The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming ” you can really tell they care about the residents. The community is well-kept, clean, and comfortable. I was especially impressed with their Administrator, Sue, and her team compared to other assisted livings. It’s clear that everyone takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend!

The Sunrise of Webster Groves is one of the best assisted living communities in St Louis. It’s bright, clean, cheerful, and a pleasant facility to live at. The staff are friendly and helpful and I really appreciate that they knock on residents doors and encourage them to partake in activities. I also love that they have a community dog and lots of activities for the residents to enjoy. This AL community is reasonably priced, has all of the amenities residents could want (including a little exercise area), has decent food, and has a full-time staff with little turnover. 5 stars!

From my initial first call with Allie, to my tour with Alan, and additional help from Jenny and Barbara, I was very impressed with the staff. The facility is beautiful and I was amazed at the number of programs offered to residents and the ability to customize levels of care. Watching the staff interact with residents as we walked around was heartwarming. By the end of the tour I was ready to move in myself!

I highly recommend Sunrise to anyone looking for a clean and up-to-date facility with excellent amenities and activities. Management fosters a warm community that starts with the office coordinator Jenni, goes through the nurses and support, and even the residents, who welcomed my mom with open arms at a time she needed it. If you’re curious go take a tour and you’ll see what I mean.

I am SO VERY impressed with Sunrise of Webster Groves. The entire staff is awesome. The environment is warm, welcoming & just plain happy. From the staff to the residents, you can see the pride they have in their facility. I have every confidence leaving my aging mother in their care. They offer many activities and my mother particularly enjoys the desserts with dinner. (She has her priorities, right?!?) When I first visited I noticed how open & bright the building is. Lots of room to visit or just relax outside of each residents individual apartment or studio. I also like the location. It just feels homey. But you also know the level of care & staffing is high. Everyone smiles. It's truly a feel-good place to be. I believe most of the "good" is directly related to the new director, Vicky, who has been there for over a year. Lots of positive changes!

My parents are in Reminiscence care and the staff, especially Toya Duff take excellent care of them. She treats them like family and took extra care of my mother when my father was in the hospital. The Management especially Vicky and Jenni work with families to give them piece of mind that their loved ones are being well cared for.

My mother has been here now close to 4 months. I did an exhaustive and comprehensive search prior to placing her. The staff and facility are the gold standards, and I sleep well at night knowing that my 87 year old mother is on their care. My experience has been excellent, and I love the staff.

I toured Sunrise in Webster Groves earlier this month. I was amazed with the facilities. It was a beautiful campus. The facility was beautiful. It seemed very homelike. The residents seemed very happy. The staff was very friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. Sunrise in Webster Groves seems like a wonderful place to live for my elderly parents or myself.

Very disappointing quality of care for my sister, who has Parkinson's and dementia. She now has a broken leg, and the nursing staff has put it back on the family to (1) locate an orthopedic surgeon, and (2) make all of the arrangements. Contrary to their advertising, not patient focused.

We were very pleased with Sunrise of Webster Groves. They were able to provide the level of care that allowed us to keep her out of a nursing home. They seemed to genuinely care about her, even though she was not there very long.
