The facility exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the personalized care from the staff is truly exceptional. Volunteering at CareOne at Parsippany Assisted Living was an amazing experience and would love to go back. Walking into the building it felt like a breath of fresh air, with the residents smiling, nursing team attentive, and a welcoming environment in general. Everything is kept clean, tidy, and organized. All the residents are always kept busy with fun activities, walking outside, conversing with each other around the facility, etc. It is relieving to see a nursing team and administrator who care so much about their residents. Everybody here is family, that is why, if presented with the opportunity, I would happily put my loved one here, knowing they will be taken care of no matter what the issue is.

Greta Smith and her team have been amazing to my mom. Whether she's there for a short or long stay, they always keep her involved and entertained. She never feels bored while recovering, and it's made a big difference in her spirits. This place has truly been a comfort to our family.

The experience here is second to none. Kierstin the director gets involved in every aspect of the facility, and always listened to my concerns. Her staff follows her example and are always friendly and try to accommodate most requests. Having to deal with so many different personalities and to keep smiling is truly an art. I've always felt that I was in good hands. So good in fact that I was with their help able to return home and be self sufficient again. A+ to Physical Therapy as well!

We've found outstanding care for our parents at CareOne of Parsippany! It's a community of amazing individuals who truly care for, and about, their residents. Mary Beth Rose in the Memory Center has been a tremendous support for our Mom. She keeps in touch with us every step of the way, and her knowledge and experience give my family peace of mind that Mom is safe. I would give CareOne more than 5 stars, if I could!

Care One Assisted Living in Parsippany, NJ is a BEAUTIFUL facility. I cannot express how GRATEFUL I was right from the minute I called them until the day my dad left. Michael Grasso was so friendly, welcoming and helpful when we needed a very quick admission process. He also always spoke to my dad about sports, which was an exceptional way to make my dad feel happy. The nurses were very responsive and flawlessly managed my dad's medical needs. The daily aides my father relied upon were professional and kind. The workers that kept my dad's clothes clean and room tidy were very reliable. The maintenance man, the chef and servers, the activities director, the physical therapists, and the administrators were ALL top notch! Every question I had or need my dad requested was answered. You felt at this facility that your parent was special, that family was always welcome and there was always a positive vibe!!

I have a 64 year old disabled brother, who has been living independently, but assistance is now needed. I spoke to, and visited many facilities in Morris County. Each had something good to offer, but Care One came out heads and shoulders above the others. From our first meeting, Michael Grasso, was kind, empathetic and patient in listening to our story. I never felt rushed, and he responded to each question throughly or with a quick willingness to find an answer. He was very focused on learning more about my brother and his needs. The facility, itself, looks brand new, as it has recently been renovated. It is clean, bright and inviting. Everyone we passed along the way was quick to smile and greet us. In bringing my brother to tour, we had a delicious lunch, spending time with Mike and Pearl Jella, the director of nursing. Her manner with him solidified our opinion that Care One offers so much...all done with warmth, humor and an overwhelming commitment to finding the best for their residents. We look forward to my brother joining the Care One community.
