My momma m has been a guest of Evergreen Retirement Communit for over a year. She is extremely happy, feels secure and a part of the family. She enjoys the activities and the food.

We moved our mother-in-law to Evergreen Estates because we were concerned with her living alone. She has a beautiful room with a door to a private courtyard. As her condition has changed, the home has been very helpful and willing to adjust to her needs. If we need to talk to someone, they are available either by phone or email. Overall, we are very satisfied with Evergreen Estates.

My brother in law just lied into Evergreen Estates and has been more than happy. Joey had been wonderful answering all our questions and doing everything to make him feel at home.! The whole team has been very friendly and ready to help.

Mom and I are enjoying Evergreen Estates very much. The private rooms are wonderful and she has chosen one with courtyard access. She was even allowed to bring her cat as per the pet policy! We are excited to welcome the new chef to this retirement community. The staff here is wonderful and mom has made new friends already. She enjoys the activities too! Thank you everyone!

This place was amazing!!!... at first.......my grandma moved in there and it was great! They had fun activities and took them places (which I understand covid happened and it had to stop) However.... it is SUPER expensive!! We were told that my grandma would be grandfathered in meaning they would move her to the dementia area once she basically ran out of money. Giving us peace of mind that my grandma would be taken care of. Well... that being said they "changed" their mind since covid happened and now they wouldn't let her move to the dementia area Since we didn't get it in writing then we had no proof .They said she is not bad enough. She is forgetting to shower and aides said only 1 time a week if that and showing multiple behaviors of dementia. Even when John the new director said she needs a new level of care. Be warned. Hopefully your experience will be better but ours was not. Feels like they drained her dry and basically said get out. My heart hurts for her because she has no idea.

My dad just moved into Evergreen about a month ago ,this was a big change for my dad. The staff have been amazing, so helpful and they answer all my questions. The facility itself is very nice,the rooms are huge and always very clean. Dad to personalize his room and make it home. I am very impressed with Evergreen.

Im always amazed at how well organized, clean, and put together Evergreen Estates is every time I visit (I visit often). The director, Charity, and her staff are always professional and personable. Last year my Aunt moved into Evergreen Estates later than planned after an unexpected hospital stay. The Director, Charity, was so kind and helpful staying in contact with me to help with the transition. The staff helped by being very welcoming and assisting my Aunt to adjust to her new home. When I visited my Aunt, I felt welcomed by all the staff who always addressed any resident they met in the halls by name.

I have nothing but positive things to say about our mothers care for two years at Evergreen. The staff including Amy, Charity, Deanne, and Mike were just a few that gave care, kindness and support to our family. The facility was always clean and well kept. The meals were enjoyable to her also. We felt the monthly fee was very reasonable for the care.

My siblings and I are very pleased with the care our mother gets at Evergreen. The facility is warm and welcoming and the staff is helpful.They have many activities planned for the residents and I know that they encourage our mother to participate and I am grateful for that.

I am so glad we discovered Evergreen Estates, which has been my 94 year old mother-in-laws home for the last year. The landscaping and courtyards are beautiful and accessible to those with limited mobility; there is a wealth of activities and excursions available for all levels of ability and interests provided by the enrichment office; and my mother-in-law constantly raves about the quality of the meals served. From our very first contact with Charity Cruz, the executive director, to the day to day care given by ALL the staff, to the above and beyond efforts of Mike the maintenance man, you truly do feel as if your family member is treated as one of their own.

Living at Evergreen I have found that the staff keeps the rooms clean. Nurses make sure your medication is given at the correct time. Maintenance does a great job and if anything is needed they are always willing to help. The office staff is very friendly and willing to help you when you have a problem. The activities are great.

My mother stays here and she loves it. Most of the residents are very happy there and enjoy all the activities. My mothers quality of life has improved dramatically since she has moved there six months ago. All the staff seems to know everybodys name and even most know me by sight without even being with my mom. It is a very clean nice place.

Evergreen is a very friendly place. The staff is so helpful. My mother has been at this facility for a year now and its working out well for her. I dont think we could have found a better place for her all things considered. I certainly would recommend this facility to anyone searching for an assisted living facility. A wonderful place to call home.
