, I am very glad we hung in there - because I have watched a transformation into an almost 5 star experience. Of course minor things can happen, but the current team, led by Meghan as Executive Director, is outstanding. I've seen incredible willingness to go above and beyond normal expectations. They are caring, capable and a joy to be around! There are a variety of activities available to keep residents engaged and involved. My mom is happy and I feel she is safe living there.

HighPointe provides my mother a safe and clean memory care environment. The staff provides engaging activities, various therapies, and accurate medication management. Certainly, there are opportunities for improvement and staffing is always a challenge, but that is the nature of any type of healthcare organization today. The executive director is committed to continuous improvement and actively manages to this end. I would encourage anyone looking to place a loved one in memory care to look at HighPointe. I'd also encourage any family managing dementia with a loved one to invest in continuous education and support to help them process the dynamics of dementia. I've found this helpful in not placing undue blame on the staff or facility.

She very personable, understood our needs when relayed to her, and sensitive to what we are going through with having to move family across states. The staff are extremely over the top, and will go over board to have the resident satisfied. The Director of Memory Care, I could say shes beyond a great Director. Highpointe is an amazing place filled with wonderful people. I love working with Seniors and I have had every opportunity at Highpointe to learn more about Dementia and Alzheimers and how to care for anyone who has it. We all work as a team together and have great managers that work beside us. We go above and beyond to make the residents feel at home and be able to experience the best quality of life possible. I have been with highpointe for over three years and have worked everyshift and have grown very close to the community. This place is definitely where I would bring my loved one to get the best experience and care from the amazing staff. It is very clean and the food is great, and they have so many activities for everyone to enjoy. We love getting to know special things about each resident and do everything we can to provide the best service and care to make every resident happy.

My father-in-law moved to HighPointe about 3 years ago. Before he moved there he had basically given up, he wanted to just die. Once he moved in there and got settled, he THRIVED!!! He kept very busy with the activities, bridge, the choir, and the fantastic special guest HighPointe brought in. Every week they had special days, basically everyday was a party! They celebrated Star Wars, The Kentucky Derby (so cute to see the ladies in their grand hats sipping Mint Juleps!) HighPointe excelled in making everyday a day worth getting up just to see what the Director of Fun had planned! We spent many Holidays enjoying the buffets that were provided so families could spend the holidays with their loved ones. In April of this year, my father in law took a turn, his time with us was nearing the end. He came home from the hospital on Hospice, my goodness what an emotional, difficult and heart wrenching time. Tracy, Annette, Angie, Stephanie Gina and sooooo many others were so amazing in getting a new care plan set up for him. We were so stressed that he wasnt going to get enough care! Boy were we wrong!! Every hour 24, 7, whether the family was there or not, they came in to check on him, administer meds, assist him with any needs he needed and just plain visit with him! HighPointe worked seamlessly with the hospice company, and made sure he was comfortable. My father in law passed in early May. Our grief is (still) profound! Tracy and her amazing team grieved with us! They supported us and did everything they could to assist us in our loss. Simply said, they are amazing and if you are looking for a place for your beloved senior in your life...stop looking, you have found everything and so much more in HighPointe! So pick up the phone, give them a call, and know that you are giving your mom, dad, aunt, uncle or any other person that needs to move to an assisted living a new chapter in their book of life! Our family is convinced that if we had not moved my father in law here, we wouldnt have had the last 3years with him. There are a lot of senior living communities, but there is only one HighPointe. Thank you Tracy, Annette, Angie and so many more for doing what you do! Your love, compassion, and professionalism are outstanding. Thank you for the last 3 years. I wish there were more stars to give!!!

My mother in law has been a resident at Highpoint since it opened. I cannot praise the staff enough for their concern and kindness to her. Ive visited many times and witnessed lots of hugs to the residents. The wait staff in the restaurant is so patient with the residents while accommodating their specific needs. My mother in law is very happy and content there and as a concerned daughter in law, I feel confident that she is getting the attention and care that she needs.
