We just transitioned my Dad into Memory care at Auberge at Oak Village. Nicole and Emmanual were very supportive during the process. Emmanuel is very experienced and offers pragmatic advice. While he is the director, I have seen him take residents out for walks when I have been there. It seems like all staff are ready to help however they can, and this is a result of the service leadership Emmanual demonstrates. Staff came in to introduce themselves. Chef Chad is awesome! Thank you for making a really tough time easier!

We put my wife into this facility. She has dementia. Nicole was our initial contact and she really did a great job making us feel welcome and happy about our decision to have her here. The place is really nice and well maintained. All employees are very friendly and helpful.

I strongly recommend that people check out this great community. The setting is beautiful. The community room is large and spacious, and there is a wonderful sunroom that really provides their residence with natural sun and a beautiful surrounding. Residents seemed very happy when I came for a visit!

My grandma lives here and likes it, the staff is always helpful. The facility is very clean. Stacy( manager)is wonderful and helpful! Tiffany at the front desk is always smiling and ready to help as well. All in all we are all happy with the facility.

I was reading all the reviews for this rat hole, they must have paid for these reviews. Did they raise ur monthly fees for no reason did they leave ur loved one in a pool of [language removed]? Did they not tell you they have no qualified management. Did u ever call the so called management in Chicago? They hide behide their computers and collect money. If u u keep calling corporate they will send a woman with no credentials diwn to talk with u but don’t interupt her lunch. She gets snippy at lunch time she is also non-qualified. They have a crybaby as a manager and a woman with a big appetite from Chicago in charge of ur loved ones. Call me anytime I will tell u the true story about these useless [language removed].

I am the youngest of 3 siblings and when my Father passed away in 2000 I knew my Mother could not be on her own even with a few hours a day with Caregivers. When I had my first tour of any LTC Facilities with her Caseworker and Nurse, I knew that Aurberge was the one for my Mother that pertains to her health and memory. She moved in on 3/15/21 and is happy with all care provided and wishes for more activities with the Caregivers to participate in to keep the, "Brain Waves going better than an ocean". Thank you for all the staff working more hours due to somedays being short of staff at times as well. I am just so blessed to have my Mother here with me today as Aurberge also goes above & beyond to make this happen ....

Met with Amber, had a tour of the facility, & Amber explained everything about what could be expected if choosing this facility for care. Amber was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring & empathetic to our situation. Everything we saw, heard & felt about the facility had us feeling very confident about placing a loved one there.

Stay away from this place. I can't believe people have anything good to say about this rat hole. My Dad had no care at the end of his life while he was there. They promoted the most useless person there to run multiple locations. The corporation that owns these facilities should be prosecuted all they do is increase the monthly rent and fill there greedy pockets. If u love ur family stay away from this place they could care less about ur loved one!!!

OMG...We looked to find a home for my mom. We found one at the Auberge Oaks, M.F. People I can not tell you how happy and pleased we are with this facility and their fun, caring, nurturing staff. My mom was through a ruff time and she could not wait to get back "home" to Auberge Oaks. Even though there are various levels of memory loss, the warm atmosphere encompasses all (no one is left out). Our family knows the struggle it is to find that secure feeling you want to leave your parent or loved one at. My mom loves it there, we love it there, staff is GREAT! Well worth a discovery!! They also have family activities very enjoyable.

Great and caring staff. Always have activities and fun things going on for their residents. One idea they have implemented in their facility is outside every room there is a glass cabinet to display that resident's victories, family and times they are most proud of throughout their life time so far. Even though it is a healthcare facility it has a very homey feeling about it which I feel is great for the residents who live there and call the Auberge their home.

My grandfather enjoyed the wonderful staff and residents he was able to meet. The activities that they have for their residents are engaging and informative at a level appropriate for the memory care residents who live there. The food is delicious and prepared fresh for the residents at every meal.

The last experience visiting with my friend whom we were visiting her mother was horrible. I see family members helping others with feeding more than their own loved one. One man was feeding 5 other residents at the table his mom was at. As care staff members are eating, on their phones watching TV during lunch time for the residents. Which from my understanding they are always eating in front of residents. Management is poor and will not listen to your concerns. I see staff arguing with residents Everytime I visit. #1 rule is you never argue with someone with dementia. Residents offended left alone just to watch TV. I sure wouldn't want my loved one here just to watch TV. Their old activities director was great she did a lot with the residents and got involved. The new guy just is there. Not really doing much from what I seen today. Movie and popcorn not I think is an activity.

Our family searched for a home for our Wife and Mother that would provide her with the peace, contentment and happiness that she deserves. We chose Auberge at Oak Village with those goals in mind. We have found during our first seven weeks that the Management Staff is quick to respond to our needs, the Care Staff consists of people who provide caring and loving service to our Wife and Mother. The Activities staff provide consistent quality activities and entertainment. Food service provides a healthy and nutritious diet.

At the beginning of the Covid pandemic, we needed a facility to place our Uncle. On Christmas Eve, I went to the website to request information. I was not expecting a reply for several days. Within 30 minutes, the Executive Director, Samantha Sabatini connected with me and walked me through the virtual tour. Over the next couple of weeks, we peppered Samantha with a number of questions. She was always quick to respond. We ultimately made the decision to make The Auberge his new home. Our Uncle was in the hospital for seven weeks and looked pretty gruff upon his arrival. One of the team members shaved him and gave him a cute haircut. He looked presentable again. He's been there for a couple of months now and after several visits to the facility, we can honestly say they have a great staff there. We were able to meet the activities director, the head chef and had contact with several care team members. We dropped in for a visit on Father's day and had a great BBQ meal and a beer with uncle Bob! They even personalized a sign for our table welcoming us. The food was delicious; we had brisket, corn on the cob, baked beans, home-made potato salad and banana cream pie. It was so wonderful seeing the residents enjoying themselves along side of family, staff and a banjo player to boot. It's a great feeling to know that your loved one is in caring hands. We can't get there to visit as much as we'd like but it's good to know that he is surrounded by compassionate people. Thank you to the staff for everything you do! We can't thank you enough! My sister, Pam, entered Oak Village in May, 2018 when it was still Silverado. I was happy with her care. Auberge purchased Silverado some months later and I was torn over whether to move Pam to the new Silverado very close to my home or leave her at Auberge where she knew the staff and was comfortable. I left her at Auberge. Auberge had said that polices would stay the same and they did, mostly. Everyone I dealt with was always kind and competent. However, things changed with the Covid epidemic. I'll post again and have more to say about that.

My wife , Corinne and I, have been married and in love for nearly 67 years. As fate would have it, she fell victim to vascular dementia several years ago Disease progression forced the family to make the decision to have her enter an assisted living place. We looked at 11 such facilities. Eventually we discovered Oak Village. We are sincere when we say that Oak Village is a place unto itself! There is none other like it. Physically, it is what we were hoping to find. But, most importantly, the staff, yes all employees, display kindness, empathy, understanding, compassion, and love to all residents. For those who must select a facility to care for a loved one, I must say, unequivocally, that Oak Village is the very finest, in all aspects. I've always wanted the best for Corinne and Oak Village provides just that!

This spring after my mother unexpectedly passed away, my sister and I knew our dad needed to go into memory care fast. We searched Waukesha county for the best option and liked many, but when we stepped into Auberge at Oak Village we knew we had a new home for our dad. The staff are wonderful to the residents and let each resident participate in activities as much as they want. My dad has so much more stimulation and interaction with others now that he's living at the facility and is well cared for. Better yet, he's happy there which is all my sister and I can want for him. I can't say how great the staff is and how well they care for all the residents.

My father was living in an assisted living center in Oconomowoc, when his dementia symptoms worsened and I was told that he needed to be put in a memory care facility. I live in Menomonee Falls and was looking at places that were closer to me. My father has Parkinson's disease and Dementia and I wanted a place were he would be cared for both of his issues. I looked at 9 places in the area and I didn't feel like my dad would fit in at them. Then I came to Auberge at Oak village. They had a large common area and the people were bowling and playing Bingo. On another visit they were doing trivia and cooking. Their minds were being stimulated and the residents responded to the activities. I placed father there and have never regretted it. The staff is wonderful in caring for them. The caregivers are cheerful and respectful even the upper staff chips in at meal times and caring for the residents. My dad loves it there and I don't worry about him at all.
